Infinite Mana: I Am The Absolute Supreme

Chapter 165: Devastating battle

Veyrath did not waste another moment on words. The shattered fragments of his Darkness Domain were instantly absorbed back into his body, coalescing into a dense, pitch-black armor of liquid shadow that coated his ancient plate.

The two massive horns on his forehead began to burn with a crimson, void-corrupting flame, and the thousands of crimson eyes that had previously filled the void seemed to manifest directly behind him like a horrifying starry sky.

With a motion so fast it completely bypassed the physical realm, Veyrath vanished.

Victor did not even have the time to raise a smile before a heavy, armor-clad fist wrapped in spatial distortion collided directly with his chest.

The impact sounded like a dying star collapsing. A massive shockwave ripped through the Core sector, instantly atomizing millions of tons of floating planetary debris and sending a ring of kinetic force sweeping across thousands of kilometers. Victor flew backward like a meteor, his body tearing through space itself as he crashed through three dead asteroids before finally stabilizing his momentum.

Victor wiped a faint speck of dust from his dark chest plate, his eyes widening slightly with genuine surprise. The impact had not broken his physical defense, but the terrifyingly concentrated power behind it had penetrated deep into his internal organs, causing his blood to churn violently.

"He actually managed to touch me," Victor thought, a genuine spark of excitement rising in his heart. His physical body in his current state was already monstrous, yet Veyrath had managed to push him back through raw, unadulterated Quasar Realm power combined with spatial laws. The Abyssal Overlords were indeed completely different from the trash he had slaughtered earlier.

Space ruptured directly above Victor. Veyrath descended like a falling mountain, a massive black greatsword forged from compressed dark matter appearing in his hands. The blade was wrapped in the power of decay, leaving a trailing mark of absolute nothingness wherever it passed.

"Die, human!" Veyrath roared, his voice carrying the authority of an absolute ruler.

Victor shifted his posture instantly. Instead of dodging, he thrust his hand forward. The suspended Chaos and Water elemental spheres scattered across the battlefield instantly converged upon his palm, merging into a single, blinding, violet-hued longspear. He thrust the spear upward, meeting the descending black greatsword head-on.

The resulting explosion was catastrophic.

Light and darkness violently tore at each other, creating an absolute vacuum around the two fighters. Space shredded into infinite black ribbons. Victor was forced back three steps, his boots leaving glowing ruts in the shattered void. Veyrath, however, was flipped backward through the air, his black greatsword trembling uncontrollably from the violent kinetic feedback.

Veyrath landed on empty air, his crimson eyes glowing with intense, bloody light. He raised his left hand, and the ancient vein-like patterns on his skin burned like molten magma.

"Void Annihilation," Veyrath muttered cold words that resonated with the universe’s dark side.

Millions of crimson light beams burst forth from the thousands of eyes hovering in the void behind Veyrath. Every single beam was imbued with the law of absolute destruction, targeting Victor from every conceivable angle. Space was completely sealed off, preventing any form of teleportation or evasion.

Victor raised both hands, his expression dropping its casual demeanor. He realized that relying on mere elemental combinations and basic physical strength was no longer enough to suppress an Overlord of this caliber effortlessly. Veyrath had spent thousands of years fighting on the absolute brink of death, mastering his realm to an exquisite degree.

"If simple tricks will not work, then let us see how you handle this," Victor whispered.

Victor crossed his hands in front of his chest. At that exact moment, the atmosphere around him ceased to exist.

From his left hand, a pitch-black, infinitely deep aura began to radiate. It carried the pure, unadulterated Law of Destruction, an intent so terrifying that even the incoming crimson light beams began to wither before making contact.

From his right hand, a brilliant, warm, golden light burst forth, carrying the pure Law of Creation. It was the absolute opposite of destruction, filled with the boundless energy of life, order, and origination.

Two opposing fundamental laws of the universe appeared simultaneously on a single human body. The paradox alone caused the surrounding space to scream in agony, unable to reconcile the simultaneous presence of absolute end and absolute beginning.

Veyrath’s crimson eyes widened in sheer, unimaginable horror. "He is wielding two diametrically opposed fundamental laws at the same time? How is that possible? No living organism can sustain both without exploding!"

But Victor was not finished.

He slowly brought his hands together, forcing the pitch-black aura of destruction and the golden light of creation toward each other. The moment they touched, a localized cosmic storm erupted, threatening to tear Victor’s own arms to pieces. His blood surged, and the skin beneath his dark armor cracked slightly under the incomprehensible pressure.

Yet, instead of letting them annihilate one another, Victor activated his deepest, most profound comprehension.

Rule of Chaos.

The purple chaotic force within his soul surged outward like a tide, wrapping around the warring laws of Destruction and Creation. Chaos was the primordial state before creation, and the final state after destruction. Under the supreme arbitration of the Rule of Chaos, the black aura of destruction and the golden light of creation stopped rejecting each other. They began to twist, intertwine, and melt together, transforming into a singular, greyish-violet sphere of absolute primordium.

The moment this supreme fusion was completed, the endless crimson light beams raining down from Veyrath’s attack simply vanished upon touching the outer perimeter of Victor’s domain. They did not explode; they were simply unmade, returned to nothingness.

"This... this is impossible," Veyrath stuttered, his voice finally losing its absolute calm, replaced by a deep, instinctual terror that he had not felt in thousands of years. "What are you?"

Victor did not answer. He simply pushed his merged hands forward.

"Primordial Disintegration."

A beam of grey-violet light, no wider than a human arm, shot forth from Victor’s hands. It moved without sound, without heat, and without speed. It simply existed at the origin point, and in the next millisecond, it existed through Veyrath’s chest.

Veyrath froze.

The massive black greatsword in his hands quietly dissolved into dust. The ancient black armor covering his body turned into fine, weightless ash that floated away into the void. The thousands of crimson eyes hovering in the dark sky shattered one by one like glass beads hitting concrete.

Veyrath raised his head slowly, looking down at the gaping, grey-rimmed hole in the center of his torso. The Law of Destruction was erasing his physical vitality, the Law of Creation was rewriting his cellular structure into non-existence, and the Rule of Chaos was thoroughly dissolving his soul and spiritual consciousness.

"So... this was your true strength..." Veyrath whispered faintly, a bitter smile touching his lips before his head tilted back.

With a soft sound, the Abyssal Overlord, a terrifying Quasar Realm powerhouse who had ruled over the higher regions of the battlefield for millennia, turned into a cloud of primordial grey dust and completely vanished from existence. Not a single trace of his aura, soul, or physical body remained.

The entire battlefield fell into a deadly, horrifying silence.

Millions of Abyssal warriors stared at the empty space where their almighty Overlord had been standing just moments prior. Their minds went entirely blank. The universal warriors were equally frozen, their weapons hanging loosely in their hands, their eyes wide with absolute, uncomprehending shock. A Quasar Realm Overlord had been utterly erased from existence in a matter of minutes.

A sudden, violent spatial tear opened directly above the battlefield.

A tall, towering figure clad in radiant silver war armor stepped out from the tear, carrying an overwhelming, supreme Quasar Realm pressure that spanned the entire sector. It was the Battle Lord of the univerdal side, who had rushed over at maximum speed after receiving the desperate communications, ready to engage in a life-or-death struggle to save the young genius.

However, as the Battle Lord stepped onto the battlefield, his formidable aura suddenly faltered.

He looked at the devastated space around him. He looked at the complete absence of Veyrath’s powerful, suffocating pressure. Finally, his eyes landed on the young human standing calmly in the center of the destruction, surrounded by faint traces of terrifying primordial energy.

The Battle Lord stood completely frozen in mid-air, his mouth slightly open, his mind completely failing to process the scene before him. The battle was already over.

Meanwhile, deep within the highest, most ancient region of the Abyssal territory, inside a vast dark hall carved from the bones of dead stars, a colossal figure sat upon a throne of obsidian.

The figure suddenly opened his eyes, two abysses of absolute dark light opening in the gloom.

"Veyrath has fallen? Who is it? One of those battle lords? But they shouldn’t be able to deal with him alone. Is it a combined attack? But the one from my side hasn’t moved," the first overlord, the strongest abyssal in this battlefield muttered, his deep voice shaking the dark hall to its very foundation.

A shadowy figure knelt at the base of the throne, trembling as he delivered the terrifying intelligence.

"No, my Lord... I heard it is a newcomer. A human."
