Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!
Chapter 1294: Should we worry about that?
Irene, using {Local Systems Network} and {Talismans of the Whisper}, promptly convened the top leadership of the Kingdom in a new spacious room for a meeting.
Not everyone was present.
At the large round table, Idan was sitting in one of the two main seats. The seat next to him was empty, and no one took it.
"Yulaya, Hazel, and Esma are currently in Limbo with Esmari, particularly in the River Maze," Irene reported, straightening her blonde hair.
The higher-ups were already aware of the appearance in the Kingdom of Esmari of Esma’s true body and the Sword Hero, Lina’s father.
"Milena and Ned are on an expedition in the Ice Caves," Irene continued, looking around the audience.
Her gaze landed on a woman with long silver hair. It was Felicia, who had been dealing with the Kingdom’s affairs in the Federation capital lately.
"We haven’t heard from Lina and Nemo’s group yet," Irene finished.
Idan nodded. Considering that only a little more than one day has passed since the "Reset" in Limbo, it would be too early to expect news from them.
"What about Lucinda and Milica?" Idan asked.
"Milica is in the Ellarium, and there has been no news of Lucinda since she left," Irene replied.
"Don’t expect her anytime soon," Sierra interjected.
Everyone turned to look at her.
"Most likely, she was taken into custody and is being monitored around the clock," Sierra continued, explaining her thought.
"Why are the faces so serious?" Sierra asked with a smile, noticing how everyone around her had become more serious. "She knew what she was doing, so trust her. However, don’t expect her to come back anytime soon."
"Why did she decide to come back at all?" asked Felicia, who had remained silent until that moment. "Won’t her return reveal Limbo’s existence to the Celestial Continent?"
"What kind of stupid question is that?" laughed Sierra. "She’s a Valkyrie born on the Celestial Continent. This is her home and the place she has sworn to serve and protect."
"As for Limbo, yes, his existence will become known to the Celestial Continent," Sierra did not deny. Then, looking at Idan, she added: "In the near future, in addition to the elves, a group of Valkyries is likely to appear in Limbo."
Idan narrowed his eyes. It seemed to him that Sierra was talking about it too easily. Remembering that Lucinda had discussed her return with Sierra, he quickly suspected that the two were up to something.
"Should we worry about that?" asked Idan, looking her straight in the eye.
"No, you shouldn’t. I’ll take care of everything myself if they come," Sierra replied confidently.
"Okay, then," Idan nodded, leaving the matter of Valkyrie to Sierra’s discretion. As for the elves she was talking about, everyone understood that Milica would not hide Limbo’s existence from the Elf Kingdom she belonged to.
With this, all questions regarding the missing members of the leadership were closed.
"It’s been almost a month since the end of the Third Disaster," Idan began. "Let’s discuss the main issue that we’re here for."
"Mass teleportation."
"One month after the previous two Disasters, all the Awakened Ones were forcibly teleported to Junonia. That means it has to happen this time," Idan continued.
No one objected. Irene, Arslan, Nayla, Yara and Felicia have already survived previous mass teleportations.
For Leo, this was the first teleportation in his life.
Sierra, on the other hand, found this information intriguing and listened attentively.
"Teleportation can’t be undone," Idan said. "We are gathered here to discuss and decide how the Kingdom will survive this."
"Nayla, Yara," — Idan addressed the two girls. "Did you find out what I asked you to do?"
"Yes, Leader," Nayla nodded, pointing at the map. "We interviewed most of the veterans and found out exactly where each of them is assigned in the Ludelia."
Idan glanced at the map and turned to Leo.
"Leo," he said.
Leo immediately understood what was required of him.
"Is all the information here?" he asked Nayla and Yara.
"Some of the information is here," Yara replied, handing him the tablet.
Leo took the tablet and connected to it, scanning the map on the table at the same time. His systems quickly processed the information, and a large holographic map of the entire continent of Ludelia appeared in the center of the round table.
By his actions, Leo once again demonstrated to everyone present how valuable his abilities are and how important his role is.
Glowing dots appeared on the map one after another.
These dots marked the approximate locations where most of the Kingdom’s Awakened Ones who had visited Junonia at least once were entrenched.
According to Leo’s calculations, there were just over 200 of them.
It was clear that all the participants were in settlements, cities or on their outskirts. Some have already joined groups.
"Before you joined us, we discussed several possible gathering places," Irene said, studying the map carefully. "We stopped at seven major cities where there are branches of the Adventurer Guild."
Irene named these cities, and Leo highlighted them on the map to make it clear to everyone.
"The main problem is the newcomers," Arslan chimed in. "After the Disasters, there were about 50 Awakened People in the Kingdom who had never been to Junonia before."
"We only know that they will be thrown to the continent of Ludelia, and where exactly is a complete randomness," Irene added.
Leo, hearing this, became worried.
He had awakened after the second Disaster and the second mass teleportation. Therefore, he hadn’t been to Junonia yet. This will be his first time.
"Don’t worry, Leo," — Idan smiled. "You won’t be lost."
"Huh? What?" Leo froze.
"I will take you to Junonia in advance, specifically to the Ellarium, where you will join Irene and Arslan," Idan clarified. "Your abilities are too important, and the Guild needs you to coordinate everything."
"Can you move all the newbies to one place in advance?" asked Irene.
If Idan had done that, then there wouldn’t have been a problem.
"I can, but I won’t," he replied.
Everyone looked at him. Idan saw their looks and decided to explain his decision.:
"First of all, each transfer is not free. And secondly, all the veterans have been through this, so the newcomers need to go through everything as a kind of test. Moreover, it will give them a useful experience."
Then he paused.
"Of course, the Kingdom will not abandon them. That’s why we’re here—to find a solution that will help them too."
