He wouldn’t be able to avoid the coming turmoil.

So he might as well prepare early.

Furthermore, there were two urgent matters he had to handle personally: moving and choosing a name.

As for the former, Isaac had originally planned to move everything at once after the Floating City was complete. Unfortunately, plans rarely go as expected. The appearance of the Endless Sea, while expediting the construction of his Floating City to some extent, also threw his original plans into disarray—namely, the Water Tornado that descended from the sky.

Even though the Water Tornado had appeared in Isaac’s territory, it was his older brother, Caesar, who held ownership. Only Caesar’s side had the manpower and resources to make use of it.

With the large-scale influx of people from the Solomon Territory, Isaac’s people would inevitably come into contact with them. And as contact increased, conflict was bound to arise, no matter how much restraint was exercised.

They were minor conflicts, but they made Isaac realize it was time to move.

His was a Wizard Organization. For both him as the leader and the members under him, the most important tasks were learning and research. Making money was simply a means to better facilitate that.

He knew his priorities.

Both learning and research required a relatively quiet environment.

The territory being developed by the Silver Knight was coming along well enough. It would serve as a place to settle. Apart from being somewhat inconvenient to access, everything else was fine.

However, that could be solved by setting up a Teleportation Gate. And once the Dimension World was further Enhanced, he could even let others take detours through it, just like the members of the Sect.

All in all, it wasn’t a major issue.

Isaac didn’t need to get involved in the initial stages of the move, however. He would only be needed at the very end. As the master of the Mage Tower, he had to be the one to shut down its Magic Pool and defensive systems before it could be relocated.

The most pressing task for him now was to give his rapidly growing Wizard Organization a name...

It was time. A name would foster a stronger sense of belonging.

"Demon Claw, Magic Spell, Mad Heart..." Isaac’s head throbbed as he looked at the names listed before him.

Naming a Wizard Organization was no simple task. In this world, names held power, especially those connected to the Extraordinary. As the organization of a Legendary Mage, its name was no exception.

Thus, one couldn’t simply choose whatever name they pleased for an official Wizard Organization. First, the nascent organization had to establish cooperative relationships with three or more Official Wizard Organizations. Second, the quantity and quality of its members had to meet a certain standard. Lastly, whether it was an organization of a Legendary Mage or an Arcanist, it had to be capable of cultivating new Wizards.

Due to the unique nature of their power source, Arcanists were required to be able to turn Ordinary people into Wizards. Legendary Mages, however, only needed to be able to cultivate Official Wizards into Grand Wizards.

After all, even with the shortcut of imprisoning a High-level Demon to use as a power source, Demons were not that easy to catch. So, as a compromise, the requirement became cultivating Grand Wizards.

Of course, this was hardly less difficult than cultivating Ordinary people.

Only after fulfilling these conditions did a Wizard Organization earn the right to a name. However, the name itself was not up to you. Instead, the Truth Association would step forward and, in conjunction with personnel from at least three ancient Wizard Organizations, conduct an evaluation of the new organization’s members.

Based on the Magic Faction in which the organization’s leader and members specialized, several candidate names would be proposed. You would choose one from the list, and only then would your group be considered an official Wizard Organization.

Of course, not all Wizard Organizations followed this procedure. The Mad Witch Association, for example, had to this day never been recognized by the Truth Association or the major ancient Wizard Organizations.

’Mad Heart...’ After staring for a long while, Isaac’s gaze settled on this name. Though it was also quite abnormal, it was actually decent compared to the other options...

The names provided by the Truth Association were either disreputable-sounding ones like Demon Claw and Mad Heart, or normal-sounding ones like Magic Spell and Magic Rat, which had very average Mysterious Attributes.

So, after weighing his options, Isaac found himself leaning toward the name Mad Heart.

For one, the name was mainly a reference to his identity as a Mad Witch. For another... it related to his future research plans.

After learning about the path to becoming a Great Wizard from Innis, an idea had taken root in Isaac’s mind: he, too, would become a Great Wizard!

’Actually, "taken root" isn’t the right way to put it. More accurately, it solidified my resolve.’

This made him feel he could start preparing. For instance, conducting a few small experiments on the path to becoming a Great Wizard?

For example... pioneering a new Path of Wizardry.

The founder of the Truth Association had become a Great Wizard through the Arcanist path. Innis wanted to experiment with the path to becoming a Great Wizard by cultivating talented individuals. ’So, what if I were to expand upon the path of the Legendary Mage?’

’Could I become a Great Wizard if I succeed?’

It was an incredibly ambitious goal, but Isaac felt it was worth a try.

Besides, this wasn’t just some impulsive fantasy; he already had a few ideas.

Legendary Mages were gradually fading from the world stage, primarily because becoming one required seizing a source of power from an extra-dimensional Existence—a ritual that was only growing more difficult over time.

The target of this seizure couldn’t be chosen randomly. For instance, the method Isaac had previously learned about—imprisoning a High-level Demon to serve as a Power Seed—was actually not viable.

It wasn’t that one couldn’t become a Legendary Mage this way. On the contrary, it was not only possible, but also very stable.

However...

Such a Legendary Mage came with two drawbacks. First, they would know the origin of their power, giving them a clear target. Under the guidance of the Mysterious, they would instinctively gravitate toward the Abyss. Second, if too many Legendary Mages with the same Power Seed gathered, they would inadvertently strengthen the imprisoned Demon, and a single misstep could lead to a colossal disaster!

In short, it was a high-risk, low-reward proposition.

That was why Isaac had gradually abandoned the idea, opting instead to recruit Official Wizards to be his new blood.

But now, Isaac’s thinking had changed once more. He wanted to try and develop a new method that would allow even Ordinary people to possess Magic Power.

In truth, Isaac’s method wasn’t exactly new. Such research had been conducted time and again throughout history. Both Knights and modern-day Arcanists were products of these experiments. The difference was that the Knight was considered a major failure; the modifications only enhanced the physical body. The few exceptions who developed Magic Power were unable to use it for Casting.

As for Arcanists, they were a Miracle born from generations of experiments and the aggregation of Concepts—a portion of humanity began to possess a Source of Magic Power!

Isaac’s method would also follow the path of his predecessors: physical modification.

This was the most orthodox path. Even current Legendary Mages still followed this route, albeit their method involved using rituals to steal power from a High Position Existence. They would then use that power to irradiate their own bodies, thereby gaining a Source of Magic Power.

The Source of Magic Power for an orthodox Legendary Mage was the spine. Isaac didn’t yet understand the principles behind this, but he planned to try making the heart the Source of Magic Power instead. Coincidentally, Heart Transplantation Surgery was the first Witchcraft he mastered when he became an Official Wizard, marking the very beginning of his Extraordinary path.

Although Heart Transplantation Surgery had long since been outpaced by his progress and was discarded early on, the Witchcraft continued to influence Isaac to this day.

Besides, within the Concept of Magic, the heart already represented the origin.

Wizards had tried this long ago, but they had unfortunately failed. Ultimately, they did not forge a new Path of the Wizard, but instead created the Knight, an Extraordinary Power.

But just because his predecessors failed didn’t mean that he, Isaac, would!

And so, after a bout of brainstorming, Isaac decided on the name for his Wizard Organization: Mad Heart!
