Chapter 1115: They’re Still Negotiating?
I returned to the manor with Katsuki carrying the still unconscious Ather and the guards didn’t stop me from walking past the gates this time either.
Carrey had already gone off to find those contacts of hers so she wasn’t with us right now. I did, however, secretly instruct a Shadow Guard to follow her and to intervene if she runs into any trouble.
As we were walking up to the main building, I found Odeta training outside in the field, my Amrap going through the motions of some hand to hand combat moves while wearing only a crop top and shorts which showed off her delicious abs.
Just because of that, I skipped over to her and I thought about surprising her from behind so I snuck up to her aiming to hug her while her back was turned to me.
Just when I reached her though, she suddenly turned around to throw a punch towards me, prompting me to react by parrying her punch with the back of my hand.
Her eyes widened and I could tell she was most definitely not expecting me to be behind her but her body was already moving on instinct as she responded to my parry by throwing a hook at me with her other fist.
I caught her hook with my other hand and she seemed to have finally realised what she was doing and stopped herself.
“Wahahaha! Good catch, Sister Aster! Good morning! Where have you been?!”
I giggled, releasing her fist from my grasp, “Oh you remember the family we escorted to this city?”
Odeta nodded, “Oh! I see! You went to find that Millie girl, didn’t you? Wahahaha!”
“Mmhmm… But we found some illegal slavers that might be hiding in this city so I thought I should go and inform Unerolia about it.”
Odeta’s face lit up immediately, “Ohhh! Does that mean we’re going to beat up some bad guys?!”
“Ehehehe~ That’s right, Odeta, we’re going to beat up some really, really bad guys~”
“Wahahaha! Count me in then, Sister Aster! Here I thought I wouldn’t even be able to beat anyone up while I’m here!”
“Speaking of which… Do you know where the Marchioness is right now?”
My Amrap shrugged, “Last I checked, she was still talking to Emilia. So maybe they’re still there?”
Wait… Really? They can’t be still discussing about the agreement, can they? It’s already at least a few hours since I left them! What else could they be discussing?!
Ugghh… Guess I should go and check on what’s going on with them…
“Do you want to come with me?” I asked, looking at Odeta.
She didn’t even hesitate and immediately ran over to wrap her arm around mine, “Wahahaha! Asking me if I want to spend more time with you, Aster? There’s no question about my answer!”
Figures~ In that case, there’s one thing I need to do first…
Squish~ Squish~ Ehehehe~ Odeta’s abs are so nice to squeeze as always~
At that point, Odeta also noticed Katsuki standing behind me. Or more specifically, she noticed the unconscious form of Ather that she was carrying.
“Err… Sister Aster? What happened to the drawing girl?”

I mean… She did meet the literal goddess of Death after all… So is she actually alright?
At least I could see that she’s breathing and her heart was still beating, so she wasn’t dead at the very least… But what if she fell into a coma or something?
Err… Should I ask the gods about this again? Maybe I should see if I can contact Ather’s god instead?

I turned to Katsuki, “Katsuki…”
My Inugami maid bowed, “I believe she simply needs some time to rest, Mistress. If you would like, you could try healing her to see if it would help.”
Oh right, why didn’t I think of that?
I went ahead to cast [Heal] on the girl and I could feel my magic pouring into her.
But even after that, it doesn’t seem like she’s waking up anytime soon.
I scratched my cheek, “I guess… We should just put her in bed and let her sleep it off?”
Odeta leaned against my back, “What happened to her though?”
“Err… She may or may not have met with the goddess of Death.”
Odeta turned to look at me with wide eyes, as though she was having trouble processing what I had told her before she suddenly let out a shriek, “She met Goddess Srii?!”
Oh wow, I was also not expecting Odeta to react like that either. Seems like telling people about Srii is going to get really interesting reactions out of them~
Now I wonder how my other girls would react if I were to tell them that too~
I nodded slowly, “Umm… Yes. We were at her temple and she manifested herself. And the result of that was… That.”
She grabbed my arms and shook me, “Sister Aster?! Did you meet the Goddess herself?!”
Oh wow, I definitely have not seen this side of Odeta before.
“Umm… Could I tell you about it later? I think the others would also want to hear about it as well,” I told her.
“What?! No, no! Please tell me what happened, Sister Aster!! This is serious!!”
I tilted my head at her, “Err… It really isn’t that serious though…”
She continued to hold my arm while looking me in the eye, silently assuring me that it was indeed quite serious for her.

“Yes… I did meet the goddess of death herself. Nothing happened to me, Ather just got knocked out by her aura or something. But I was completely fine and in fact, I became sort of friends with the goddess so there’s nothing for you to worry about!”
Odeta blinked a few times before letting me go and taking a step back.
“She… Became your friend? You’re friends with Goddess Srii?”
“Yes, Srii was–”
Odeta clamped my mouth with her hands, “Goddess Srii! It’s Goddess Srii!!”

I giggled and pulled her hand away from my mouth, “Don’t worry, Odeta. She told me to call her that.”
“She… Gave you permission to call her just by her name?”
“It seems so. Is that bad?”
Odeta turned to look at Katsuki, clearly trying to ask her if what I said was true.
My Inugami maid merely gave her a nod in response and my Amrap turned back to me in shock.
“You made friends with Goddess Srii… Ok… Aha… Ahaha… Wahahahaha! As expected of Sister Aster! Wahahahaha! Why did I expect anything different! Of course this was the result when Sister Aster is involved! Wahahahaha!”
She started laughing heartily and I can’t really tell if she actually broke mentally or not…
Odeta recovered again and shot me a wide grin, “Oh I can’t wait to watch you tell this to the others, Sister Aster! Come on! Let’s go, let’s go!”
I raised my hands, “Wait, wait… Slow down a little. I still need to go look for Unerolia and Emilia since they seem to have trouble with coming to an agreement for their business.”
Odeta shrugged, “Alright then. We’ll go afterwards!”

We headed back into the building and Katsuki went ahead to carry the unconscious Ather back to her room while I went to look for Emilia and Sister Rolia in the room that I had left them earlier today.
As I got close to the door, I could already hear muffled shouting coming from inside and considering the fact that the room should have been sound proof, they must be shouting really loudly if I could hear it from outside.
Worried that they might come to blows, I quickly opened the door to a rather tense sight.
Both women were grabbing at each other’s collars and the coffee table was overturned and one of the couches also looked like it was kicked to the side, meaning they had most definitely tried to fight each other at one point.
Esmeral was still in the room but was just standing off to the side and watching the scene in front of her which made me confused on why she wasn’t even trying to break them up until I realised what these two were currently shouting about.
“Aster’s boobs are better!!”
“You know nothing! Aster’s ass is definitely superior!! Have you seen her hips?!!”
“It’s not her hips that stand out! It’s her thighs!! Those soft, meaty thighs that you just want to lay your head on!!”
