The Extinction Healer of the Beast Husbands

Chapter 68: Ch 68. Let’s Make Love

Selena leaned back, her body feeling extremely weak after regaining consciousness a few hours ago. She accepted a spoonful of honey water—which tasted very sweet—from Vee, a drink that gave her a little energy since she hadn’t realized just how weak her body really was.

"How are you feeling? Does any part of your body hurt, Selena?" John asked as he approached her after she had swallowed all the honey water.

Selena shook her head. "No, my body doesn’t hurt. I’m just weak and can’t move," she replied, causing Jhon to sigh with concern.

"Let me give you some energy; you have to accept it so your body can get a little stronger," said Jhon as he took Selena’s limp hand. "Don’t reject the energy I’m transferring to you, Selena. So you can be stronger..."

Selena smiled and nodded, letting John do it, but it was clear the energy was being rejected. It wasn’t Selena who was rejecting it, but something inside her body, causing Selena to sigh and shake her head as she looked at John.

"It really can’t get in—not because I’m rejecting it, but because my body won’t accept it," Selena said, causing Jhon to let out a frustrated sigh.

"What do I have to do to help you? We’ve all tried to give you our energy so you can hold on longer, but everything has failed," Jhon said, his face straining to hold back tears. "Tell me what to do, Selena? You’re the Healer of Extinction—you must know how to heal yourself, right?"

"That’s right. You can heal us, and you know what medicine we need. So, for the next few days, don’t worry about us just yet. Focus on figuring out how to heal yourself. Once you find a way, tell us so we can act immediately," said Vylen with a voice full of conviction.

Selena looked at her four husbands, who immediately nodded in agreement. She also noticed the anxiety and fear clearly visible in their eyes—fear of losing Selena, fear that Selena might never recover, and so on.

Selena knew that these past few days, while she was unconscious, they must have all been worried sick. Worried that something might have happened to their healer of extinction, preventing them from being healed optimally.

Taking a moment to catch her breath, Selena looked at each of them in turn. "I already know what can be done to heal me," she said, causing the five men to immediately look at her intently.

Their happy, enthusiastic faces showed just how happy they were that Selena had answered something they desperately needed to know.

"But I can’t tell you right now—I’ll tell you tomorrow. For now, you can go. I want to be alone," Selena said, causing their faces to fall again, though no one protested.

Selena had just woken up a short while ago after being unconscious for two days. They didn’t want to push her and risk her getting hurt again.

"In that case, if anything happens, you have to tell us right away. Vee, let us know immediately if anything happens to Selena. Don’t be even a minute late," said Jhon possessively.

He didn’t want anything to happen to Selena again; he’d already seen her lying there, pale as a corpse. Because of that, he didn’t want her to go through anything without him knowing about it.

"All right, Your Majesty. I’ll let you know whatever happens to the Queen. You can all rest or get back to the work you had to put on hold. I’ll stay up all night," Vee said, causing them to let out a heavy sigh.

After exchanging a few more words with Selena, they finally left her room, which immediately fell silent. Selena found it easier to think in this quiet setting, which is why she needed some time alone to make a decision.

"They must be very happy—surely no one would refuse, right? At least I can get better; I just need to recover so I can do other things. If doing this can also heal them, then it’s like killing two or three birds with one stone. That’s a win-win," she muttered, then gazed at her own body, which still lay there weakly.

Her body was the primary source of the treatment her five husbands needed. Giving this to them would be easier; Selena also wouldn’t have to go to great lengths to find medicine. That was too much of a hassle—if there was another way, why go through the trouble?

"But how do I do this in turns? Choosing just one of them wouldn’t be fair—after all, I’m a healer and must provide them with proper treatment."

"Maybe this is the final cure; once I give it to them, they’ll surely recover fully. After this, I’ll move on with what I’ve planned—I don’t need to stay a healer of extinction for much longer. That’s no longer my main goal now," Selena muttered, then nodded as she made her decision.

This might be very nerve-wracking; Selena also knew she couldn’t imagine how everything would play out later. The important thing now was to strengthen her resolve first; that way, it would be easier, and she wouldn’t be so afraid.

"Your Majesty, is there anything you need?"

Selena shook her head when she heard Vee’s voice. "I want to sleep; I’m starting to feel sleepy."

Vee carefully tucked the blanket around Selena, gazing at her face anxiously, terrified that something might happen to Selena again. As the woman closed her eyes and fell into a peaceful sleep, Vee stayed awake all night to make sure Selena remained safe and well.

Selena ate a few bites of the delicious food her five husbands had specially prepared to celebrate her regaining consciousness. But after that, she lost her appetite; she could only push her plate aside, watch them eating peacefully, and smile.

"At least when I came back to consciousness, I saw harmony. I used to be an only child with no family; my cousins never really considered me a sibling. That’s because they lived far away, and we rarely got to see each other." Selena smiled wistfully as she recalled her past.

But now it’s okay—even though the people around her aren’t siblings or cousins, at least they get along well as Selena’s husbands. This is quite surprising because, indirectly, they all share a faint light above their heads that makes things better.

"Are you full yet, Selena?" asked Vylen, who was sitting right next to her.

Selena nodded quietly, making them feel sad because it seemed like she’d lost her appetite. Not wanting to worry Selena, they quickly changed their expressions and hurriedly finished their meals.

Selena smiled softly, looking at them as they prepared to ask what and how to cure her. This made Selena take a deep breath, looking at each of them in turn before she finally spoke.

"Have sex."

They all fell silent; some stared at Selena with shocked expressions, others with disbelief.

Have sex? Does she mean have intimate relations? Oh my God, if that’s really what she means, does that mean Selena needs to have sex with them? Is it one of them? If so, who will Selena choose?

Selena knew what was going through their wild imaginations. Fortunately, only they were inside—their servants and assistants weren’t present—so Selena could discuss this more bluntly.

"After my healing abilities awakened, I have a pretty clear life limit. It’s called survival energy in this world, and I only have two weeks left. But for some reason, I feel like I need that energy faster—I need it sooner—and the way to get it is by having sex with you guys," Selena said, causing them to stare at her with wide eyes.

"Make love to us? One of us?"

Selena nodded, causing their eyes to widen even more. "But I thought it wasn’t fair because you’d also be able to heal completely if you made love to me. Up until now, I didn’t want to do or say this because I didn’t feel ready, after what you did back then."

"But now that there’s no way out, the only way for me to survive is to make love. So, I plan to take turns with each of you. That way, you’ll heal and I’ll heal too—I can do it quickly and easily. Once you’re healed, you can go on with your lives in peace, and so can I. So I don’t see any downside to doing this now—what do you think? Are you willing?"

Selena looked at them as they remained silent, but she could tell what was on her husbands’ minds—they were all eager yet nervous.

"Give me an answer quickly, because if you don’t, I might not be able to hold on much longer. You want to get better—so why don’t we have sex in turns, maybe every night for the next few days? I’ll spend one night with each of you—it’ll all last for five nights."

"I need that energy because I don’t want to die yet, but I still need your consent—"

"OF COURSE, WE’RE WILLING!"
