Inside the Gregor Mansion, I spent an hour recovering my gravity mana.

The next second, I appeared outside. Then I saw everything. The full extent of the destruction came into view.
Not only that, but a tree monster over 100 feet tall was visible from here.

It was difficult to recognize the location using the map. I had gotten myself into trouble. I had come to find a wanted criminal, but now I was lost.
I shook my head and collected my thoughts. It was already a miracle to be alive.
If not for the Gregor Mansion, I would have become food for the tree monster. Then, I retreated inside the Gregor Mansion.

The 10th-Order Monster began attacking the terrain again. Unable to move its main body, it caused destruction out of anger.
The next morning,
After preparing, I appeared outside. The daylight made the surroundings much clearer. As I observed, I realized the place looked the same.
Green vegetation was starting to appear, as this area was outside the tree monster’s range. However, I didn’t know which direction to take.
Suddenly, I thought of the Zero Puppet. Though the puppet’s strength was weak for this forbidden area, I could use it to find a route.
After considering it, I went inside the Gregor Mansion to retrieve the puppet. I filled its core with super-grade mana stones.

The Zero Puppet activated and greeted me the next moment. I brought out two maps and asked them to scan them.
Zero memorized the maps in its database.
“I’m stuck here. Follow the map to find the nearest habitable area,” I said to Zero.
The puppet understood the task. I also ordered it to return if it encountered danger or was spotted by other wizards.
The puppet accepted the order and left. I decided to stay in place. If anything dangerous approached, the system would warn me.
Time passed.
The Zero Puppet took an entire day to find a route to the next habitable area. When it returned, it was nearly midnight.
“Master, I have found a long route to the next habitable area,” the Zero Puppet said.
Hearing that, I sighed in relief.
“It doesn’t matter whether the route is long or short,” I replied.
Then I refilled the puppet’s core with mana stones and told it to lead the way. I followed behind.
The Zero Puppet was now covered with my old hoodie and wizard clothes. No one would suspect it was a puppet.
As time passed, we traveled along the new path, filled with vegetation. The Zero Puppet cleared the way ahead.
Seeing this, I was glad to have the Zero Puppet with me. It could do many things. Unfortunately, its level wasn’t strong enough anymore.
To make it stronger, I would need to return to my home country and visit the Star Inheritance Area to upgrade it.
I didn’t know when that would happen. For now, I shifted my attention back to the journey. As time passed, we continued to travel.

The puppet led me to a different place. I saw many underground shelters. They didn’t seem like homes anymore.
It appeared to be a city. I immediately became alert and stored the puppet inside the Gregor Mansion. Then I entered the mansion myself.
I looked at the puppet and asked, “Did you find anyone inside?”
The Zero Puppet replied, “Master, there is no sign of mana presence inside.”
Hearing that, I sighed in relief. I decided to check the underground shelters and brought the puppet outside.
“Let’s go check the underground shelters,” I said.
We entered the underground shelter. Upon touching the ground, I noticed it was covered with spider webs.
I asked the puppet to lead the way. The Zero Puppet went forward and cleared the spider webs.
Seeing that the place was abandoned, I doubted anyone lived here.
Yet, the underground shelter surprised me. I wondered who had built it and when it was constructed.
The space inside the shelter was large, with different pathways leading deep underground.
This piqued my curiosity. I wanted to explore further, but there was no time for that. I have to be careful here.
