"That’s good, just be serious about it. I worry about you, you’re straightforward and stubborn, afraid you’ll suffer losses." The director mother feels like she’s walking on clouds, somewhat in disbelief.

Chloe Winston didn’t say much about Constantine Stewart’s identity, only letting the director mother mistakenly believe he is just a wealthy businessman, without mentioning the complex network of powerful connections surrounding Constantine Stewart.

Lunch was naturally at the welfare center, with Constantine Stewart bringing many gifts and presents for the children, each of whom happily received their own gift, and even lunch had two extra dishes, both with meat.

During lunch, the adults and children ate separately.

Even while eating at the welfare center cafeteria, Constantine Stewart was quite comfortable, while the director mother felt rather uneasy, thinking lunch seemed a bit shabby, despite having cooked several dishes.

After lunch, Constantine Stewart went to check out the children’s living environment, their study environment, and the welfare center’s basic facilities, finding these children’s living habits remarkably well-educated.

"After spring, I’ll have George Z. equip each child and life teacher with computers, and build a library in the welfare center, where reading enlightens the mind, changes the inner self, computers connect with information, can broaden horizons, all good for the children’s development." Constantine Stewart smiled lightly.

"Thank you so much for your care. I represent the children in thanking you, though I’m unsure how to express my gratitude." The director mother spoke somewhat incoherently.

Constantine Stewart chuckled, his smile a bit more sincere, saying, "No need to thank me. Without this welfare center, I wouldn’t have met Chloe. She loves this place, regards it as home."

His words were gentle and warm, making the director mother grip the girl’s wrist tightly. Suddenly, she felt emotional, eyes turning red. This Mr. Stewart is serious, with his pampering tone, and proud expression, always considering the girl. He truly likes their family’s Chloe, so this child now has someone to rely on.

Constantine Stewart toured the welfare center, forming ideas in his mind, planning to have George Z. follow up later.

After sitting for a while, considering the difficulty of travel if it snows later, they got up to say goodbye.

The director mother, along with the children from the welfare center, escorted them to the door, feeling a bit reluctant, especially the children, who waved at the car until it went far away.

Constantine Stewart looked at the sincere smiles of the children in the rearview mirror and laughed softly, "Happy?"

Chloe Winston nodded and asked, "Are you really going to build a library for the welfare center?"

"Yes, initially I planned a small library. Then I thought, why not just build a large public library next to the welfare center? I’ll have George Z. follow up on this later." Constantine Stewart said calmly. "I usually just donate to charity, not very enthusiastically. But now I want to do something real, if not for this welfare center, maybe little Chloe back then would have been homeless, starved to death, then I’d never have found a wife, my children wouldn’t have a mother, perhaps my father’s family line would have ended."

The man spoke with a smile, gazing deeply at her.

Chloe Winston felt warmth in her heart, her cheeks slightly flushed, thinking this old man sure has various ways of confessing.

"Then I’ll contribute too, after New Year I’ll continue working and make money." Chloe Winston clenched her fist, full of vigor.

Constantine Stewart nodded, smiled without opposing.

"Has the movie you previously shot been released?" The man asked lightly.

"Um, I guess it hasn’t been released yet, it’s only been three months." Chloe Winston replied weakly. Since she said she wanted to quit the Entertainment Sector, Kyla Zamora feared she’d get upset, directly issued a notice, so work-related matters were never discussed in front of her, occasional chats were just casual talk.

No one from the crew reached out, likely because Kyla Zamora mentioned it, so Chloe really didn’t know if her movie had been released or not.

Constantine Stewart shook his head helplessly, laughing, "Before we go to the Shaw Family for dinner, let’s watch a movie first."

Chloe Winston’s movie was released as a New Year’s film on the first day of the year, and on the release day, it exploded. Young girls in the cinema were crying profusely, setting the record for the day’s New Year film box office.

As it was New Year’s Day, Constantine Stewart, seeing her return, felt joyous, so he didn’t think to accompany her to watch the movie. But today, there’s enough time, and he suddenly wanted to take her to go watch the movie.
