Thanatos and Hypnos knelt on one knee before the statue, their Surplices clanking against the floor with a dull thud.

"Lord Hades, for what reason have you summoned us?" Hypnos’s voice held a trace of lethargy, and a pale purple mist unconsciously drifted from his eyes. "Is it to begin the Holy War?"

"Is it finally starting, Lord Hades?" A streak of excited crimson flashed through Thanatos’s eyes as he clenched his fists. "I can hardly wait to cast the souls of those Saints into eternal darkness!"

Without a word, a divine command saturated with endless malice and the will to destroy was seared into the minds of the Twin Gods. It was Hades’ order—cold and resolute.

"Unexpected variables have arisen in the upcoming Holy War. Poseidon has allied with Athena, and the strength of the Sanctuary has surged. Since this is the case, initiate ’Divine Extinction’!"

"Divine Extinction?!"

Thanatos and Hypnos jolted simultaneously. They snapped their heads up, their eyes filled with unbelievable shock.

He paused, his will radiating absolute confidence and tyranny. "Furthermore, Zeus has been missing for a millennium. In this world, no one can stop me!"

Black mist surged around the statue, seemingly echoing the King of the Underworld’s will.

"Let those lowly creatures experience eternal slumber and death. Let their screams become the sacrifice that awakens my true power!"
