Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 1137: Revenge

Chapter 1137: Revenge

“Listen up,” a voice boomed across a vast city where the temperature had plummeted to nearly zero. Many hearts shuddered at the harrowing tone that entered their ears.

“My name is Kaizo, number one servant of the legendary Kent Madson.” Sylara, Vaelros, and the rest of Kent’s legion smirked, but Kaizo didn’t mind them.

“If you are hearing my name now, then know that the only reason why you are alive is due to the mercy of my master. However, that mercy only extends to some people, meaning if you are hearing my voice, then you are about to die.

Your useless king and his lackeys thought they could take advantage of the misfortune of the Elves and use it to plunder. However, they met me and my friends.

This means we are here for revenge. So please, do well to say your goodbyes and prepare to die.”

After saying that, Alina produced a scroll and unfurled it, opening it wide. In an instant, runes started glowing on it.

Soon, the air behind Kaizo and the legion turned into a beautiful painting of a garden.

Alina smiled and then formed a hand seal before shouting, “Celestial Portrait of the Eternal Garden, activate.”

The large, picturesque painting hummed to life as more runes appeared. Then it began to change, becoming real.

However, this change stopped a few seconds in. But by then, the painting had turned semi-real. A powerful pressure came from it, forcing many in the city to their knees.

A staff came from the painting and landed in Alina’s palm.

She then pointed it at the painting and called out, “Come forth, Merizi; you are summoned.”

The moment Alina said that, a portal opened in the painting and an ethereal figure appeared from it, holding a wooden staff.

She stopped before Alina and bowed. “I am at your service, my queen.”

Alina smiled and nodded.

“You already know what to do with those who deserve to die.”

“As you command, my queen.”

Merizi flew into the air, positioning herself at the center of the city. Nobody dared attack her. After all, attacking an immortal was bad news, and they could sense that.

The limitation is not working on Merizi, so her Immortal King aura is bearing down on them.

After she reached the center of the city, she waved her wooden staff, and runes started appearing in the air.

“Who is that?” Lilian moved closer to Alina and asked.

“She used to be my servant in my past life, I guess. After all, I painted the Celestial Portrait of the Eternal Garden to keep those I wish to carry with me and criminals I couldn’t bring myself to kill.”

“Oh, so how do we know that Merizi isn’t a criminal but a servant?” Elsa asked a follow-up question, to which Alina laughed.

“She couldn’t rebel if that is what you are worried about. The garden is a Celestial Item. Unless those housed inside are stronger than Celestial, breaking free is impossible.

Of course, I didn’t know much yet, since I had just gained the authority to use the Celestial Portrait of the Eternal Garden again. However, I did know Merizi would get the job done without any mistakes.”

The ladies turned and looked at Merizi, who was deep in drawing the runes…

“What is her ability?”

“She can isolate scums from the innocent ones. Just watch and you will understand.”

After a few minutes, the runes merged, and a large formation appeared in the air. Just when it appeared, thousands of ice demons vanished from wherever they were hiding, leaving the whole city in chaos.

“Where did they go?” Kaizo asked, not understanding what had just happened. Alina had told him she had a way to pick the bad seeds from the good ones. So in his heart, he was expecting her to pick the bad so they could massacre them.

However, now the targets are gone, and he has no idea where they are.

Alina smiles and shrugs. “I have no idea, Kaizo.”

“What do you mean you have no idea? Aren’t you the same person who let out Merizi? Ask her.”

“Okay.”

Alina flew toward Merizi and asked, “Where did you send them?”

Merizi looked at Alina and answered, “I have no idea.”

“Told you. Even she doesn’t know where these people will end up, so maybe we should handle the flame humans next, seeing Merizi still has a couple of hours left before she has to return to the garden.”

Kaizo smirked.

When he brought up the idea that they should attack the Flame Humans and Ice demons, he had no plans on how to actually do it. All he knew was they wouldn’t be killing the innocents.

However, as to how they would handle those who deserved to die, he had no plan for that. Perhaps he was hoping that since word had already reached the ice demons and flame humans, they would be met by an army.

However, he was shocked when they all seemed to surrender.

Luckily, Alina proposed that she had a way to fish out the bad ones, and Kaizo, who was ready for battle, couldn’t have been any happier.

However, it turned out the help Alina had was as strange as not knowing where she had transported a group of scums.

“Look, Merizi’s ability is strange. She doesn’t know where those she filtered out would end up; however, she has a track record of making sure whoever she picked dies wherever they ended up.”

Kaizo smirked again and then issued one last warning. “Take this as a sign that whatever you do, one day you will atone for it. Today, we showed you mercy; tomorrow, it will be complete annihilation.”

After saying that, they left. It was only after they left that the ice demons sighed.

They came this close to death since their king and all seven generals were among the thousands who died in the Elven kingdom. They were basically defenseless and could only bow their heads.

Thankfully, their walls still stood and only the scums died. That was indeed a huge mercy that they could not take for granted.

A few hours later, Kaizo and his team arrived at the borders of the flame humans, where a large army was waiting for them.

“Finally.”

Kaizo smiled cheerfully, then, with no pleasantries before bloodshed, he lunged forward. “Here I come.”

The flame humans were ready.

They had prepared, and because only two out of the seven generals had gone to attack the Elves, the other five and their king had mobilized the rest of the army, ready to face Kaizo and his team.

However, despite their preparations and planning, when Kaizo lunged forward, their formation was shattered.

He was just too destructive.

However, his teammates joined in the next second, and the chaos everyone had been hungry to unleash was poured onto the battlefield.

“Annihilate them all. Feed on their souls,” Veera said, letting loose her undead legion.

“Don’t let them outshine you. You are the Spectral Army, so their souls are rightfully yours,” the Shade King Nykali said, unleashing his wraiths.

Soon, blood stained the battlefield, revealing the chaos that ensued.

The flame humans clearly underestimated their opponents. After all, Veera and her 1,200 Heavenly Ascension–stage undead were more than enough to annihilate them.

It took just two hours, but soon all flame humans were dead, with Kaizo’s side sustaining only minor injuries.

Once every last one died, Merizi did her thing, and the scums still living in Flame City vanished.

“To Planet Vornix then.”
