Chapter 1262: Fusion Of Supreme Metacs.

Loki took the black ring and examined it closely for a while. Then he said, "Now for the moment of truth."

As he spoke, he absorbed the black ring into his inner world. Then he pushed it into his first and only star.

As expected, the star resisted the Supreme Metac. The rules of operation within it clashed with the rules of operation of the Devouring Supreme Metac, so one had to go. If he continued to force the fusion, one of them would explode.

Fenrir was fully expanded in the three dimensions and contained divinity, so in this clash, only the Apostle Supreme Metac was in danger of destruction.

If Fenrir were to explode, he would lose it as a source of divinity and would have to start the pursuit of conversion efficiency from 1%, even if he made another Devouring Supreme Metac.

With the Devouring Divine Ability activated, Fenrir became more welcoming to the black ring. But he still had to do two things before the two could be incorporated.

First of all, Fenrir was currently full. So he had to create room within Fenrir to accommodate the black ring. Because of this, he removed the Root of Life Metac, the Domain Power System, and the Hunting Form Metac.

Next, he had to convert the rules of operation within the Apostle Supreme Metac into the rules of operation within Fenrir. That is, he had to convert the Apostle Supreme Metac into the Devouring Supreme Metac.

He had supreme mastery of both pathways, so he could perform the conversion without problems. But he didn’t bother to stress himself over this. Instead, he used the spark of power to forcefully incorporate the black ring into the Devouring Supreme Metac.

As the black ring sank into the star, he remembered something that made him smile and think, ’It reminds me of the good old days when I used to stuff Core Metacs and Divine Metacs into Fenrir.’

’I was even able to fuse Divine Metacs and Core Metacs with each other. Those were really the good days.’

Then he realized something that made his eyes light up as he thought, ’I lost those privileges when Fenrir separated from the spark of power. Have I recovered the ability now?’

When he advanced to Rank 9 and gained the Divine Spark, Fenrir was separated from the spark of power and became just another Metac. That’s also when he realized that the spark of power was the source of his uniqueness, not Fenrir.

Because of Fenrir’s special nature, he could still put different Divine Metacs into it. But he lost the ability to fuse Divine Metacs within Fenrir.

He never tried to use Fenrir to absorb Supreme Metacs, though. Even when Fenrir was still connected to the spark of power, he never fused other Supreme Metacs with it because he didn’t have the opportunity to.

But now that he realized that he could use the spark of power to force fusion like he used to do as a mortal and divine being, he gained hope that the connection between Fenrir and the spark of power had been restored after he became a Dao Lord.
