“Are the portals ready?” Peridot asked as all of them have returned to him.
Along with Peridot, Levin Cloud, and Grand Master Fu Xi are some Ryujin warriors that will accompany them. They know that it might be an army going against the Black Tortoise of the North like it did with the other divine beasts. Grand Mistress Nu Wa, on the other hand, is accompanied by two female attendants.
“The portals are ready. I even tested the one I made for the northern part of the eastern continent. It will lead all of you to a place in a mountain steep where snow is a bit thick. It should be a few hundred meters away from the location of Black City.” Adrian stated.
“Thank you for your assistance, mediator.” Grand Master Fu Xi stated.
“This is not his assistance but payment for suddenly ruining the skies above the Dragon Lake Palace.” Grand Mistress Nu Wa stated as she glanced at the dilapidated one-story pagoda that is still in the background.
“I will fix when I return.” Adrian stated with a cough as he thought that the Ryujin have already forgotten what he did.
“You can easily pay us back with this.” Grand Mistress Nu Wa stated as she suddenly pulled out a dress.
“You do not need to present me with a dress because I can just copy it.” Adrian stated with a smile.
“Take it. It would match the color of your eyes.” Grand Mistress Nu Wa stated.
Adrian proceeded to take the dress, but his hand suddenly slipped, and he also accidentally stepped on it. The damp soil smudged and made the dress dirty which made Adrian look bad for being so clumsy. Grand Mistress Nu Wa could be seen to look shocked but also holding herself up for raging about.
“I apologize with all my heart. I become a bit of a klutz when I am maintaining two portals. It messes up with my coordination, but I will happily pay for the dress that I have ruined.” Adrian stated with an innocent look on his face.
“It does not matter. We can just have this cleaned even though it is made from heavenly silk.” Grand Mistress Nu Wa stated as she smiled with anger towards Adrian.
“Oh no! I will make sure to punish myself and make sure that I never become clumsy while we are working together. Please spare me the gifts as I do not want to ruin in since I am very clumsy right now.” Adrian stated with eyes that looked like he was incredibly sorry but even Grand Mistress Nu Wa knew this was all acting.
“He got better!” Peridot whispered to Levin Cloud.
“I could not believe it! He was so stiff that one knew he was acting but now it is different.” Levin Cloud whispered back.
“He is getting dangerous. He is unlocking his full potential!” Peridot whispered but she was already stopping herself from laughing.
“He is already smiling with a glare at us. We better stop.” Levin Cloud whispered back but even he was stopping himself from smiling.
“Anyways, we must head out now as maintaining the portals should be difficult for the mediator.” Grand Master Fu Xi stated.
“Yup! We shall call upon you once we are done with the mission. You better summon the portal at the exact coordinates like last time.” Peridot stated as she entered the portal with the others following behind her.
“Good luck!” Levin Cloud stated as he was the last to enter the portal before Adrian closed it.
“Shall we go to the one we are going to as well?” Adrian stated with a smile as he gestured towards the portal.
“Yes. I guess we should go now or else they might have already started another plot to destroy the eastern continent like what you did to that dress.” Grand Mistress Nu Wa stated as she entered the portal with her two attendants.
“She is really mad about that, but I already told her that I can make it on my own.” Adrian stated as his body started to morph as he entered the portal.

When Adrian arrived at the other side, he is greeted by the forbidden zone that did not scream forbidden at a glance. He also changed to a female form as he is in disguise as an attendant of Grand Mistress Nu Wa. He looked like one of those ethereal fairies in wuxia novels as his white hair with blue streaks is very eye-catching.
“You are too beautiful. Wear this.” Grand Mistress Nu Wa stated as she handed a veil to Adrian which he accepted as it merely covered his lower face which only left his eyes.
“I think you even enhanced his beauty, mistress.” One of the attendants stated as Adrian suddenly had a more mysterious alure.
“Maybe change the color of your hair to a muddier color as well.” Grand Mistress Nu Wa suggested, and Adrian nodded.
Adrian then changed the long white hair with blue highlights to a dirty brown color. He was still beautiful, but it was not overflowing with charm. His beauty is now slightly higher than the attendants that came with him. Still, this is the look if he has the veil but without it then he might be called a Fairy by the people of the eastern continent.
“I guess it is true that demons are more beautiful than fairies. You are definitely different from the old farts of your race.” Grand Mistress Nu Wa commented as she found it funny that Adrian is the only handsome and beautiful demon that she can see from the Daemos.
“Have you seen the real forms of the elders, Grand Mistress Nu Wa?” Adrian asked as the elders barely use their real forms.
“Do they not look like wrinkly old men? The one that looks a bit refined is your Elder Bronx but the other two has let themselves go.” Grand Mistress Nu Wa stated.
“This is what they look like if they do not use polymorph though.” Adrian stated as he pulled up a memory orb and showed them what the elders looked like in their normal form.
Grand Mistress Nu Wa looked and thought that it would just be a picture of old men, but her jaw suddenly dropped when he them. Even the two attendants suddenly blushed when they saw what the elders look like in their real form that is not disguised by polymorph. One of the attendants even drooled at the sight of Elder Ascalor’s true face and body as he was a hunk through and through.
“This! This cannot be true! It must be magic! Polymorph!” Grand Mistress Nu Wa stated in shock.
“The polymorph ones are their old looking forms. They say that it commands more respect if they look like that compared to their usual looks.” Adrian stated.
“Tell me, Master Equinox. Does your elders have partners already?” One of the attendants asked.
“Elder Bronx is married but the two have yet to tie the knot.” Adrian casually replied.
“Mistress, I would like to use my vacation days to visit Ascalor when I have the chance.” One of the attendants stated.
“I would like that as well, mistress.” The other attendant stated.
“We are still in a mission. Prepare the lotus flower stage as we need that to show that we are coming.” Grand Mistress Nu Wa stated but the two attendants already gestured to a beautiful lotus flower floating in front of them.
“We have already finished it, mistress.” The attendants stated as they bowed.
“Alright. Let us go. I shall tell you about the Emei Sect and how we need to move as we move towards their main sect.” Grand Mistress Nu Wa stated.
“Thank you.” Adrian stated as he stood next to the two attendants on top of the lotus flower as it flew towards the sect where a large golden tower could be seen from the distance.
Adrian then noticed that the forbidden zone did not act like a forbidden zone at all because no monsters dared to attack them. Monsters in the forbidden zones are powerful and would attack anyone as long as they see them. They attack first and think later which is why only players that have prepared could enter them with ease.
“Are you wondering why there are no monsters trying to attack us?” Grand Mistress Nu Wa asked.
“Yes. We do not even have any monster repelling scent or formations, but they are not even attacking.” Adrian stated.
“The reason is the Lotus Flower. This is not really a lotus flower, but a special artifact made from my own dragon scales. It releases my dragon fear into the area which makes beasts weaker than me know that I am in the area. The only ones that are not affected by this are beasts that do not fear dragons but only beasts with dragon or divine blood do not fear us.” Grand Mistress Nu Wa stated as she was very proud of this artifact.
