Eternal Cultivation Of Alchemy

Chapter 3580 Divine Fire Root Giving Pill

Chapter 3580 Divine Fire Root Giving Pill

Alex was stunned for a long few seconds before he could react to what he heard the Sky God say.

"Is that true?" he asked. "Do you really have such a pill?"

"I do," the Sky God said. "It is a pivotal pill that anyone would want to use. I have thousands of people who wish to learn from it so they can replicate it. And I am happy to let each one try, but none have been able to. Just like none were able to become Littleflower's successor."

"Could I take a chance at it?" Alex asked enthusiastically. "It would be really helpful if I could study the pill a bit."

The Sky God considered it for a long few seconds, seemingly going through a hundred different thoughts. In the end, she nodded slowly.

"I will give you the same opportunity I give everyone," she said. "You must pay the Sky God's Palace with something of yours, and you will get a chance to study the pill. Each alchemist is forced to make the same choice, so you will be treated the same."

"That's fine," Alex said. "What sort of payment do you want? I have a few things I can give, but I'm not sure what you will accept. Will pills work?"

The Sky God shook her head. "For now, forget about the payment. Even if you can pay me, which I don't really doubt you can, it will be useless for you."

Alex narrowed his eyes. "Why is that so?"

"Because the pill I have is a Divine-grade pill. And until you can confidently learn from Divine pills, it is better if you don't try at all. For now, focus on cultivating and reaching the Divine Realm as quickly as you can."

Alex hadn't tried learning anything from a Divine pill just yet, so if what the Sky God was telling him was indeed the truth, he would gladly follow it.

"May I ask what the pill is called? And what exactly can it do? Does it change one of your existing roots into some other element, or does it actually create an entirely new root that is different from the one you have?"

The Sky God shrugged a little. "As far as I know, the pill I have is called the Divine Fire Root Giving Pill. It's a simple name for a pill that does exactly what it says it does. From previous instances of such pills being eaten, anyone who had no Fire root could gain a new one. If they did have one to begin with, it would just add to what you have, improving its quality to a certain degree."

Alex nodded slowly. "Can I assume that it's not just the Fire root that he made a pill for? There was one for every root, right?"

"All seven roots," the Sky God answered. "I don't know how many of those he ate, but he certainly had to have used them to add to his original spirit roots."

Alex hadn't imagined there would be an option out there so simple. But of course, if it were that simple, it would likely have been replicated already.

In that case, Alex guessed there were two simultaneous reasons why the pill could have existed.

The first was a very special ingredient, similar to the White Canvas Daisy, which could not be found anywhere else and would only make a specific type of pill. It was possible that to even learn of such an ingredient, one must have the Book of Countless Ingredients.

The second was the Book of Endless Recipes and its ability to use any assortment of ingredients to create perfectly usable recipes.

It was entirely possible that while playing around with the two books, the Alchemy God had come across that specific pill.

'I guess I have to reach the Divine Realm as soon as I can,' Alex thought. Once he did, he would also receive the final remnants of his inheritance. At that moment, he would have everything he needed.

"Thank you for telling me about this, Senior," Alex said with genuine respect in his voice. "I will do my best to reach the Divine Realm as soon as I can."

The Sky God said nothing in regard to that. "Anything else you want to know about?"

"Not at the moment," Alex said. "Since you've accepted my proposal for Ronron to redo her cultivation from Immortal Ascendant 1st Realm, I will go help her do just that. Just to be sure, what Ronron has as a Creation right now—can she still learn it? Or is the source gone?"

"Her Creation is my Creation, so she can learn it at any time," the Sky God said.

"Great! In that case, I can continue without worry. In the meantime, if Ronron is able to split her Origin into two, you will need to come up with another Creation for her. In case she is able to split it into four, which I won't lie will be incredibly difficult, you will have to come up with three more."

The Sky God nodded. "I shall make the necessary preparations. Meanwhile, as her father, you should have some ideas as to what she could get as well, don't you?"

"I do have some ideas. Unfortunately, most of what I learned as my Creation is very specific to me, so I can't share it with anyone else. The same goes for my beasts as well," Alex said. "Of course, I will do the best I can for my daughter."

"That's all I can ask for," the Sky God said.

Alex nodded and stood up. "Since that is all, I shall leave you two. Thank you for everything."

The Sky God nodded and waved Alex away.

Alex walked away from the couch and headed toward the door. Just as he reached it, he stopped and turned around as he remembered something he nearly forgot once again.

"Um, do either of you know where the Divination God is? I have to talk to him as well."
