I began carefully investigating the place. If I could find anything valuable, it would be useful for me. The Zero Puppet is searching the area on the other side.
As time passes, we have searched this room thoroughly. Then I decided to venture deeper inside. I instructed the Zero Puppet to explore the path ahead.
As we started walking along the narrow path, I noticed strange writing on the walls. Seeing it, I paused and tried to recognize the writings.

A blue light shot from the eyes of the puppet. It began scanning the writings on the wall.
“Master, the ancient writing belongs to the old era. Based on the data stored within me, I can tell that this shelter was used during ancient battles,” the Zero Puppet replied.
Hearing this, I was surprised. I didn’t expect the Zero Puppet to possess such extensive knowledge. I made the right decision to bring it along.
Then we continued to explore the place further. Since it was confirmed that this place belongs to the old era, any items found here must be magical.
As we reached the end of the narrow passage, we entered another wide room. I used the system to probe the room.

I could only observe the ancient writings on the walls, as if no one had bothered to destroy them. I instructed the Zero Puppet to record the ancient writings, as they might be helpful in the future.
After coming across another chamber, I finally decided to turn back. The passages and chambers seemed endless. Right now, I have another important task to attend to.
The Forbidden Area holds so many secrets. I might need another special mission to uncover its truths. For now, I should focus on finding the wanted criminal.
After gaining some clarity in my thoughts, I started heading back with the Zero Puppet.

We returned to our previous position. I brought the Zero Puppet outside. The place was completely quiet.
I used the system’s probe function to check for any danger. The system results indicated that the area was safe.
Then I took out both maps and started thinking about the next destination.
I needed to find the Ancient Graveyards. Only then could I complete the mission faster. However, I had encountered the 10th Order Tree Monster earlier.
I don’t want to repeat the same mistake again. It wastes too much time. If I tried to do it on my own, I could waste a couple more days.
So, I decided to enlist the help of the Zero Puppet.

Hearing that, I nodded my head. Then I refilled its core with mana stones and asked the puppet to lead the way.

In the evening, we reached an area that seemed dry, open, and vast, like a wilderness. You could see the end of the land hundreds of meters away.
There were no overgrown bushes or tall trees. The place was completely dry. Even the grasses weren’t green; they were withered.
A single spark could cause havoc in this place. I didn’t expect to see such a drastic change after crossing a few miles.

Then I brought the Zero Puppet inside and decided to explore the path further the next morning.

As nighttime came, the green mana in the environment slowly disappeared into the underground.
