Chapter 1106:- A Perfect Plan

Chapter 1106: Chapter 1106:- A Perfect Plan

"I will kill you, Aditya."

Victor had never felt this much anger in his entire life. The rage inside him had already crossed the point where he could think calmly. His eyes were filled with hatred as he stared at Aditya, and every part of his body seemed to be screaming for revenge.

His mana became violent.

The aura around him had already been terrifying because of the suffocating killing intent that he was releasing. However, once his mana also became unstable and violent, Victor looked like a mass of pure terror. The air around him trembled under the pressure of his power, while the ground beneath his feet began to crack.

Just his presence alone was enough to make the weaker cultivators feel suffocated.

The 5th-order cultivators who were still conscious felt as if an invisible hand was pressing down on their chests. Their breathing became difficult, and several of them began trembling uncontrollably. Some tried to crawl away, but their bodies were already weakened by the poison, leaving them with almost no strength to escape.

In the end, only a few seconds of Victor’s terrifying killing intent were enough to make many of the already weakened students pass out. Their bodies had been badly affected by the poison, and they no longer had the strength to resist the overwhelming pressure coming from a Peak 7th-order cultivator. One after another, they lost consciousness and collapsed onto the ground.

For some students, the situation was even worse. The poison had already weakened their bodies to the point where they could barely breathe, and Victor’s suffocating aura became the final blow. Many of them died almost instantly because they could no longer breathe under the pressure of his killing intent.

The cruellest part was that Victor did not even notice what he had done. In his rage, he had completely lost control of himself. The new Sect Leader, the person who was supposed to protect the students of the Night Rider Sect, had ended up killing his own disciples with his own aura.

Swoooosh!!!!!

Victor suddenly rushed toward Aditya.

His body turned into a terrifying streak as he moved across the Core Court mountain peak with all of his speed. At that moment, there was only one target in his mind. There was only one thought in his head. There was only one emotion inside his heart and soul.

He wanted to kill Aditya.

Nothing else mattered anymore.

Victor did not care about his position as the Sect Leader. He did not care about the Grand Ceremony. He did not care about the lives of the students lying around him. He did not even care if his violent aura harmed the disciples of the Night Rider Sect.

The only thing he cared about was reaching Aditya and killing him with his own hands.

However, the moment Victor covered the distance of one thousand meters and came within less than a thousand meters of Aditya, his violent killing intent unknowingly triggered another rune formation. Just like the previous formation, this one had also been placed by Anya the previous night when the entire area was empty, and there was no one around to notice anything unusual.

The moment Victor entered the correct area, the formation immediately activated. However, this formation was completely different from the one that had trapped him earlier.

The previous formation had been designed to blind him, drain his mana, and hold him in place for a few seconds. This new formation was much more direct. It was like a powerful cage created specifically to restrain a Peak 7th-order cultivator.

Victor suddenly felt the gravity around his body increase twenty times. His body became extremely heavy, and every movement felt difficult. It was as if an invisible mountain had been placed on top of him. At the same time, he felt a powerful force restricting his body from every direction.

When Victor looked down, his expression changed.

Thousands of chains made from Crimson Flames had appeared around him. The chains were tightly wrapped around his arms, legs, chest, waist, and neck. They covered almost his entire body and held him in place like a prisoner trapped inside a burning cage.

The heat coming from the Crimson Flame chains was terrifying. Victor felt as though his entire body was being burned alive. From his neck to his feet, every part of his body was covered by unbearable burning pain.

His skin began to burn, his clothes started turning into ashes, and the smell of burned flesh slowly spread through the air.

"Do you really think this pathetic formation can hold me?" Victor let out an angry roar as he released a violent burst of mana from his body.

The Crimson Flame chains around him shook intensely before beginning to crack one after another. Although the formation was powerful enough to restrain him for a short time, it was still unable to hold a Peak 7th-order cultivator for long.

Within three seconds, Victor managed to break through the formation and destroy the cage that had been holding him back.

However, those three seconds were exactly what Aditya needed. He had never expected the formation to hold Victor for a long time. Aditya understood very well that no formation he could create at his current level would be able to permanently trap a Peak 7th-order cultivator like Victor.

The only purpose of the formation was to delay him for around three seconds, and those three seconds were more than enough for the next phase of the plan to begin.

The moment Victor broke through the burning cage and stepped forward, another intense flash of bright light suddenly exploded before his eyes.

The light was even more blinding than before. For a brief moment, Victor felt as though he was standing directly in front of the sun. No, it felt as if the entire brightness of the sun had been forced into his eyes all at once.

No matter how powerful a person was, the body still had instincts. When faced with such an intense flash of light, almost anyone would blink or lose focus for a moment. Victor managed to resist the urge to close his eyes, but his eyes still lost focus for a microsecond.

That tiny opening was all Rin needed. The moment Victor’s focus slipped, Rin used her ability and pulled him into the Spiritual World.

When Victor’s eyes regained focus, nothing was standing in his path. The way ahead of him was completely clear, and Aditya was still sitting in the same place as before. To Victor, everything appeared normal. Nothing looked different. Nothing looked suspicious. Because of his rage, he failed to notice that something was wrong.

His entire attention was focused on Aditya.

Victor did not realise that Aditya had purposely insulted him again and again for this exact reason. Every word had been chosen to provoke him. Every insult had been meant to make him angrier.

Aditya wanted Victor to lose his ability to think calmly. He wanted him to become so enraged that the only thing remaining in his mind would be the desire to kill him.

And Victor had fallen for it completely. At this point, Victor had no rationality left in his mind.

He was no longer thinking like the Sect Leader of the Night Rider Sect. He was no longer thinking like a Peak 7th-order cultivator who had lived for thousands of years.

He had become nothing more than an angry beast that wanted to rip Aditya’s head from his body.

Within a few seconds, Victor rushed forward and stopped directly in front of Aditya. However, the moment he came close enough, an uneasy feeling suddenly appeared in his heart.

Something felt wrong. He did not know what it was, but the cold smirk on Aditya’s face made him feel uncomfortable.

Victor quickly looked around him, trying to find anything unusual.

However, he could not see anything out of place.

Then, without any warning, a sharp and unbearable pain suddenly came from both of his shoulders. The pain was so sudden that Victor’s body froze for a brief moment. It felt as though something had violently struck both of his arms at the same time.

Victor slowly looked down toward his left arm. At first, he only noticed a thin and sharp line around his left bicep. The line was so clean that it almost did not look real. For a brief moment, only a small amount of blood began to seep out from the cut, as though the wound was not serious at all.

However, before Victor could understand what he was seeing, the wound suddenly opened completely. His entire left arm separated from his body and fell to the ground. Blood burst out from the severed part of his arm like a powerful spring, spraying across the ground and staining his clothes.

Their purpose had been achieved. Rin was very happy at this moment. Even a single wrong step could have seriously backfired and could have gotten Aditya killed.

The moment Victor lost his arm, Rin released him from the Spiritual World. His surroundings instantly changed, and he returned to the real world. From the beginning till the end, he did not understand what was happening.

Victor remained completely still as he stared at his severed arm lying on the ground. For a few moments, it was as if his mind had stopped working. He could not understand what had happened. He could not accept that his arm had been cut off so easily.

It felt as though his mind refused to believe reality.

"Mister Victor, what happened?" Hearing Aditya’s mocking words, he looked at his enemy only to find that his enemy sat 1000 meters away from him.

Seeing this, he was shocked. He thought he was standing before him just a second ago.
