Chapter 2769: Ragnarok VII

“Demon! I shall send you to your death!” The World Boss Fenrir Unchained shouted as he ran through the skies to bite Adrian to death.

Elder Ascalor met the World Boss Fenrir Unchained as the former knew that Adrian cannot withstand attacks from a powerful world boss at the moment. The World Boss Fenrir Unchained howled as all of the winged wolves rose to the skies and aimed for Adrian. Seeing that he is already being hunted down even though he just arrived, Adrian no longer needed to pay any respects as he is already incredibly stressed out as it is.

“I came from the Void where almost all of my skills were sealed and came to this chaotic battlefield. I do not care anymore! Destroy everything, my soulbounds!” Adrian shouted as he activated his skills to reduce the accumulated stress from being trapped for a long time.

The entire area is suddenly bathe in nether mist as Adrian activated his domain. One would think that a domain of a being that has yet to become a demigod would be small but it actually covered half of the entire area of Asgard. Even gods would be shocked to see this as the reach of a domain is equivalent to the understanding and divine power of the being that creates it.

“Well then, sweep everything away.” Adrian stated as he used another skill.

A throne made of pure energy that is wrapped in an overbearing aura manifested in the air. Adrian then sat on this throne while in his true form and the entire area felt his prestige. It was not just the players and monsters that practically bent down because of the pressure but even the lesser gods were affected. Adrian’s Asmodian Prowess also contained the power of the nether realm in it when he is activating the domain.

The power of the pressure he released is unlike before but it also drained Adrian’s mana to a great degree. He knew that using powerful skills in a domain would usually use up more resources but he did not expect that his mana would drop to half in just mere seconds. Still, those seconds that he gave his allies was enough as they used that time to turn the tides.

Even Adrian’s soulbounds benefited from the small timeframe as they massacred the monster wolves that the World Boss Fenrir Unchained has summoned. With each wolf being killed, the World Boss Fenrir Unchained is also getting weaker as his strength is tied to them. The monster wolves that the World Boss Fenrir Unchained called out are actually real monster wolves from different parts of the world itself.

As of right now, the population of monster wolves have dropped significantly. The sudden confusion of the monster wolves is not only due to Adrian though. As soon as Sirius was summoned, the World Boss Fenrir Unchained actually felt threatened by him. Even the monster wolves suddenly felt that another ’boss’ showed up and they have the same rank.

“So, you are the little runt that evolved from consuming my power. You are still weak though. I can easily tear you alive.” The World Boss Fenrir Unchained stated.

“No use arguing with someone that has already kicked the bucket. Did the underworld reject you as well, old man? You came running back here as soon as you could.” Sirius replied which made Elder Ascalor laugh because the brat’s soulbound has the same personality as him.

“You dare! Attack the mutt!” The World Boss Fenrir Unchained commanded but no monster wolf actually dared to do so.

“Leave while I am still magnanimous. Attack me and all of you will die. I assure of it.” Sirius stated as it was not arrogance but a fact.

The monster wolves knew that what the other Fenris (used this term so that it would not confuse it for the world boss) told them is true. The power of death that clad Sirius is so thick that no monster wolf would dare to lunge at him. It would literally be them plunging to their deaths and even the command of the World Boss Fenrir Unchained cannot overcome it.

“Useless! Kill those northern barbarians then!” The World Boss Fenrir Unchained shouted as it also knew that Sirius holds the same authority as it. The monster wolves instantly scattered as they did not want to be in the vicinity when to alpha wolves battle with each other.

“I shall support you, young one. Your master will not want you to die here as there are still many enemies.” Elder Ascalor stated as the battle between Sirius and the World Boss Fenrir Unchained has started.

In a bit of a distance from the World Boss Fenrir Unchained, the Bloodstained Hound Garmr could be seen waiting for his chance to pounce on Sirius. The other monster wolves might be afraid of Sirius but the Bloodstained Hound Garmr is not. Just as it was about to launch an attack, a large nether demonic hand suddenly grabbed it and abducted it.

The Bloodstained Hound Garmr is alarmed at what happened but it suddenly felt pressure to the being that took it away. The Bloodstained Hound Garmr would have pounced on the being that dared to take it but it was none other than the Mediator of Death. A being clad in an aura of death itself which made the Bloodstained Hound Garmr tuck its tail in fear.

“It seems that you have been having fun here in the mortal realm when you should have been guarding the gate to Helheim. I have heard the grievance of your true owner and she will give you the punishment that you deserve. It is the only way to redeem herself after all.” Adrian stated as he summoned the Gate of the Underworld in the mortal realm.
