“Mom, meet Gaia, Akira, and Dori. They are my cosmic assistants,” Kent introduced the three troublemakers to his mom, who seemed already charmed by how cute and tiny they looked.
’She is a lost cause. At this rate, when Li Hua, the scammer, is added, she will sell all her belongings and spend the money on them.’
Kent shook his head.
Gaia was a good girl until she met Li Hua. Now, she is also a lover of money, and while Kent had no idea what she needed the money for, she had already spent a substantial amount of his wealth.
Not that he minded that.
The three cosmic lolis and their money-loving sister Li Hua are just too cute to be mad at.
“Come here, little ones,” Lady Enyo opened her arms, and the three lolis jumped in for a hug.
“Big brother’s mom is very beautiful,” Gaia said, and her two sisters nodded in agreement.
“Well, thank you, ladies.” Lady Enyo smiled and looked at Kent… She was happy to have finally reunited with her son, but who would have thought he came with three added packages?
“Have you been treating them well?” she asked with a gaze that said, ’better not lie to me.’
Kent smirked, seeing this was just a ploy his mom was using to make the three lolis in her arms like her more.
“I have been good and hospitable to them. You can ask them and they will tell you how amazing I was to them.”
Lady Enyo looked at the ladies and winked…
Gaia smiled evilly and answered, “Big brother is good to us. He made sure we got to do everything and also made us work construction just to build a fancy city for people.”
“What?”
Lady Enyo glared at her son, causing Kent to raise his hand in surrender. “Don’t look at me. They wanted to do it, and frankly speaking, there is nobody more qualified than them… and I meant that literally, they are the best.”
“That is true. We are indeed the best,” Akira said, her shoulders raised, before adding, “However, big brother never even checked up on us to see if we were able to lift the iron rods, glass windows, and all the other heavy stuff.
One time, I tripped and nearly fell to my death. Meanwhile, big brother was away enjoying life out there.”
“Dori is telling the truth. I even pricked my finger when cutting a glass.” Gaia showed her tiny finger to Lady Enyo, who saw that there was indeed a prick.
“Come here,” Kent moved toward his mom, only to get his ear pulled and pinched, sending a tickle of pain through his neck and body.
“How can you make such adorable nuggets work in construction? If you want a fancy building, why don’t you build it yourself? Or are you telling me you are not man enough?”
“Yes, are you telling Grandma you are not man enough?” Akira said and grabbed the other ear. However, because she had tiny hands, there was enough room for Gaia and Dori to join in.
Soon, Kent’s ears had turned red, and he could only admit his mistakes and plead for mercy. “I admit I was wrong in making such adorable fairies work in construction. I will not make such a mistake ever again.”
“You better,” Lady Enyo said with a small smile.
“Yes, you’d better,” Akira and her sisters said before releasing Kent.
The Chaos Dragon looked at the three troublemakers and smiled. When they saw this smile, their little bodies shuddered, causing the smile on Kent’s face to bloom.
“If he bullies you again, report to me.”
However, they recovered the next second, hearing Lady Enyo’s words. They knew that with her around, Kent could not do anything to them.
However, just for confirmation, Akira asked, “Grandma, will you be staying with us from now onwards?”
Lady Enyo cupped Akira’s little cheeks and answered, “Of course. This is my son’s home, so I will be staying here from now on. Of course, he can try sacking me and see what I will do to him.”
“Yay.”
The three comic troublemakers jumped down and started celebrating.
Kent just shook his head, knowing this was all part of life. However, the fact that his three little assistants told on him and even made him appear like the bad guy clearly took him aback.
After all, the three ladies begged him to allow them to build the city. Gaia even named the First City Gaiaville, where she is the mayor.
So, where does the blame lie, making it seem like he was the one who made them carry blocks and iron rods?
“Since Grandma will be staying here, it means there is going to be a new city.” Gaia adjusted a small pair of eyeglasses that miraculously appeared on her face.
She then waved her hand, and a large scroll appeared, even taller than her. “Since Grandma and her people will need a city, I took the liberty of creating a design plan for a nature-inspired city, something that will suit the elves and also add a touch of natural flair to the city.
It will be a blend of nature, modern, and futuristic design, one that will become their home for generations to come.”
Gaia looked at her sisters and nodded. “Of course, based on the urgent nature of how this project will be undertaken, it will cost you three times what it usually costs.”
Kent glared at Gaia, who puffed her cheeks and raised three tiny fingers. “That will be three billion in tower points. You have 3.4 billion tower points, and so if we take the three billion and 200 million as our workmanship, you will be left with 200 million to spend on yourself.
All you have to do is sigh or thumbprint here.”
Before Kent could even move, somebody pushed his hand, and he thumb-pressed on the paper. Turning around, he saw Akira smiling at him.
“Nice doing business with you, big brother. We will get to work right away and have a city ready by the end of the week.”
Kent could only stare at the three lolis running away, his expression ugly.
His mom was holding her stomach since she couldn’t hold back her laughter.
“These little nuggets, I will get them later,” Kent sighed and sat beside his mom.
“They are adorable.” She seemed chummy with them already, so seeing them mess with Kent was a welcome addition to her joy of finally reuniting with her son.
“You shouldn’t enable them, Mom. Trust me, they are troublemakers who would use every opportunity they get to mess with me.
Now knowing you are their bestie, my life will be miserable from now onwards.”
“I see nothing wrong with that. In fact, I like them more knowing they are capable of doing so much with their little bodies,” Lady Enyo chuckled.
“They are cosmic beings, Mom. Even if a planet falls on them, they wouldn’t feel a thing. The only person in the universe that can hurt them is me, and so they want to use you as their shield, so I can’t give them a proper spanking.”
Lady Enyo chuckled and slowly stood up. “I don’t mind becoming their shield if it means enabling them to make you pay back all the troubles you have caused me when growing up.”
“You—”
Kent sighed and also stood up. “I will just kick you four out and have my peace of mind then.”
They left the garden and started exploring the two cities.
