"Damn it..." Dilan cursed angrily as he pulled his manhood out of Gracie.

The first time, they had been interrupted. And now, it had happened again.

Of course, given the choice Gracie had offered him, if he wanted to continue, this could very well be their last time together.

He quickly put his clothes back on, hastily straightening them.

"Dilan, are you sure you can get those corpses from your older brother?" Gracie asked, still seeming doubtful.

"I’m the one who communicates with Oliver because Luis is too lazy to handle it himself," Dilan replied.

Only after hearing that did Gracie’s eyes light up.

"That means you can ask for the corpses by telling him Oliver wants them now?"

"Yes. I’ll say it’s an order from Oliver. Luis has never been afraid of being tricked by him. In fact, he’s willing to hand over the corpses at any time..." Dilan nodded.

"By the way, should I deliver them directly to Lady Stanley?" he asked.

"That would work. That way, she’ll know what you’ve done," Gracie replied with a nod.

"All right!"

Dilan then left the restroom, leaving Gracie still naked inside.

"Hmph!" The woman sighed.

"It’s so uncomfortable having to stop like this," she muttered with a pout.

Of course, she felt just as frustrated as Dilan.

After all, she genuinely enjoyed having sex with him.

Not long afterward, Dilan emerged from the restroom corridor with his phone in hand and approached Luis, who was talking to several other important figures.

When he reached his older brother, he nudged his hand, prompting Luis to look at him with an expression that seemed to ask what was going on.

"Big Brother, I’ll take the corpses to Oliver. He asked for them," Dilan said quietly.

Luis furrowed his brows slightly upon hearing that.

"Where is he?" he asked.

"He didn’t say. He told me Alice Howard would take me to him. It seems he’s a little afraid to come here now that Lady Stanley is present. But, Big Brother, do you think Oliver will keep his word?"

"Oliver can’t be trusted, but I don’t think he’d be stupid enough to deliberately make us another enemy," Luis replied.

After that, he placed a ring in Dilan’s palm.

Of course, he had already made sure Miya wasn’t watching them. She appeared to be focused on her young husband.

If Miya had been observing them, Luis wouldn’t have dared to hand it over to Dilan.

Although those corpses were of no use to Miya, she could still destroy them.

"Go. Just send a distress signal if anything goes wrong," Luis instructed.

"All right!" Dilan nodded before stepping back, while Luis continued his conversation with the important figures.

They were ordinary humans, but there were plenty of profitable business opportunities to be had with them. That was why Luis treated them well.

He failed to notice that Dilan hadn’t even glanced at Alice.

Instead, Dilan’s gaze was fixed on Miya, who was looking back at him with a smile, as if inviting him to come over.

Enzo wasn’t unaware that Miya was doing something with Gracie, even though he didn’t know exactly what it was.

Now that Miya was looking at Dilan, he realized that Dilan was her target.

Dilan started walking toward them, but strangely, his pace was only quick for the first three steps. After that, he gradually slowed down.

Naturally, he still had doubts in his heart.

Those doubts only grew stronger now that his desire had been suppressed.

His lust and pleasure had interfered with his rational thinking.

He began wondering whether he really needed to get himself involved in this mess.

Why couldn’t he be a proud member of the White Family, ready to die to defend his family’s dignity?

As he questioned himself and thought things over, he gradually began to sense that something was wrong.

Oliver and his zombies would be ready today. That much was certain.

If so, why would Miya Stanley want to take the Giant corpses from them?

At that moment, Gracie finally emerged from the restroom corridor.

Dilan was highly sensitive to her presence, so he immediately noticed her and turned to look at her.

Gracie could see the hesitation returning to Dilan’s face.

However, she knew she needed to maintain a calm and serious expression. She couldn’t appear impatient.

Otherwise, Dilan would immediately realize that he was being deceived.

As long as he kept moving, it didn’t matter if he had doubts.

And he did keep moving, even as his pace grew slower and slower. Nevertheless, he continued drawing closer to Miya’s position.

"Governor, the Vice President has finally arrived. Oliver is with him in the car," someone whispered to the Governor.

Enzo and the others heard it as well, since the Governor had approached them alongside several attendants carrying a replacement table.

Upon hearing the news, the Governor nodded.

"Tell the host to announce his arrival," he instructed before directing the attendants to clean up the remains of the shattered table and replace it with the new one.

"Distinguished guests, please rise for a moment to welcome the Vice President, who will be arriving shortly," the host announced over the microphone.

At that moment, Luis’s expression changed as he continued chatting with the other guests.

The moment he heard the Vice President mentioned, he immediately spread his Mental Sense and located him.

Although the Vice President’s car was protected by a formation that restricted Mental Sense, Luis could still make out the figures inside. The Vice President and Oliver Green were sitting side by side.

This wasn’t what he had expected.

He looked toward the military officials’ table and found Alice Howard still sitting there. So where was Dilan?

His expression instantly darkened when he realized Dilan was now less than three meters away from Miya.

Why was Dilan approaching her?

If Miya had suddenly lunged at Dilan, Luis might have suspected that she knew he had handed over the Giant corpses to his younger brother.

But that wasn’t what happened.

"Boy, what are you waiting for?" Miya asked.

She didn’t even need to stand up.

She simply reached forward and effortlessly snatched the ring from Dilan’s hand, despite the distance of more than two meters between them.

Dilan naturally felt as though he had just been robbed, but he still entertained the thought that Miya had simply been impatient.

However, Luis had seen everything.

"Miya, what the hell is this?!" he shouted furiously.

His voice seemed loud enough to carry all the way out to the street.

The Governor froze, his mouth hanging open as he realized another conflict had erupted between them.

This time, Luis seemed truly furious.

Miya chuckled softly.

"Look at that. I’ve robbed you again," she said casually.

Luis was panting heavily, trembling as though he were suffering from a heart condition, even though such a thing should have been impossible for a Lord of Earth.

Dilan began to stagger.

He still wasn’t entirely sure of the truth, but naturally, he panicked at being exposed right in front of Luis.

"Give it back!" Luis demanded again.

"No," Miya replied.

"Mr. White, Lady Stanley, please calm down," the Governor interjected nervously.

"She robbed us again!" Luis exclaimed, leaving the Governor speechless.

A robbery had taken place at his birthday celebration.

In principle, he should have helped the victim recover his stolen possessions. But could he really ask Miya to return them?

He looked at the woman, who was still smiling brightly.

A lioness could snatch meat from anyone she pleased. But who would dare take meat straight from her mouth?

"Where did you steal these corpses from? There are far more here than just the people you’ve killed," Miya said to Luis, but the latter could only continue glaring at her furiously.

Because of their conflict, no one was paying attention to the main entrance anymore.

At that moment, the sound of numerous footsteps could be heard.

Enzo was the only one who could easily turn his attention toward the entrance.

He saw two men followed by more than twenty bodyguards.

One of them was naturally Oliver Green, with his black hair and handsome, charismatic face. He carried himself with an elegant air and appeared wise.

Beside him stood a large, elderly man.

He was clearly older than he looked, yet his physique was remarkably well-maintained.

Dignity, authority, and dominance were all written across his face, which bore a sword-shaped scar running from his forehead down to his cheek, passing through his eye.

Despite wearing a suit, he still had a five-star insignia on his shoulders.

It had to remain visible, as it represented the highest achievement in the military and served as proof of his influence.

Miya shifted her gaze toward the main entrance.

Only then did everyone else turn to look in that direction.

They, too, looked back and forth between the Vice President and Oliver.

Both seemed confused by the tense atmosphere inside.

Although they were just ordinary people, they were still aware that there was a conflict among the Cultivators.

After seeing them, the governor quickly ran toward them, followed by state government officials.
