Chapter 679: Chapter 605: God-Slaying Plan

Li Wei entered the Magic Net.

Weaker Mages must use the Magic Net Codex to connect to the Magic Net and allow their consciousness to enter it.

Powerful Mages, however, can rely on their immense Spiritual Power to directly link to the vast structure of the Magic Net that spans the world, roaming freely within it.

When Li Wei’s consciousness entered the Magic Net,

the entire section of the Magic Net in the vicinity of Maple City stuttered for a moment.

The Ring Mages found they could no longer cast their magic.

Only after a moment did the Magic Net return to normal.

Li Wei’s presence was simply too massive. The local section of the Magic Net could not even bear the weight of his consciousness.

It had nearly collapsed.

Fortunately, the Magic Net was resilient enough to quickly repair itself and return to normal.

When an ordinary Mage enters the Magic Net, it is like fumbling for fish at the bottom of a murky pond; they can’t see anything clearly, and what they manage to grab is entirely up to luck.

But when Li Wei entered the Magic Net, it was as if he had cast a colossal net at the mouth of the sea, catching every fish and shrimp that passed by, regardless of size.

He voraciously absorbed the vast reserves of Magic Knowledge, Magic Models, magical principles, and magical research stored within the Magic Net.

Li Wei now seemed to understand why some said the Magic Goddess was absorbing the wisdom of all Mages.

It wasn’t that the Magic Goddess was actively absorbing the fruits of their wisdom.

Rather, just by her being there, all the knowledge within the Magic Net would flood into her mind.

It was just like with Li Wei.

He had no intention of actively reading any of the knowledge within the Magic Net.

However, simply by passing through the Magic Net, all the Magic Knowledge in that region would be drawn to him.

Li Wei called it the gravity of knowledge.

It was precisely this trait that allowed Li Wei to rapidly absorb the vast amount of information contained within the Magic Net and find the faint traces left by the World Will.

He needed to find where the World Will was hiding.

The scope of the Magic Net was as vast as the world itself.

In fact, if one were to consider sheer area, the Magic Net was even vaster than the world.

This was because the Magic Net overlapped in many regions; if unfolded, it would be far more expansive.

Not to mention, some areas even had multi-layered Magic Nets and deep Magic Nets.

For Li Wei to find the World Will hiding within such a vast expanse was no easy task.

He was prepared for a long battle.

Immersed in the world of the Magic Net, Li Wei could feel the consciousnesses of Mages from all over the world.

He felt the one thing that all Mages pursued—the Magic Truth.

In the eyes of Mages, the Magic Truth stood above even the gods.

Master the Magic Truth, and not even a Divine Spirit would be worthy of fear.

Unfortunately, no one had ever found the true Magic Truth.

Not even the Magic Goddess had ever caught a glimpse of it.

Li Wei, too, could only sense the yearning and desire of the world’s Mages for the Magic Truth through the Magic Net.

He roamed through the Magic Net.

In the blink of an eye, a year passed.

In the cosmos, Li Wei had already changed positions, moving on to the next star.

Over the course of a year, Li Wei had used his Fifteen-Colored Divine Fire to completely refine a star into Divine Power.

The star still appeared unchanged.

In reality, however, it had been completely converted into Divine Power.

It only maintained its appearance because Li Wei needed it to remain that way for the time being, to deceive the gods.

During that year, Li Wei also came to fully comprehend the Elemental Birth and Destruction Law.

Using the sixty-four-times-faster time flow of the Dream World, he completely grasped the Creation and Destruction aspects of the Elemental Birth and Destruction Law.

The Book of Genesis stated, “The world is composed of four basic elements…”

Through the Elemental Birth and Destruction Law, Li Wei could now create any substance in the world.

The only things he could not yet create were life and souls.

It was precisely for this reason that Li Wei was able to keep the star, already completely refined into Divine Power, from changing.

By comprehending the Elemental Birth and Destruction Law, knowing the structure of a star, and possessing sufficient Divine Power, he could create a star from scratch.

After mastering the Elemental Birth and Destruction Law, Li Wei’s speed at refining stars increased even more.

Refining a star followed the rule of Destruction within the Elemental Birth and Destruction Law.

Using the Elemental Birth and Destruction Law, Li Wei could completely “destroy” a star to accelerate its refinement into Divine Power.

Then, using the Divine Power he obtained, he would use “Creation” to restore the star once more.

Through this process of destruction and creation, the star was completely transformed into a Divine Power Sun under Li Wei’s control.

A sun composed entirely of Divine Power.

This entire process took only a month.

And as Li Wei’s power grew, that time shortened even further.

He was like a star-shredder roaming the Star Realm, destroying one star after another, creating one Divine Power Sun after another.

As long as he could grasp the structure of a world and possessed enough Divine Power, he could even create a world.

It was just that his world did not yet possess life and soul.

That would require a more High Level understanding of the Elemental Birth and Destruction Law.

The Li Wei in the Star Realm plundered the Power of the Stellar from all around.

The Li Wei in the Sky Dome World roamed the Magic Net, searching for the World Will of the Sky Dome World.

A figure appeared in the Underworld.

Li Wei’s Divine Power Avatar found Rose, who had returned to the Underworld over a year ago.

Rose had already recovered her Demigod Level strength.

Evidently, she had not completely lost all her power as she had told Li Wei a year ago.

She had kept something in reserve.

Seeing Li Wei, Rose was exceptionally wary.

Forced to submit to Li Wei’s tyrannical power, she had no choice but to obey him, but in her heart, she was still utterly terrified of him.

The weak often feel uneasy when facing a powerful being who far surpasses them—one who holds the power of life and death in their hands.

Li Wei looked at Rose and asked, “Have you done what you promised me?”
