Chapter 1105:- A Small Pile of Dirt Beneath My Feet
Chapter 1105: Chapter 1105:- A Small Pile of Dirt Beneath My Feet
"Do you feel pain, Victor?" Aditya asked in a cold tone.
After saying those words, he casually threw Lin’s tongue away as though it were the most disgusting thing in the world. Then he slowly sat down on the wooden chair that had been placed behind him. His eyes never left Victor for even a second, and the coldness in his gaze made the surrounding atmosphere feel even heavier.
Victor did not answer him.
His eyes remained fixed on Lin. His body was shaking with rage, but he could not bring himself to look away from his student. The sight before him had already pushed him close to losing his mind.
"Let me tell you something, Victor."
Hearing Aditya’s voice again, Victor slowly raised his head and looked at him. His gaze was filled with pure hatred. The anger in his eyes was so intense that it almost felt as though he wanted to tear Aditya apart with his bare hands. However, beneath that hatred was also fear. For the first time, Victor was beginning to understand that Aditya had planned far more than just an attack on the Night Rider Sect.
Aditya leaned back slightly in the chair and smiled faintly.
"Those three Elders you sent to the territory of the Wind Dragon Clan...!!!" His smile slowly widened as he watched Victor’s expression change.
"That was my plan from the beginning. I knew that you would do something like this. With the Grand Ceremony about to take place, you would never risk allowing another city to be attacked or destroyed. If another city had exploded today, it would have damaged both your reputation and the reputation of the Night Rider Sect in front of all the important guests."
"And guess what? Those three Elders are not coming back."
"They are gone."
"Hahahahaha...!!!" Aditya suddenly laughed loudly. His laughter echoed across the Core Court mountain peak while Victor stood there with hatred burning in his eyes.
Just then, another powerful figure descended from the sky and landed in front of Aditya. The moment Victor sensed the newcomer’s aura, his expression changed slightly. This person was clearly a Peak-7th-order cultivator, and the pressure coming from him was not weak at all. For a brief moment, Victor wondered if the Organisation had finally sent someone to help him deal with Aditya and the people attacking the Night Rider Sect.
However, the moment Victor saw who the man was holding, the small hope in his heart immediately disappeared. His eyes dimmed, and the coldness in his gaze became even stronger.
The man was holding the barely alive body of the Fourth Elder. The Elder’s robes were covered in blood, his body was badly injured, and he looked as though he had barely managed to survive until now. But his cultivation had been crippled.
After landing, the Peak 7th-order cultivator casually threw the Fourth Elder’s body to the side as if it were nothing important. The injured Elder rolled across the ground before finally stopping near the broken stones and debris. The newcomer then looked toward Aditya and respectfully lowered his head.
"Your Majesty, I have dealt with the Fourth Elder. I hope I am not too late to the party."
Aditya simply waved his hand and looked toward Victor with a faint smile. "You are just in time. Mister Victor here was just about to start."
"Victor, this is Luo Han. Right now, he is my most powerful subordinate." Aditya spoke in a calm tone while looking directly at Victor.
There was a faint smile on his face, but his eyes remained cold. He wanted Victor to understand that he wasn’t the Dragon Monarch just by name.
He had not forgotten the disrespect and insult of being called a fake. So Aditya wanted to use this chance to flex.
When Aditya first met Luo Han, he was already a mid-7th-order cultivator. Even before becoming Aditya’s subordinate, Luo Han had possessed enough strength to be feared by most people in the Main Continent.
However, after receiving Aditya’s blood and evolving into an Inferno Storm Dragon, his strength had increased once again. His cultivation had reached the Peak 7th-order realm, making him one of the strongest people present on the battlefield.
Luo Han looked like a man in his late thirties, although the harsh environment of that prison had given him the weathered appearance of someone much older. He was tall and broad-shouldered, with a lean but powerful body that had been shaped by years of surviving alone in that cruel place.
His long black hair fell loosely over his shoulders.
A thin scar ran from the corner of his left eye to the edge of his cheekbone. The scar made his already stern expression look even more intimidating.
He wore a black cloak that hid the black outfit that he wore underneath.
"You see, Victor, I have a wonderful ability because I am the Dragon Monarch." Aditya spoke calmly while sitting on the wooden chair. His tone was almost casual, as though he were discussing something ordinary. However, the cold smile on his face made Victor’s expression turn even darker.
"One of my abilities is that I can turn anyone into a powerful Dragon. With just a single drop of my Divine Blood, I can give someone a Dragon bloodline and transform them into a Dragon. It does not matter who they are. Even pathetic beings like you can become Dragons if I choose to give them that chance."
Victor gritted his teeth and stared at Aditya with uncontrollable hatred and anger. His fists were tightly clenched, and the killing intent around his body continued to grow stronger. However, despite the rage in his heart, he could not deny what he had already seen. Ramos, Luo Han, and the other evolved Dragons standing behind Aditya were living proof that Aditya was telling the truth.
"If your stupid brain is having trouble understanding what I mean, then let me show you."
Aditya slowly turned his head and looked toward the students who had somehow managed to survive the poison and the chaos. Most of them were still lying on the ground in pain, while others struggled to remain conscious. Their bodies were weak, their faces were pale, and fear filled their eyes as they looked at Aditya.
"You people have one chance to live today. Those who decide to serve me will be allowed to live. All you need to do is raise your hand."
As Aditya expected, hundreds of hands slowly rose into the air. Some students raised their hands without even thinking because they wanted to live. Others hesitated for a few seconds before finally giving in to fear.
However, there were even more students who wanted to accept his offer but could not move their bodies anymore. The poison had weakened them too much. Many were already on the verge of death, and some could not even lift a finger despite desperately wanting to show that they were willing to serve him.
Aditya looked at the surviving students before taking out hundreds of glowing drops of golden Divine Blood. Each drop shone brightly in the air and released a faint but powerful spiritual pressure. With a simple wave of his hand, the drops flew toward the students who had raised their hands. One after another, the golden drops landed on their foreheads.
The moment the Divine Blood touched them, their bodies began changing. Golden light covered them while traces of crimson energy mixed within the glow.
Their weak bodies slowly began recovering, their bloodlines started changing, and a powerful dragon aura began spreading across the Core Court. The students who had been lying helplessly on the ground were now evolving into Dragons before everyone’s eyes.
Victor stood there in complete shock. Even calling it a shock would have been an understatement.
He watched as his own students, the disciples he had trained and protected, were turned into Dragons by Aditya with nothing more than a few drops of blood. The thing that made it even worse was that they were not being forced.
They had willingly raised their hands and accepted Aditya’s offer because they had no faith left in the Night Rider Sect or in their new Sect Leader.
Aditya looked at Victor with a faint smirk. "This is my power as the Dragon Monarch."
"I can give people a future with a single drop of my blood, while you can only watch your own disciples die beneath your feet. You call yourself the Sect Leader, but you could not even protect the people who trusted you."
His smile slowly became colder as he continued. "Pathetic insects like you will never understand what true power is. You think being a Peak 7th-order cultivator makes you important, but compared to me, you are nothing more than a slightly stronger bug crawling in the dirt."
"You have spent thousands of years trapped inside your tiny sect, looking down on weaker people and believing that the world begins and ends with the Night Rider Sect."
"You are like a frog living at the bottom of a well. You have seen nothing except the small patch of sky above your head, yet you still dare to believe that you understand the heavens."
"You make stupid remarks because your knowledge is limited by the walls around you. Even now, after seeing everything with your own eyes, you still cannot understand how far above you I truly stand."
He paused for a moment before giving Victor one final cold smile. "The Night Rider Sect was your entire world. To me, it is nothing more than a small pile of dirt that I can crush beneath my feet whenever I feel like it."
