Eternal Cultivation Of Alchemy
Chapter 3907 - 4 Months Later
Alex left the workshop sometime later. Before he even walked out, he had already sent the robe inside his Soul Space for Ray to start working on it. Whisker was the only one inside his Soul Space at the moment, so he got to see the robe before anyone else as well.
Alex was excited to show it to more people, so he went home as soon as he could and started bringing people into his Soul Space the moment he arrived. Each one of them was stunned to see the robe and even more stunned when he started telling them about it.
"Brother, won’t you be practically invincible wearing this thing?" Pearl asked. "It’s made from Primordial materials, so nothing should be able to damage you, right?"
Alex laughed a little. "That’s not how force works. This doesn’t completely neutralize all incoming Energy. In fact, it barely does that at all. A lot of it will pass straight through if it isn’t Fire element. I should be slightly safer wearing this, but not to the point where I can consider myself invincible."
"Oh..." Pearl seemed to have realized just how wrong his assumptions about these things had been.
"Hah! I will have those feathers myself very soon," Scarlet said with a proud look on her face. "I will have similar powers as well."
One of Scarlet’s Creations had been the Three-Legged Crow’s complete corpse. And while her understanding of the aura had no doubt led to a reduced form of the corpse, it was still the body of a Primordial.
His other family members went through it, each person seemingly excited to see it. Long Huan, for one, even asked if he could be given the robe for some time so he could fill his Origins with its aura to make it his Creation.
"I’m not opposed to that idea," Alex explained. "But that will need to happen quickly if it is going to. How long before you break through?"
"Before I reach the Immortal Transcendent realm? Some more years. If I cultivate in your Soul Space, though, inside the formation at least, then maybe in a decade or so."
Alex looked down for a moment. That was going to be 500 years of cultivation.
"I can’t help you at the moment," Alex said with a bit of a sigh. "I probably won’t be running any formations in my Soul Space since I will need to cultivate outside."
"That’s fine," Long Huan said. "Afterward, then."
"Even then, I’ll need to go to the peace meeting. And then to the Nine Yang Court. I’m not sure I can help you, brother."
The issue wasn’t that he couldn’t accommodate Long Huan at all, but that Long Huan needed to stay inside his Soul Space for a long period of time. At the same time, he needed to train with the Sky God’s soldiers, as he was working hard to enter their ranks.
Since Alex was going to leave the Sky God’s realm for a considerable number of years, if the man wanted to follow him, he would have to be missing for a century or more. If he was fine with that, then Alex didn’t mind.
But he couldn’t see how someone like Long Huan could so easily leave the palace and not face any consequences.
"Don’t worry," Hannah said at that moment. "I’ll do something. If nothing else, we have a bit of pull with the Sky God. We can use that."
Long Huan smiled brightly after hearing that.
Alex nodded as well. "If we can make it work, then you can be without a doubt that I will let you turn it into your Creation, Brother Huan."
"Thank you!" Long Huan said with a wide smile.
After some time, everyone left his Soul Space and made their way toward their rooms. Alex’s father remained behind for a moment and turned toward him.
"You’re done with what you wanted to wait for, right?" he asked. "There’s nothing else you need to be waiting on?"
"None that I can think of," Alex said. "Is this regarding the tournament you want me to take part in?"
"Yes. It starts in 4 months," his father said.
"Okay. When do we register?"
"In 4 months. You register the morning of the tournament. It lasts for a few days at best, and then we return," Graham said.
Alex could see his father growing excited. The man had only one thing that he could call a hobby, and he wanted his son to be part of it. Even if Alex had something to do, he could not deny his father at that point.
Alex smiled. "I will be ready to leave in 4 months, then."
"Good. Good," Graham said. "I won’t take any more of your time for now."
Alex watched his father leave. Once his room was empty, he began wondering what else he could do now. He could try and form his Dao Sword, or he could try and learn his Dao of Radiance.
After considering both options for a bit, he decided to go with the Dao. He needed to work on it while he could, and at the same time, he could squeeze in some cultivation sessions as well. Any progress was still progress, after all.
At the same time, he also needed to start focusing on forming his first Spirit. Ignoring the Dragon Father’s eyes, he had 7 options to choose from. Considering the duel, he had only two options.
Alex looked at both options and chose one.
Then, he began working on it.
A Spirit needed a much closer cultivation base to form, so Alex had a harder time forming it, but he still worked at it relentlessly for the 4 months inside the formation. Between that, learning the Dao, and cultivating, the four months passed in a flash.
Alex came out of his room on the day his father had asked him to. He saw his father and Long Huan dressed and ready to leave and couldn’t help but smile.
"Shall we go, then?"
