Samsara Tower: Only I Know the Plot!

Chapter 461 460: The Destruction! Uvall was truly terrified.

He hadn't lied earlier—his body really was bound to the land of the Thousand Lanterns Island Nation long ago. As long as that land remained, his existence would be immortal.

Why then had he only occupied the middle of the country, leaving the others untouched?

(Note: This is what the Thousand Lanterns Island Nation looks like. He's occupying the brown one.)

It wasn't because he lacked the strength. With his power, even if all the Samsaras of the Thousand Lanterns Island Nation joined forces, they still wouldn't be his match.

And ordinary humans? What could a government without nuclear weapons possibly do?

The real reason was simple: if he seized the entire country, other nations would surely launch nuclear strikes on the island, determined to erase him completely—even if it meant obliterating the land itself.

By leaving half the territory to humanity, he bought himself protection. So long as countless civilians remained, no politician would dare shoulder the infamy of slaughtering them with nuclear fire. Uvall knew humans well. Their governments were ruthless in secret but terrified of public condemnation.

So it wasn't mercy that kept half the nation safe. It was insurance. A way out for himself, hidden behind the illusion of sparing humanity.

"Adam, go stop Shura!" Uvall finally roared, unable to stay still as the land beneath him collapsed further and further.

Adam only gave a faint, indifferent reply:

"Sorry, Uvall. I've got my own problems. I can't help you."

His so-called "problem" was Vivienne Song. Though he held the upper hand against her, defeating her quickly was not so simple.

But deep down, Adam's real reason was different—he simply didn't want to face Shura. That destructive power made even his heart tremble. He doubted his body could withstand even a single one of Shura's punches.

"Adam, don't forget our alliance! If I fall, I'll return to hell. You'll be the one in danger!" Uvall shouted desperately.

It wasn't an empty threat. If Fenric destroyed the Thousand Lanterns Island Nation, Uvall would suffer backlash but not die. He could return to hell and go dormant. He dreaded that possibility.

His dream was to dominate this planet. Once dragged back to that bleak abyss, clawing his way out again would be nearly impossible.

How could the gloomy hell compare to this vibrant, beautiful world?

But Adam remained unmoved. "Sorry. You're on your own."

He kept clashing with Vivienne, their battle less fierce than Fenric's clash with Uvall. The two circled, probing, waiting.

Vivienne was waiting for Fenric to defeat Uvall—so she and Fenric could join forces against Adam. She knew her strength alone couldn't overcome him.

Adam, meanwhile, waited for Fenric's stamina to run out. As a veteran Samsara, he knew that maintaining such destructive power consumed vast amounts of energy. Shura couldn't last forever.

Uvall, however, was helpless. He could only watch Fenric continue to shatter the earth.

Time passed.

Across the island, more and more land crumbled and sank. Floodwaters surged, swallowing towns, villages, cities. Massive quakes triggered tsunamis that rolled outward in all directions.

"Shura, stop!" Uvall finally shouted, his voice trembling with desperation. "I'll accept any condition you name. I'll even join you to fight Adam!"

His plea left everyone stunned.

Adam's expression darkened. "Uvall… you'd better change what you say."

But Uvall no longer cared about Adam's opinion. He just wanted to preserve enough land to keep existing in this world. If he survived today, he could take root elsewhere tomorrow. Adam's revenge could wait.

"Shura, tell me what you want! As long as you stop, we can negotiate anything!" he begged, eyes wild, like a gambler staking everything on his last bet.

Fenric only laughed. "I want your life. Will you hand that over too?"

"Shura, don't push me too far!!" Uvall roared back.

Fenric answered with another devastating punch, driving his fist into the earth.

"Boom—!"

The ground howled in agony.

Under Fenric's relentless strikes, the land finally gave way, collapsing in great swathes.

Then, in the void above, a black hole suddenly appeared. Its suction was immense—but it drew only at the swirling black miasma, leaving humans untouched.

"No!!" Uvall screamed as the dark energy binding him was ripped away and devoured.

"Shura! I will return—!"

Before he could finish, his essence was consumed. The black hole vanished as suddenly as it appeared.

"Boom—!!"

The sky itself seemed to crack apart.

The entire Thousand Lanterns Island Nation began to disintegrate. One by one, the remaining landmasses sank beneath the rising sea. Waves surged, swallowing everything.

In less than ten minutes, the once-proud Thousand Lanterns Island Nation was gone—erased from the map as if by the hand of an immortal.

Those who watched were silent. Not only had the land vanished, but hundreds of millions of lives had been buried with it.

Cindralock Dominion.

In the Pentagon's war room, the faces of countless officials remained pale with horror.

Moments ago, they had watched a nation sink beneath the waves—drowned by Shura's fists.

"Oh my God… what power is this!?"

"If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I'd never believe it."

"Jadeveil Nation's Shura… he's terrifying!"

"Damn it! Why do such monsters exist among humans? It's not fair!"

"Do you think Adam can stop him?"

"Mr. President," one general said gravely, "if Shura survives this battle, I strongly advise we reconsider our relationship with Jadeveil Nation."

The president fell silent, lost in heavy thought.

Across the globe, similar conversations were unfolding.
