The World Conquest: Giving Birth To Become A God

Chapter 864: Confirming Relationship

Chapter 864: Confirming Relationship

Hearing Maximus’s confession, Sira was stunned.

Turning her back, she saw Maximus’s eyes filled with sincerity.

“Do you really love me?”

“Yes… Now I want to ask the same question. Do you love me back?” Maximus asked with a smile.

Having been with Sira for so long, how could he not develop feelings for her?

Even a stone would gain consciousness after being cared for over millions of years, so how could he not?

With a heart open to beauty and affection, Maximus had undoubtedly developed a sincere affection for Sira.

However, when he asked the question back, it was Sira’s turn to feel conflicted.

Did she truly love Maximus? Was this all an illusion, and was she merely acting?

In the beginning, she had approached Maximus for his resources, his support, and the promise of a bright future.

Yet, looking back, Sira seemed to have forgotten her original intentions as she tried to cling to Maximus, hoping to capture his interest.

Day by day, month after month, year after year, her heart began to melt, turning her intentions into an unquenchable love.

At that moment, Sira understood. Maximus wasn’t the one who was furthest away; it was her. The barrier in her heart had kept them apart.

Enlightened, Sira smiled, clearing all the clouds and doubts from her mind.

Now, facing Maximus’s question, Sira confidently said, “I love you too, Maximus…”

Confessing her love and letting her emotions burst forth, Sira wrapped her arms around Maximus’s neck and pulled him into a passionate kiss.

Soon after Maximus and Sira confirmed their relationship, the two became inseparable for a time.

Whether walking, eating, or sleeping, they were like conjoined twins, impossible to separate.

Understanding their situation and budding love, Maximus’s wives continued to give them space as they shopped around.

Sira was deeply grateful for this and planned to repay her sisters soon.

With just the two of them, Sira dragged Maximus to experience everything a couple could do.

From dates to marriage, a honeymoon, and more.

Unfortunately, they couldn’t easily have a child; otherwise, Sira wanted one or two.

Soon, as thousands of years passed by, Maximus and his wives reunited.

The Tatra Plane was truly massive; despite the thousands of years that had passed, it felt as though only a few days had gone by.

There were too many things to buy, countless fun activities to do, and endless foods to enjoy.

Everywhere they went, everything felt fresh and new, so they never felt bored for a single moment.

Caught up in the hustle and bustle of the Tatra Plane, they didn’t notice as tens of thousands of years had unconsciously slipped by.

Just as Maximus and his family were about to continue their adventures, the overseer token in his possession began to vibrate.

“Maximus, everything is ready. We’ve sent all the materials and manpower near your plane,” Luxion said, getting straight to the point.

The first phase of their plan was to gather all the materials and manpower needed for the expansion of the Shadow Void Land.

Now, moving to the next phase, it was time for Maximus to coordinate these resources and workers.

“I understand. I’ll return promptly,” Maximus replied.

Sharing the news with his family, they felt a bit listless.

They hadn’t had their fill of fun in the Tatra Plane, and now they were about to leave.

“Don’t worry. Once we’ve arranged everything, we can return here. Besides, there are still two places we must visit, how could we not come back?” Maximus comforted them.

Hearing this, they calmed down.

With unlimited time to spend and no worries to hold them back, they quickly came to terms with it and left the Tatra Plane.

Looking at the place one last time, Maximus linked his consciousness to the omnis situated in the Aeon Plane and took everyone back.

Back in the Aeon Plane, Maximus noticed a vast group of powerhouses gathered around.

“This—so many!”

Surrounding the Aeon Plane were trillions upon trillions of Overlords, all looking toward them.

If they didn’t know better, they might have thought these forces were there to besiege them.

“Your Highness, I’m here to assist you in managing them,” Zuri, the warden Maximus had met earlier, said as he stepped forward.

“Oh? That’s good. It seems the Overseers were quite considerate,” Maximus nodded in satisfaction.

It would have been a headache if he had to manage these Overlords alone.

Now that there was a leader to guide them, Maximus’s task would be much easier.

“Where are the materials?”

“They’re here,” Zuri said, pulling the materials from his body’s dimensional space.

As an enormous amount of materials began to flood the chaotic void, Maximus quickly gathered them.

Soon, several plane-sized loads of materials were brought into his storage dimension.

“Huh~ It’s too much…” Zuri sighed, feeling drained.

Even as an Archon, extracting such a vast quantity of resources was exhausting.

Fortunately, most of the materials needed for the expansion of the Shadow Void Land were tier 12 and 13 expandable materials.

Otherwise, even exchanging materials for thousands of years wouldn’t have been enough.

Looking at all the materials in his storage dimension, Maximus was also shocked.

It seemed the Overseers had put in more effort than he’d expected.

From some of the rarest tier 13 materials, which he could hardly find in the Tatra Plane, to a complete set of tier 12 and 13 expandable materials.

One must understand that while expandable materials could theoretically multiply infinitely, only the original source could, while the copies were mere ordinary materials.

This meant all discovered and found expandable treasures in the Planar Chaos Region were now in his hands.

“Shall we begin the construction?” Zuri asked, eager not to waste any more time.

As an Archon active on the front lines, he knew the dangers of the Dark Disaster all too well.

The longer the time passed, the stronger they grew.

Especially after learning about the changes in the dark beast tide passing through the Planar Chaos Region.

Shifting their defensive strategy to a direct clash, Zuri wanted nothing more than to complete the expansion of the Shadow Void Land and see how effective it would be in holding off the dark beasts and earning myriad energy.

“Hmm… we can start…”
