After that wonderful display of control over the Shadow Orcs, Michael went over and talked to Castelle.

And when he asked her about her newfound Maugnetic Power, this was what she had to say:

“I don’t know, Young Master. Ever since I’ve gotten that strange metal into my heart, I’ve felt an entirely new sensation enter into my senses.

It’s like I’m feeling the heartbeat of the Reborn company, its thoughts, and its movements like it was my own. It has become a living organism in my mind, something that needs sustenance in order to grow and survive. This also means that I can feel when something is lacking or hurting. And I instinctually know what it needs. Just like I know that using the Shadow Orcs will help us satiate our need for more GodForge pieces.”

Castelle’s description of her newfound Aubility Power was fascinating, to say the least.

It seemed as though her power isn’t exactly an active skill, like most Maugnetics. The power she obtained was more of a passive skill, something that gave her a boost in her mental acuity, especially with regards to the Reborn company.

Right now, in her mind, the Reborn company was a full body. Even though she wasn’t exactly seeing it in front of her eyes, she could still feel everything happening in the company. She could feel when a process was going slower than their anticipated time of completion.

This gave her an almost omniscient control over the Reborn company. Nothing went past her senses, not even a single missing grain of wheat. Of course, that was an exaggeration. Castelle couldn’t feel something that mundane—at least not yet. But Michael had a feeling that as her cultivation grew stronger, her psychic connection with the Reborn company would only grow stronger as well.

Interesting… is Castelle an exception or a standard?

With this precedent set, the possibility for more non-fighting Rebornian becoming Maugnetics was put into the table.

Would they also have a passive Aubility like Castelle’s?

That question wouldn’t be answered unless he actually had more GodForge pieces.

“Young Master, have you created Ice Cream for Miss Yuna?”

Michael’s eyebrows raised. “Yes, how did you know?”

“I saw another pathway for the Reborn Company to take. And it’s the Ice Cream. I can feel it progressing our company now as we speak,” she said, her eyes unfocused and seemingly piercing through the veil of reality itself.

Meanwhile, back in the Colosseum, the usual people gathered in the Viewing Deck and waited as the second day of the tournament commenced.

“Yuna, are you okay?”

Neytiri approached Yuna with care, expecting her friend to be in low spirits after being scolded by her grandmother.

But when Yuna turned around, Neytiri was surprised to find a smile on her face, as well as a look of yearning and joy. “You’re… fine?”

Yuna smiled back at her. “Yup.”

With her eyes flashing in understanding, Neytiri immediately sat next to Yuna and leaned in with excitement. “Okay, spill. What did Keo do that made you look so giddy?”

“What? How did you know?”

Neytiri scoffed. “In all the years I’ve known you, I’ve never seen you this happy. Obviously something happened with that boy, especially after I found out that Gabriel over there nudged that guy into following after you.”

An embarrassed look appeared on Yuna’s face, before she eventually leaned to her friend and began telling about the events yesterday. Including that magical ending that ended in a kiss.

“Finally!” Neytiri squealed. She hugged her friend with congratulations. It truly was cause for festivities. After all, not only was Yuna’s romance finally progressing, but the fact that Xere Montgomery didn’t get angry at either of them meant that she was basically approving of their relationship!

“This is great! Now I finally have someone to double date with!” Neytiri exclaimed.

However, Yuna immediately shook her head. “We’re—we’re not… a pair, yet.”

Neytiri turned her head to her. “What? Even after you kissed him, he didn’t have the gall to ask you out?!”

Yuna nervously tapped her finger on the table. “It’s okay. I’m really happy with our relationship right now.”

This piqued Neytiri. “Oh come on! You… with someone of your caliber, you should definitely ask for something more. Something more concrete!”

But no matter how she tried to persuade Yuna, Yuna shook her head. She really did seem fine with the way her relationship with Michael was going now.

“Oh, and this is a gift from Keo,” Yuna said, taking out a cold metal box from her magic ring inventory.

Neytiri crossed her arms, indignant for Yuna. “No amount of bribe will make up for this. I finally thought I’d have someone to double date with!”

Yuna shrugged. “Okay, it’s your loss.”

Then, Yuna opened the box, revealing different compartments filled with varying flavors of Ice Cream. With a wooden spoon, she began to snack on them with a delectable expression on her face.

“… what’s that?”

It seemed that Yuna’s experience as a global superstar transferred over even here in this world.

After all, everyone inside the Viewing Deck couldn’t help but let their attention wander from the arena over towards Yuna.

She looked like a picturesque commercial idol from a TV show! Everyone was immediately influenced by her!

After finding out that the Reborn company was more than fine in the hands of the newly awakened Castelle, Michael finally made his way back to the Colosseum.

Before he left though, Castelle told him that she would start working on a local factory for Ice Cream production, which he wasn’t entirely sold on just yet.

The Ice Cream was just a little hobby he made specifically for Yuna. He didn’t have any plans of selling them to the general public, especially since there were better ways to secure Sand Dollars.

He teleported into the Colosseum and immediately headed to the Viewing Deck.

And before he could even open the door, he already heard some excited muttering from inside.

“This is so refreshing! It’s perfect for the summer season!”

“I really like this chocolate flavor. What is it made out of?”

“I want to buy more!”
