Villainess Breaker: Raising Broken Beauties Against Destiny

Chapter 384: The Dragon King Becomes a Househusband

While the girls were still arguing outside, Damian finally opened his eyes.

For several seconds, he simply stared at the ceiling in silence.

His body felt strangely empty, almost weightless, as if everything that had once filled it had vanished.

He slowly pushed himself upright and pressed one hand against his forehead. "Goddammit... I knew the backlash would be bad, but I didn’t think it would be this serious."

Damian had expected weakness after using the [Dragon Sacrifice Burst Pill], but this was far worse than he imagined.

His body felt so weak that it didn’t even seem to possess one percent of its former strength.

Then Damian suddenly froze. "Wait a minute... that can’t be right."

Without wasting another second, he immediately opened the System and checked his current status.

---

[Name: Damian]

[Cultivation Realm: Mortal]

[Qi: None]

[Spiritual Root: None]

[Physique: True King Grade Human Physique]

[Bloodline: Ordinary Human]

[Soul: Ordinary Human Soul]

[Comprehension: Ordinary]

[Talents: Unchanged]

---

Damian stared at the panel for several long seconds before finally cursing under his breath. "Goddammit..."

He already knew the pill would sacrifice a huge portion of his Dragon power.

He just hadn’t expected it to sacrifice practically everything connected to it.

His cultivation, Qi, Spiritual Root, and Bloodline had all been stripped away. The only thing left was his Physique.

[True King Grade Human Physique]

Damian frowned as he thought it through.

Most likely, after the rest of his foundations collapsed, the remaining power inside his body had been forced into his flesh instead, tempering it one final time.

That was probably why he still possessed a [True King Grade Human Physique].

But just like the name suggested, it was now nothing more than an extremely powerful human body.

Just raw physical strength without special power.

Then Damian heard the faint voices of the women still arguing outside.

His eye twitched as a far more terrifying problem suddenly occurred to him.

Wait a damn minute... now that I’m this weak, how the hell am I supposed to handle all of them?!

---

Outside, Cassandra suddenly stopped in the middle of speaking, her crimson eyes widening slightly. "Damian’s awake."

The moment those words left her mouth, everyone rushed inside.

Damian barely had time to look up before the door flew open and Cassandra, Cynthia, Linsey, Helena, Evelyn, Serina, Miona, and the servants all crowded into the room at once.

Damian blinked at the wall of women surrounding his bed. "...Uh."

Before he could say anything else, Cassandra reached him first and immediately pulled him into a tight hug.

Linsey immediately joined from the side.

Then Cynthia.

Even Evelyn quietly wrapped an arm around him.

For several seconds, Damian just sat there, completely stunned as everyone crowded around him.

Then his expression slowly softened.

What the hell am I even worrying about?

These women were his harem. Why was he sitting here thinking about how to "handle" them like they were enemies?

Damian smiled and finally relaxed into Cassandra’s embrace. "Alright, alright. I’m alive. Stop crushing me before you finish what that damn pill started."

That finally made a few of them pull back.

Serina glanced toward Miona and gave her a small push.

Miona frowned. "What?"

Serina raised an eyebrow.

Miona clicked her tongue, looked away for a moment, then finally faced Damian again. "...Sorry."

Damian smiled.

Miona immediately pointed at him. "But it was also your fault! Who the hell told you to swallow some suicidal pill during a spar?"

Damian’s smile widened. "Oh? So now it’s my fault, huh?"

Every woman in the room slowly turned toward Miona.

Miona froze.

Damian leaned back against the bed, looking far too pleased with himself. "Interesting. I nearly cripple myself trying to impress one beautiful Empress, wake up surrounded by angry women, and somehow I’m still the one getting blamed."

He placed a hand over his chest dramatically. "Truly, being a handsome man is a hard life."

Serina sighed. "Miona."

Miona’s face tightened. "Fine, fine... I’m sorry. It was my fault for pushing you that far."

Damian immediately smiled at both sisters. "Hehe... good, good. Since you’re apologizing now, I assume you two still remember your promise, right?"

Serina smiled calmly. "Yes."

Miona’s expression changed instantly. "Sis..."

Serina ignored her and looked directly at Damian. "We’ll accept the result. From today onward, Miona and I will officially join the [Forbidden Immortal Harem]."

Miona’s head snapped toward her. "Sis! Why the hell would you say that so easily?!"

Serina finally turned to her, her calm expression sharpening. "Enough, Miona."

Miona froze.

Serina gestured toward Damian lying on the bed. "He pushed himself this far just to prove he was worthy of us. That alone is more than enough."

Her expression softened slightly. "Besides, we no longer have a palace, a faction, or anywhere else we truly need to return to. Staying with Damian doesn’t sound bad."

Then she raised one finger. "And don’t forget something important. It hasn’t even been a year since he started cultivating from the Foundation Establishment Realm, yet he already reached Peak Nascent Soul."

Serina glanced at Damian. "Losing to you was expected. The fact that he still managed to push you that far is already ridiculous."

Miona crossed her arms and frowned for several seconds before finally clicking her tongue. "...Fine, Sis."

She looked toward Damian with an annoyed expression. "I’ll join this bastard’s harem."

Damian immediately grinned. "Excellent."

Before he could celebrate any further, Helena stepped forward and cracked her knuckles. "Good. Now that you’re officially one of us..."

Linsey moved beside her with a dangerous smile. "We’re going to have a nice little talk."

Evelyn and Cynthia quietly stepped forward as well.

Miona stared at all four of them for a few seconds before her own grin slowly returned. "Seriously? Fine."

She jerked her head toward the door. "Let’s talk outside. I’ll show you exactly why looking down on this Empress is a terrible idea."

Meanwhile, Serina and Cassandra both sighed as they watched the others head outside.

"They’re really childish," Serina murmured.

Cassandra nodded. "Very."

Then, without warning, Cassandra slowly turned toward Damian with a grin.

Damian stared back at her.

For some reason, a very bad feeling suddenly crawled up his spine.
