Chapter 1580 - 1571: Everywhere I Look Is Eternal—Tell Me What That Feels Like

Violet Zimmerman was awakened by the smell of alcohol, even in her sleep, she could feel that strong scent.

Breathing was difficult, her lips were blocked by Daxton Lancaster’s, his alcohol-laden lips kissing Violet’s lips haphazardly.

"Um..." Violet frowned, but reacted when she saw the face so close by, "Daxton? You’re back?"

"Yeah,"

Daxton smiled and gave Violet a heavy kiss on the lips, holding her face as he slightly moved away, staring intently at Violet’s face, eyebrows furrowed, but his lips curved into a smile.

"My wife is so beautiful, no wonder she’s so tempting!"

"What nonsense are you talking?"

Violet thought Daxton was speaking drunkenly, and replied with displeasure, not yet asking why he returned so late, Daxton came close again.

Holding Violet’s face, leaving her no place to escape, his forehead leaned in, his eyes carried a smile.

Daxton had a refined appearance, unlike those rugged men from the factory, his smile was gentle, like a gentle stream; during their blind date, Violet was drawn to his smile.

"Am I talking nonsense? Isn’t Joseph also out of his mind over you?"

Violet...

All color drained from her face, her expression flustered, her heart racing, could it be... he knew she went to watch a movie with Joseph?

"Daxton, listen to me, it’s not..."

Violet hurried to explain, not wanting Daxton to misunderstand her relationship with her brother-in-law, but as she spoke halfway Daxton covered her lips.

"Shh..." Daxton’s hand rested at his lips, his slender frame, "Violet, I trust you."

Despite being drunk, Daxton was awake when he said those words.

A year and a half of their relationship, they held hands on the streets, watched movies together, and even sneaked kisses in the dark...

He couldn’t believe that such deep affection would lead her to betray easily.

"Daxton,"

Violet’s heart was touched beyond words, for in Daxton’s eyes she saw sincerity, with no trace of deceit.

"Violet, I like you!"

As he said those words, Daxton pressed his thin lips down again, heavily crushing and biting on Violet’s lips, meanwhile, his hand grew restless.

"I really want you to be happy..."

A sigh of helplessness escaped between their lips as Daxton kissed Violet and said, "Tell me, how does it feel... is it comfortable..."

"Violet, tell me."

"Daxton, you’ve had too much to drink, get some rest." Violet kept dodging, feeling her lips might tear from Daxton’s sucking; although she held his wrist, she couldn’t stop his actions.

"Tell me, is it..."

Daxton’s voice sounded painful, his lips again fell near Violet’s ear, "Violet, please tell me, let me know how that feels..."

Violet had always known Daxton’s pain, holding his wife every night, yet unable to do anything; she sympathized with him and felt distressed, but was powerless.

Raising her hand to cover Daxton’s back, she gently patted, enduring her internal discomfort, Violet softly consoled, "Daxton, it’s not as wonderful as you imagine,"

After saying it, she seemed worried Daxton wouldn’t believe, she emphasized, "Really."

"Phew..." a long sigh sounded by her ear, emitted by Daxton, his hand gently stroked again as he said, "Violet, may I nuzzle?"
