Chapter 290: Jelly Glass.

These five great beings were in different shapes and sizes, but their figures and features were perfect.

There was no deformity in their appearance whatsoever. All five of them possessed otherworldly beauty and handsomeness. Their appearance was beyond the ordinary.

Loki didn’t care about how they looked, though. He only cared that Fenrir wanted him to eat them. So he was doing everything he could do not to look at them with hunger in his eyes.

The five of them were also carrying a golden flame on their heads. This golden flame was burning quietly like the flame of a candle, but it was producing a lot more light than a candle fire.

No one had seen how the five divine beings had appeared. It was as if they had been here all along but were invisible all this time.

One of the five divine beings said to the others, “It is time. Let the battle begin.”

The five of them were in agreement, so one of them said to the cultivators of the five sects, “You can enter the small world now.”

The golden blond lady said to the people on the airship, “Let us go. Our signal will be our Life Abilities. Watch out for it and come to us if you see it.”

Then she led the way to the green gem. She flew up from the airship and straight towards the green gem.

When she reached the gem itself, she didn’t stop and continued headfirst into it. Loki watched her body sink into the body of the gem as if the gem was made of jelly, not solid crystal, as he expected.

Her entire body sank into the large gem, and she disappeared completely. No one found this to be strange. Everyone followed her and did the same thing. So Loki accepted this phenomenon as normal.

The three rank 5 cultivators were the first to go. Then everyone followed them. Loki followed everyone.

He sank into the green gem and disappeared from the heavens of the Blessed Heaven World. When he appeared, he found himself on a mountain. There was no one around him.

The mountain was mostly bare. But there were some trees scattered here and there, and some parts of the mountain were covered with grass.

In order to see the signal of the three rank 5 cultivators from his sect, he sent some energy into his Mind Palace and used it to rise into the air.

But before he could see any signal, he saw someone flying just ahead. The person was wearing a yellow robe and had a third eye on their forehead.

The person also spotted Loki, even though they were flying ahead, and Loki was behind them. This was because their third eye, which is their Core Metac, grants them 360-degree vision with eyesight that is as good as an eagle’s.

As soon as they spotted Loki, they used the Vision Theft Metac on him. This is a mental attack that will rob him of his vision and plunge him into a world of darkness.

But the mental attack failed. So they had to use something else.

They turned to him and glared at him. As they did so, their third eye glowed, and a ray of light shot out from it towards Loki.

The attack was as fast as a ray of light, so there was no way Loki could dodge it. He had to block the attack somehow.

But Loki didn’t seem to care about the attack. He was busy with something else and didn’t want to stop doing it for this attack.

Since he spotted this enemy, he had placed a tracker on them through Fenrir, and then he put his two arms together. The second skin on his two arms liquified and merged into one to form a large cannon.

He held the large cannon in his hands and used the rank 5 Lightning Engine Metac to accumulate energy in the cannon. He was doing this when the yellow ray of light from the third eye of his enemy struck him.

But when the laser attack struck him, there was no scorching mark whatsoever. His body seemed to absorb the energy of the attack.

This outcome surprised his enemy, but it didn’t surprise him. Without missing a beat, he directed the absorbed attack into his cannon and fired the cannon in the direction of the enemy.

Even before the attack was fired, the enemy already knew it was about to be fired. He could tell because he had the Analysis Life Ability, which was able to determine the energy level and power of the cannon.

So he saw that the power of the cannon suddenly jumped to a higher level. This caused his eyes to widen in surprise because the power of the cannon was already high, and he didn’t expect it to get even higher.

But then he saw the energy discharge in his direction. So he immediately executed evasive maneuvers.

He used the Slow World Metac, which slowed down the world in his vision, and used the Light Phantom Metac, which created life-like copies of himself.

His plan was to use the copies to confuse Loki, but before this could work, a bigger and more powerful ray of light erupted from the cannon in Loki’s hands and struck him.

The ray of light was just as fast as the one he shot at Loki, so even though the world had slowed to a crawl in his vision, he couldn’t dodge the attack. His body was just too slow to dodge something as fast as light. Then the ray of light exploded after striking him.

The ray of light was blue like lightning, so the explosion was also blue. In fact, the explosion was lightning, and it spread outwards to cover both the cultivator and his phantoms.

So it didn’t matter if the one Loki struck was his real body or a phantom. Everyone was struck by the attack, and everything the explosion touched turned into dust.
