Reincarnated With A Glitched System: Why Is My MP Not Running Out?

Chapter 1729: Finally Max Level

Chapter 1729: Finally Max Level

“They’ve been working hard this entire time? But they’ve barely gone hunting from time to time…” Aquarina said. “And they got a Divinity Spark too?”

“Yeah, it seems to be the case,” Undine nodded. “Your eyes cannot perceive it but let me show you through my own, the 24 hours of the day, they’ve been working nonstop.”

Undine showed Aquarina, as they did {Spirit Connection} to allow Aquarina to easily see through Undine’s eyes and her special abilities.

Aquarina then looked down, seeing her mother and her father in bed, they seemed to be already sleeping, with little Esmeralda on top of her mama, drinking milk while sleeping.

Even as they slept, however, their Souls seemed to be constantly moving, their Mana, Ki, and the Spirit Energy of their Familiars merged and condensed, refining itself endlessly through an internal, blazing furnace.

Their souls harbored a small, ethereal core… Her father had a core resembling a small black shadow with a red eye, constantly pulsating and growing larger, expanding as it absorbed all the energy and spreading root-like shadow growths through his soul.

At the same time, her mother’s soul harbored a different Divine Aspect, or Divinity Spark, it had the shape of a large, multi-colored ore, made of crystals, metal, and stone, it seemed like the most solid between the two, and it constantly absorbed energies while growing stronger, spreading golden colored light through her soul and body.

“W-What…?! That’s… Divine Power…” Aquarina gasped.

“They know that such power is forbidden by the gods, and that mortals shouldn’t even be able to do this to begin with, but once they reached Tier 10, to reach even further and protect you from the threats and the gods too, they knew they had to violate the rules,” Undine said.

“T-That’s right, isn’t it like… impossible for us to get divine power? And yet we’re somehow managing to do it?” Aquarina wondered.

“Yours might be because of several factors, from your Familiars to your Dragon Heart, your Divine Blessing and also Sylphy’s System condensing this Blessing into Skills and Abilities that are now permanently yours,” Undine explained. “Gene locks or something doesn’t matter anymore. And that’s probably why you’ve also developed it so quickly.”

“O-Oh right…” Aquarina nodded.

“About your parents, I can only speculate, but they’ve probably been restructuring their bodies constantly through their Tier 10 and above Physiques, to the point they’re no longer… the same humans that the gods created and genetically modified,” Undine wondered. “But well, I know as much about this as you, so it’s truly a mystery… However, it seems that their Spirits and Familiars have a lot to do with this too. Sylphy’s parents and her uncle as well, are doing something similar as well.”

“I see…” Aquarina nodded. “Hah… And I thought they were lazing around all the time, to think they were working so hard even now… Ugh, now I feel dumb for doubting them a bit… I mean I never doubted they were strong! I just learned there’s things even more terrifying…”

“But if you are only scared of things, then how do you hope to overcome them?” Undine wondered. “Yes, you can be scared, everyone feels fear for something, it’s inevitable, but that doesn’t mean we cannot face it even while being afraid, that’s called being Brave. You’ve always been Brave, Aquarina. Don’t doubt yourself now, you’re stronger than ever before, and so are everyone around you… Are you afraid of losing your friends? Just be careful, be mindful, and fight as one with them. I’ll guide you, if necessary. I am your second pair of eyes. As my master, I must serve you as much as I can after all.”

“Undine…” Aquarina felt slightly moved, crying a few tears as she hugged her spirit. “Thanks… You’re right! I don’t know what got into me… Maybe I was just still scared of what happened to us in that Mindscape but… you’re right! I can’t be a coward…! That’s not even like me!”

“Yeah! I’ve seen you grow since you were a little baby, when I found you back in that river,” Undine said. “I’ve been watching you grow so much, and you’re definitely the strongest master I’ve ever had, so I’m quite proud of being part of your life, and your story… the Legend you’ll leave behind in this world, which will never be forgotten by me, no matter how much time happens.”

“Aaah… that’s so nice of you, but did you had to imply I’ll die?” Aquarina groaned. “I’m so young! I shouldn’t be thinking stuff like mortality… Ok?”

“Haha, my apologies, I suppose as a Spirit that has no lifespan, time itself feels like it passes very quickly sometimes… But I am happy that somehow, since I met you, it has felt very slow,” Aquarina smiled. “I suppose I am enjoying my time with you.”

“Heh… You’re way too corny sometimes, have they told you?” Aquarina giggled, getting slightly cocky.

“I-I was just trying to cheer you up, Aquarina… Don’t mock me for such things…” Undine blushed slightly. “Now that you’ve gotten better, let’s check your System, didn’t we hunt a lot of monsters today? The flying ants, they were hundreds…!”

“Aah! You’re right! I completely forgot about that because I was so damn worried, haha! Alright let’s see this thing,” Aquarina smiled as she quickly saw several system notifications pop up.
