I Can Level Up Infinitely
Chapter 181: Disaster Unleashed
Just as the two were about to make their move, Theo’s voice rang out.
"Uncle. Wait."
Kyle Donovan stopped. So did Stanley.
Stanley narrowed his eyes, curious to see what this arrogant young man was planning.
Theo walked forward and stopped beside Kyle.
"I want to fight him." He casually said, looking at Stanley Cooper.
The moment those words fell, the surroundings fell silent. Stanley’s brows furrowed.
The expressions of everyone else turned strange.
"Him? He wants to fight Mr. Cooper?" A female hunter couldn’t help but laugh. "Where did this clueless brat even come from?"
Although Stanley felt something was off, the hunters and spectators who had gathered to watch Arsenal’s Fury were looking forward to what they believed would be a one-sided spectacle.
After all...
Who was Stanley Cooper? He was the strongest S-Class hunter in all of Delvan. A living legend.
Yet this young man wanted to challenge him?
Earlier, he hadn’t even been able to withstand a single exchange with Benjamin. From what everyone had witnessed, Theo had only managed to send Leon flying earlier because of a surprise attack while Leon’s attention was elsewhere.
And now...
He wanted to fight Stanley Cooper?
What a joke.
Kyle, however, merely chuckled. "Finally planning to show me how much you’ve improved after living in Summitas Valley for over a decade?" he asked in a low voice, ensuring that no one else could hear.
Theo cracked his knuckles. "Yeah." A cold smile spread across his face. "I didn’t want to make a scene. The less attention this draws, the better. I don’t want the prince catching wind of it."
His eyes swept over everyone present. "But these people..." His smile faded. "Their arrogance is really getting on my nerves."
He stepped forward. "She signed a contract. Yet all of you insist on interfering. If that’s the case...
Don’t blame me for being rude."
"Bullshit!" Elena finally snapped. "Karen tricked me into signing a contract with a different deadline in the first place. Then your subordinate publicly said that if we delivered the weapons, you wouldn’t pursue the matter any further. But the moment the weapons were presented, you ignored your own words. You never cared about the contract. You only wanted to seize everything I own."
Theo didn’t deny it. "So what of it?" He sneered. "I want every last one of your assets. Everything you have. You think you can stop me?"
Stanley let out a cold snort. "You people from Johana are truly pathetic."
He took a step forward. "Enough nonsense. If you want to fight, then come. But after you’ve learned your lesson... Get the hell out of my country."
Theo stared at Stanley for several seconds before a grin slowly spread across his face.
Instead of attacking, however, he raised his left hand.
Wrapped around his wrist was an ancient-looking bracelet.
The instant Stanley saw it, a terrible premonition gripped his heart. His pupils shrank. Without hesitation, he lunged toward Theo.
But Theo only smiled maliciously and removed the bracelet.
Whoooooooosh!
The moment he did, a violent surge of energy erupted from his body, exploding outward in every direction. A powerful shockwave swept across the battlefield, sending dust and debris billowing through the air.
Everyone felt it.
That overwhelming pressure.
That terrifying amount of energy leaking from Theo’s body.
One face after another turned deathly pale.
Benjamin walked over and stopped beside Leon, who had already climbed back to his feet.
"Who the hell are these people?" Leon asked without taking his eyes off Theo.
Had anyone else spoken to Benjamin at a time like this, he would have ignored them.
But after witnessing Leon’s strength...
He replied instinctively. "The middle-aged man is Kyle Donovan. He’s the President of the Hunter Association in Johana, our neighboring country."
Leon frowned. "Then what the hell are they doing here?"
Benjamin remained silent for a moment before answering. "I think they’re after something Elena possesses." His gaze shifted toward Elena. "Why else would people of their status go to such lengths for seizing assets and everything from a small-time shop owner like her?"
He paused before continuing. "Whatever they’re after... it must be incredibly important. Important enough that they’re willing to risk their reputation and disregard the consequences just to obtain it."
Meanwhile, Stanley stared at Theo with widened eyes. "Disaster Class..." he muttered in disbelief. "He’s at the Disaster Class level."
Theo didn’t charge forward immediately. Instead, he casually drew his right arm back.
"So you’re the strongest S-Class hunter in Delvan, huh? A person who is only a hair’s breadth away from stepping into the Disaster Class level." A mocking smile appeared on his face. "Let’s see if you can withstand this."
He thrust his palm forward, as casually as if he were swatting away a fly.
Whoooooosh!
But the air howled violently as an invisible force surged toward Stanley with overwhelming momentum.
Stanley’s expression changed.
He reacted instantly. With a wave of his hand, countless white whips of light converged before him, weaving together into a radiant shield.
But the instant the invisible force struck it...
Crack!
The shield shattered like fragile glass.
The attack lost some of its force and momentum, but it continued forward.
Baaaaam!
The invisible blast slammed into Stanley’s chest, sending him flying across the battlefield.
Booom!
His body smashed into the wall of Hunter’s Arsenal before sliding helplessly to the ground. Stanley clutched his chest in pain.
His doctor had already strictly forbidden him from engaging in combat because of injuries to his internal organs.
Now, after taking Theo’s attack head-on, he could feel his internal organs violently trembling from the impact.
A trickle of blood ran down the corner of his lips.
Silence fell over the battlefield. The crowd stood frozen, unable to believe what they had just witnessed.
Benjamin’s expression was the bleakest of all. ’Disaster Class...? No, no, no... That’s impossible. There are only five Disaster Class hunters in the entire world... and I know every one of them. ’His mind descended into chaos. ’Not a single one of them is under thirty. Then... who in the world is this monster?’
