Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!
Chapter 1295: Results of the meeting
Idan understood that the world would continue to change, and the danger would only grow. Neither the Kingdom nor the Earth will be able to provide security for everyone indefinitely. Within the kingdom, perhaps, yes, but not outside it. They need people who are able to independently assess the situation, make decisions and act without a leader nearby.
"The main problem is the lack of communication," Idan said, glancing at Leo. If they find a way to communicate, it will be easier for them to coordinate their actions.
Leo noticed his gaze and became slightly nervous. He looked around at everyone present and hesitated whether to speak. But when he saw Idan’s expectation, he still said:
"I did the experiment as you asked."
Leo looked at the two people present here before continuing:
"Irene and Arslan helped me with this, and we found out that my network is partially operational."
"Oh!" said Idan, leaning forward.
"Everyone who gets in touch with my..." Leo began, but stopped short, almost blurting out the existence of "Systems" right in front of Sierra.
Sierra noticed his confusion and ignored it, continuing to smile.
The others, in turn, could not understand why their Systems forbade them to openly admit their existence, even though Sierra and the others were already aware of the {Local Systems Network}, System Points, and even the dungeon and the Nexus.
After a short pause, Leo cleared his throat and continued:
"If those who join my network get to Juno, each of them will become a kind of "node" of this network and will be able to establish a connection with the nearest other "node".
"What is the maximum distance?" asked Idan.
"I... I do not know, we did not check it," Leo shook his head.
Irene and Arslan also shook their heads guiltily. They did not dare to separate over a long distance.
"I can tell it’s pretty big," Irene said. "At least from one end of the Ellarium to the other, we were quietly getting in touch."
"And considering that Ellarium is the capital of the kingdom of the Elves and a huge city, it’s already impressive," Arslan added.
Idan was lost in thought.
It was certainly good news that Leo’s abilities were functioning in Junonia without his involvement. However, the uncertainty about the range and other limitations did not inspire optimism. He couldn’t rely solely on this ability, but he wasn’t going to give it up either.
"Okay, Leo, start registering Guild members on the Kingdom’s personal server along with requests to join your network," he gave the command, adding, "It’s important that everything is transparent and understandable to everyone. Do you understand me?"
Leo swallowed with excitement and nodded.
"Don’t start it all at once. We need a connection first, and we can launch the rest as the situation develops," Idan continued.
"Okay," Leo agreed.
"A Private Server? Have you created it yet?" Irene asked, turning to her brother.
"Yes, two days ago," Idan nodded. "I also asked Leo to integrate the Kingdom’s Contribution System into the Personal Server."
He looked around at everyone present. "You’ve received information about the Kingdom’s Contribution System project, right?"
Everyone except Sierra nodded.
"Wonderful," Idan said with a smile. "Leo is launching registration today, and I ask you to help him spread the word about this among all the Guild members. Ask them to register."
Everyone nodded in agreement.
"And, yes, I have a suggestion: to provide all Guild members with {Whisper Talismans}," Idan said.
"Huh?" everyone stared at him.
The value of the {Whisper Talisman} was obvious. Everyone who used it knew that.
"Can you get more?" asked Arslan.
"I didn’t say I couldn’t," Idan smiled, but then his smile faded and he sighed.: "Just to supply all the Guild members with {Whisper Talismans}, we will need a considerable amount of SP Points."
"How much?" asked Felicia.
"One Hub and 50 Talismans is 3250 System Points," Idan replied.
There was silence, and everyone began to count the number of necessary Hubs and Talismans. One Hub could only connect 50 Talismans, so the presence of Hubs was mandatory.
"There are only 6 Hubs and 300 Talismans," Leo said.
"That’s almost 20,000 System Points," Nayla whispered.
After a short silence, Irene was the first to break the silence.: "I’m willing to take on the costs of one complete set."
Arslan spoke up after her.: "I’m also willing to take on the costs of one set."
"Me too," Felicia joined in, surprising everyone present.
"Where did you get your SP points?" Arslan asked.
He and Irene had already earned 10,000 System Points each for completing the dungeon, so they had plenty of reserve.
"I’ve earned it," Felicia replied, not wanting to reveal her sources. She even looked away from Idan, as if avoiding direct contact.
Idan ignored it. His mind was elsewhere.
"So I’ll only need to pay half. Not bad," he thought with a smile, glad that he wouldn’t have to pay for everything himself. He could afford it, but 20,000 System Points wasn’t a small sum.
"Idan," Sierra’s friendly voice rang out.
"I would also use such a set in my prison. Especially when my subordinates leave the Kingdom to run your errand."
Knowing that Sierra did not have her own System Points, and considering her huge contribution to the common cause, as well as her irreplaceable role, Idan could not find any reason to refuse.
"Okay, I’ll get you one set," he said.
"Heh, I knew you’d agree," she laughed merrily.
They then came to the conclusion that the hubs would be installed in the Command Center, which is located on the third floor of the Guild building. This Center will become Leo’s workplace, and he will be responsible for coordinating all Guild members.
Leo was only too happy. After all, while doing such important things, he could find an excuse not to practice.
During the discussion, Idan asked the System to place a personal order for Christina for 7 sets of Hubs and Talismans.
[The order has been placed. An advance payment of 20,475 System Points, including a 10% discount, has been made.]
Irene, Arslan, and Felicia transferred a total of 9,750 System Points to him.
With that, the meeting came to an end, and everyone returned to their business.
"Come see me later when you’re free," Sierra told Idan before disappearing.
Idan was puzzled as to why Sierra had called him when Arslan approached him.
"Idan," he called, and there was a concern on his face that Idan hadn’t noticed before.
"I wanted to talk to you about family," Arslan said. "About my family and Arabel’s. About the Morgan family."
