Lin Fan moved back after a moment of silence before saying, “What are you doing?”

However, Ye Qing Huan’s father didn’t say anything as he pulled back his sword.

When Lin Fan saw this, he couldn’t help moving back a bit further out of fear.

After all, it really seemed like Ye Qing Huan’s father was preparing for a second strike.

But before that happened, the door opened and Ye Qing Huan and her mother came back in.

Seeing this, Ye Qing Huan’s father just stopped moving his sword and held it up as if he was presenting it.

“What happened here?” Ye Qing Huan asked her father when she saw him holding the sword like this.

Ye Qing Huan’s father didn’t miss a beat as he suddenly said with a smile, “I was just showing him my sword.”

Ye Qing Huan gave a simple nod before saying, “Alright, you can have your fun with him later. I’m going to bring him around and show him the rest of the manor first.”

Ye Qing Huan’s mother and father acted like nothing was wrong as they told them to have a good time.

Though when they were leaving, Lin Fan could feel a trace of a chill coming from behind him. He didn’t even need to guess to know where and who this was coming from.

Once he was out of the room, Lin Fan seemed like he was about to say something.

Only before he could say it, Ye Qing Huan suddenly said, “He was just messing with you.”

Lin Fan immediately swallowed the words that had been about to come out of his mouth and he looked at Ye Qing Huan with a surprised look.

It wasn’t that he was surprised that Ye Qing Huan knew what happened since it was quite obvious what happened. Especially since there had been a hole that was left on the ground after he had slammed the sword down between his legs.

With the hole there, it really was hard to ignore what had happened.

But Ye Qing Huan had acted that way, which showed that she had done it deliberately.

Lin Fan couldn’t help revealing a complicated look when he heard this, but it wasn’t as if this was all that Ye Qing Huan had to say.

“If someone of his level really wanted to do something to you, do you think that he would miss?” Ye Qing Huan said with a smile.

Lin Fan naturally knew that this was the case, but it wasn’t as if he was wrong about what he sensed. He knew that behind the part of Ye Qing Huan’s father that was messing with him, there was a bit of actual malice towards him.

He was a father, so it was only natural that he would feel this way towards the one his daughter brought home.

Still, it wasn’t as if he was going to go far with this.

After all, just like Ye Qing Huan said, if he really wanted to do something, then he certainly wouldn’t have missed.

Lin Fan had felt the aura that came from Ye Qing Huan’s father when he swung the sword, so he knew that Ye Qing Huan’s father wasn’t weak. If he really wanted to do something to him, it would have been easy for him since he was much stronger than Lin Fan.

Otherwise, he wouldn’t have been able to become the head of the Ye Family.

Lin Fan just shook his head with a bitter smile in the end, but he didn’t drag this matter out.

After all, it wasn’t as if he wanted to have beef with his future father in law.

He had already decided to be with Ye Qing Huan, even if he did choose other women to be with as well. Since that was the case, it was best if he didn’t rock the boat and cause trouble.

Ye Qing Huan just looked at him with the same smile before leading him into the Ye Family Manor.

The way that she led him was as if she was excited to show him something, but it didn’t seem like there was anything that she particularly wanted to show him.

It was just that as she dragged him through the Ye Family Manor, Lin Fan could feel the aura of special things coming from all around them. Even if Ye Qing Huan didn’t think that they were that special, there was no doubt that they were special.

This was the Ye Family Manor, so the things that were in here were items that others wouldn’t be able to obtain that easily.

Yet for Ye Qing Huan, they were nothing more than normal items since they had been around her since she was born.

It really hit home that they came from two different worlds.

Out of all the places that she could have brought him to in the Ye Family Manor, she chose to bring him to this training ground. It really seemed like there was something else that Ye Qing Huan had planned.

When they arrived, Lin Fan found that it was a group of young people that were there.

From their appearances, he could tell that they were related to Ye Qing Huan.

If he had to guess, they were most likely her cousins or other members of the Ye Family.

Did that mean that Ye Qing Huan wanted to introduce him to the rest of her family like this?

Well, she had already introduced him to her parents, so it wouldn’t be strange if she wanted to introduce him to the rest of her family.

So Lin Fan just went along with this and waited to see what Ye Qing Huan wanted.

“Oh, it seems like you’re all still playing around.”

When the ones that were in the training grounds heard this, they couldn’t help knitting their brows. After all, they could hear the taunting tone that was in her voice as she said this.

Lin Fan was also taken aback since he didn’t expect Ye Qing Huan to suddenly say something like this.

He couldn’t help feeling that something was off, but he didn’t know exactly what it was.

“You’re back.” One of the cousins said in a voice that clearly showed that they weren’t happy to see that Ye Qing Huan was back.

Ye Qing Huan just said in a casual voice, “That’s right, I’m back. Do you have a problem with that?”

“No…” That one cousin said in a dejected voice, but it was clear that there was reluctance in their voice as they said this. It was as if they were being bullied by Ye Qing Huan when she said this.

Lin Fan couldn’t help feeling that this situation was becoming more and more strange, so he wanted to stay out of it.

It was just that they didn’t let him stay out of it.

The cousins didn’t seem to dare look at Ye Qing Huan directly, so their eyes drifted to Lin Fan when they looked away from her.

After noticing Lin Fan, they seemed to gain a bit more courage as they asked, “Who is this with you?”

“My man.” Ye Qing Huan said without any hesitation before suddenly coming over to take Lin Fan’s army in her hands.

The cousins all looked shocked when they heard this.

It didn’t seem like they were shocked that Ye Qing Huan had someone to call her man, it even seemed like they knew about this ahead of time. It was just that they were shocked to see Ye Qing Huan acting this way.

It was as if this was the first time that they had ever seen her like this.

Though for Lin Fan, this was the only way that he had ever seen her act.

Perhaps this was just how she acted around him.

When they slowly came back from their shock, they started looking at Lin Fan as if they were sizing him up. It seemed like they were trying to figure out something about Lin Fan with the way that they looked at him.

“You want to fight him?”

This time, it wasn’t just the cousins who were surprised by what Ye Qing Huan said.

It was also Lin Fan who was caught off guard by the words that came out of Ye Qing Huan’s mouth.

Even if he had already guessed that Ye Qing Huan bullied her cousins, he didn’t think that she would suddenly propose something like this.

After a while, the cousins seemed to react.

It seemed like they weren’t happy with what Ye Qing Huan said, which wasn’t surprising.

Though they really didn’t dare take it out on Ye Qing Huan.

Which meant that the only person that they could take this out on was Lin Fan.

While glaring at Lin Fan, one of the cousins asked, “Are you sure about this? Do you really think that he can beat a main member of the Ye Family?”
