When they had gone through the puzzle, they were able to defeat the eagles with ease. However, when they moved past the eagles and encountered the cobras, they would always lose and be forced to retreat.

The cobra constructs were simply far too powerful. Their sleek bodies meant that they were hard to catch. And their tails also meant that they could get slapped into falling into the chasm very easily.

It didn’t matter if they sent five or ten men to the platform. The eagles and cobras would increase their numbers as well to accommodate the new people.

"I see...," said the ponytailed leader. "I should have seen it long ago. The way to solve this puzzle is to leave the eagles behind, so they can be the one to fight the cobras..."

Now that the answer was right in front of her, she was able to now easily see the solution.

She couldn’t help but stare at Eren. The fact that he was able to solve the problem so easily when she and the rest of her Academic group could not, was a very interesting fact all in all.

Was he just intuitive, or did he know something about this that others did not? She was very curious and wanted to approach him.

Eren stepped foot back into the disc platform and returned it to the dock. He stepped foot back into the stable ground with his flag in hand.

The ponytailed leader was about to approach her, when a shoulder jostled against her shoulder.

The scarred leader walked forward, intercepting Eren. Behind him, his twenty other members all walked supporting him. Some eyed the flag in Eren’s hands. Some cracked their knuckles. While some laughed.

"Well done. I didn’t think that you’d be able to pass through the eagles. What a very ingenious solution. But now, I’m going to have to ask you to give me my flag."

Meanwhile, the ponytailed leader immediately interjected. "Wait a minute, Becker. He rightfully deserves that flag. He solved it!"

"Stay out of this Delia," warned Becker, the scarred leader. "He deserves to get that flag. But he does not deserve to walk out of here with the flag. It’s just a matter of survival of the fittest. We have all our rights to take that flag away from him. It’s part of the game."

It seemed pretty evident that Becker and the rest of his group was going to take that flag away from him by force.

They were circling him, giving him no chance to escape.

It was at this point that Eren was forced to step back, continuing on until he found himself back onto the disc platform that he was on before.

In front of him was Becker and the other examinees, all having their fists and their legs Reinforced with R?zoň.

Eren immediately bent down and swiped through the different symbols and glyphs on the disc platform. It glowed incandescently, before fading away.

"Hahaha," laughed Becker. "Don’t you know? After getting the flag, those Array Formations are going to be disabled. You can’t use it to run away anymore."

But it was at this point that Delia frowned and focused on the platform on Eren’s feet.

She saw the R?zoň symbols now imprinted on its surface. And she couldn’t help but feel as if there was something different about it.

Then, her eyes widened as she saw multiple other figures emerging from the darkness behind Eren.

She wasn’t the only one. Even Becker was stunned as he saw the Eagles and the Cobras emerge from the chasm, all facing straight towards Becker and the rest of his group.

Eren smiled, before stepping foot out of the disc platform and returning to land.

"Attack me," Eren said, provoking them.

Becker frowned as he looked at Eren and the constructs behind him. Confusion was written all over his face. Clearly, he didn’t believe that Eren could control those creatures. But there was a part of him that was hesitant to trust that instinct.

"He’s bluffing!" said someone from Becker’s group.

"Yeah! He has the flag! Those creatures should just be powering down by now!"

It was an illusion of control, they all thought. And because of this, one of the men sent out a Reinforced punch towards Eren, unleashing a shockwave in the form of a flying fist.

Eren squatted down and punched the attack, sending the shockwave to spread out everywhere.

Then, he smiled. "I warned you."

The Eagles and Cobras swarmed the man who attacked Eren. They moved in perfect synchronicity, with absolutely no sign of the hostility that they showed against each other earlier before.

Now, they were unified under the same idea: Protect Eren from any harm.

Seeing the eagles swarm at the guy, his other group members began sending volleys of attacks towards the Array Formation constructs. They raised their weapons and swiped at them.

"Idiots!" Becker shouted. But it was too late. More and more of those eagles got taunted, causing them to eventually target all of their group!

Then, Becker turned towards Eren. "I don’t know how you were able to do that, but this ends here!"

He charged towards Eren, sending a strike directed at his head.

Eren dodged to the side. But surprisingly, Becker’s fist sunk into the air right next to Eren’s head. Then a moment later, it reappeared under Eren’s chin for an uppercut.

It unbalanced Eren as he had to quickly move his body again to dodge the attack.

This left his body completely vulnerable for an attack.

With his other hand, Becker revealed a gauntlet with spikes near the knuckles. With all of his power, he punched Eren straight into his torso.

Eren was unable to dodge. The attack hit him straight in his stomach, making him crumple forwards.

Becker smiled for a second, before he frowned. He looked down at his own hands, seeing that his gauntlets was actually blocked by a tiny layer of red mist.

His eyes widened. Eren was able to Reinforce his stomach!
