He thought, the faster he swam, the shorter the time Sienna Johnson would be soaking in the ocean, the less pain she would endure.

Since there were no more Night Owl’s people on the yacht, Adrian Desmond didn’t need to be as cautious as the first time; his speed was very fast.

Reaching the side of the boat, Adrian turned his head and noticed Sienna’s face had turned pale, causing him to feel a pang of sympathy.

"It’s alright, we made it."

Sienna cautiously asked, "Are you sure there are no more Night Owl’s people on board?"

"There’s just a woman named Victoria Logan. I heard she’s your junior. I locked her in a room, she can’t get out."

For the sake of caution, Adrian boarded the yacht first, made sure no one else was there, then helped Sienna get on board.

Sienna’s clothes were completely soaked, clinging to her body, and her wounds began to seep blood again. She leaned against Adrian’s chest, shivering slightly.

"Do you have any dry clothes on board? You need to change out of those wet ones," Adrian said.

Sienna wasn’t like him; he could endure wet clothes without issues, but she was not as robust, especially since she was injured.

"Yes."

Sienna had Adrian carry her to the room where she used to stay, which was filled with her clothes, a whole wardrobe full. She picked out some light clothing from the lot.

Seeing so many clothes, Adrian felt a spark of anger.

Night Owl had fallen to such a state, yet he still spared no effort to buy clothes for his woman, trying to win her favor.

"Dry yourself off."

The room was full of women’s clothing, none for men, so Sienna handed Adrian a white towel.

Adrian took it, wiped his wet hair, and said, "Night Owl really treats you well; look at these clothes, every one of them is expensive."

Sienna changed out of her soaked clothes and noticed her wound was bleeding again. After soaking in seawater constantly for the past few days, how long until her wound would heal?

"He treats you so well, and you aren’t moved?" Adrian asked jealously.

Sienna detected the tone in his voice and knew he was getting jealous again. Sitting on the bed, she turned to look at him and replied, "I’m already a mother of four, what do you want me to be moved about?"

"..."

"I don’t have any other thoughts right now, I just want to deal with Night Owl quickly and return to Sileria City to see my children."

"..."

"Adrian, how long before you can get rid of Night Owl?" Sienna asked impatiently.

"Soon."

Adrian began removing his wet clothes, and when Sienna saw him even taking off his underwear, she thought he was up to no good again.

"Adrian, control yourself! This is not the time for that... What if Night Owl suddenly comes back?"

Adrian looked at Sienna and said, "My clothes are wet, even my underwear is dripping, feels like I peed my pants. I’m just taking it off to wring out the water, Madam, your mind sure is in the gutter..."

Sienna: ...

...

The rain was still falling, and the yacht was violently rocking on the ocean. Sienna couldn’t keep her balance, and sometimes when the waves were big, it felt like the boat was going to be swallowed by the sea.

Adrian carried Sienna to the ship’s cockpit.

The cockpit was filled with instruments, and Sienna sat there carefully, afraid of touching anything she shouldn’t.

"Can you drive a boat?"

"I can even fly a plane, let alone drive a boat."

Adrian grew up in a country with vast oceans; he was exposed to boats, not cars, from an early age.

The anchor was already raised, and Adrian, observing the storm raging outside, started the yacht.

"In this weather, is it really alright?"

Sienna looked at the stormy weather outside and was nervous for Adrian. Even as an outsider, she knew this weather wasn’t suitable for sailing.

The ocean was truly dangerous.

"I trust my luck!" Adrian replied.

"Then take it slow!" Sienna advised.

"You think this is a car, to go slow?" Adrian joked.

"I still want to see my kids, I don’t want to die at sea."

"Kids, kids, kids... Can you stop bringing up your kids every sentence?"

Sienna’s care for her kids made Adrian envious.

Which man reunites with his wife after a long time apart, and the first thing she asks about is the kids? Adrian felt uneasy, even though the kids were his own.

"They’re your kids too!" Sienna emphasized.

"The kids are fine, you don’t need to worry."

How could Sienna not worry? She was worried to death. Her heart wouldn’t be at ease until she saw all four of them with her own eyes.

The yacht rocked on the ocean, heading into the raging sea.

...

When Sienna and Adrian, aboard Night Owl’s yacht, left the island, Night Owl was sheltered in a cave with his subordinates, avoiding the rain.

The cave Night Owl was in was the same one Sienna and Adrian had stayed in when they first arrived on the island.

Outside, thunder roared and lightning flashed, but inside the cave, it was warm and cozy.

Several fires roasted food, giving off an enticing aroma.

Li handed a chicken, perfectly roasted to a golden brown on both sides, to Night Owl. Night Owl shook his head, declining to eat.

"Master, please eat a little," Li urged.

"I’m not hungry," Night Owl’s voice was low.

Night Owl’s heart, worried for Sienna, writhed like ants on a hot pan. He dared not dwell on the possibility of Sienna dying in the ocean; just the thought of it felt like his heart was being excavated.

He underestimated Sienna’s importance to him and overestimated his own cold-bloodedness.

With Night Owl not eating, the others naturally didn’t dare to eat either.

Unlike Night Owl, Li hoped Sienna would perish at sea, because only with Sienna gone would the original Night Owl return.

Night Owl had become like a lost dog, all because of Sienna’s actions.

"Not good, our boat has been taken!"

Li asked incredulously, "How is that possible?"

Someone chimed in, "Could it be those few people?"

The few people referred to the ones Adrian had dealt with; they weren’t from Death Island, just temporary hires.

All eyes turned to Night Owl for direction.

Night Owl appeared calm, "Li, take some people to check it out. See how far they’ve gotten and whether we can catch up."

"Yes."

Li was truly worried that with the boat gone, they’d be stranded on this isolated island. He wasted no time, taking people with him as they rushed out.

Running all the way to the shore, they looked out at the vast ocean, but their yacht was nowhere to be seen.

"Damn it!" Li kicked the sand on the beach, cursing.

He wished he could tear apart whoever had taken their yacht.
