Chapter 1104:- The Crimson Butcher
Chapter 1104: Chapter 1104:- The Crimson Butcher
The next second, the distorted space swallowed Victor completely.
When his vision returned, Victor was no longer standing in the Core Court. He had been teleported more than one thousand meters away from his original position.
The moment Victor reappeared more than a thousand meters away from the Core Court, his eyes immediately turned toward the mountain peak. What he saw made his entire body freeze. His eyes widened in deep horror as he watched Aditya’s attack finally land on Lin.
The red butcher knife moved horizontally across her throat, leaving behind a deep horizontal slit. Blood immediately began flowing from the wound as Lin’s body trembled on her knees. From such a distance, Victor could still clearly see what had happened, and the sight filled his heart with overwhelming fear and rage.
"NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!"
Victor’s scream echoed across the entire Night Rider Sect. His voice was filled with pain, anger, and helplessness. He had rushed forward with everything he had. He had believed that he would be fast enough to save his disciple. Yet in the end, he had been trapped and teleported away at the most important moment.
Meanwhile, Lin could only stare at Aditya with a look of pure terror. Her face had already turned pale from the poison inside her body, but the fear in her eyes was even more obvious now. She had never imagined that Aditya would truly go this far. As blood continued flowing from the slit on her throat, Lin looked at him as if she were staring at a monster.
"Killing you is easy, Victor. But I wanted you to feel this pain. The pain of losing your favourite student in front of your own eyes."
While Victor watched Lin with horror and rage, three beautiful figures slowly stepped out from the crowd. Unlike the students around them, they were not panicking or struggling against the poison. Their movements were calm and unhurried, as though the chaos spreading across the Core Court had nothing to do with them.
The three women were Athena, Rin, and Freya.
Their sudden appearance immediately drew the attention of the remaining conscious students. Some disciples recognized them from the previous attack on Axel City, while others could only stare in confusion. However, none of them had the strength to stop the three women from walking forward.
Athena, Rin, and Freya had each been given their own responsibilities in this operation. They had worked from the shadows while Aditya carried out the main part of the plan.
Now that the operation had reached its most important stage, there was no longer any reason for them to remain hidden. It was time for all three of them to reveal themselves and stand beside Aditya.
Meanwhile, Aditya grabbed Lin by her hair and forced her head back. His cold eyes remained fixed on Victor from the distance, as though he wanted Victor to see every part of what was happening. Then, without showing even the slightest hesitation, Aditya pulled Lin’s tongue out through the slit on her throat.
The entire scene was horrifying to watch.
Blood covered Lin’s clothes and the ground beneath her. Her body trembled violently while the remaining students watched with pale faces. Many of them wanted to look away, but they could not. The fear had completely frozen them in place.
Even Aditya’s own subordinates and the women closest to him found it difficult to watch.
Rin was the first to lose control. The moment she saw what Aditya had done, her face turned pale. She quickly turned away and began throwing up. The sight had been too disturbing even for her.
Freya immediately took out a small bag and held it in front of Rin so that she could finish. At the same time, Freya gently patted Rin’s back and tried to help her calm down. Although Freya was doing her best to remain composed, even she looked uncomfortable after witnessing such a horrifying scene.
Athena and several of Aditya’s other subordinates also felt nauseous. Their faces had become pale, and some of them looked as though they might throw up at any moment. They had all seen battles before. They had seen people die. However, what Aditya had done to Lin was far more disturbing than an ordinary death.
For the first time, many of them truly understood how deep Aditya’s hatred toward the Night Rider Sect had become.
After witnessing what Aditya had done, everyone began looking at him with a new kind of fear. Until now, many of them had known him as the smiling demon. He was calm when speaking, polite when dealing with people, and often wore a warm smile on his face even when facing his enemies.
However, after seeing what he had done to Lin, they understood that the smiling demon was far more terrifying than they had imagined.
Aditya could have simply allowed Lin to die while Victor watched from a distance. He could have let her take her final breaths while staring at her master, allowing Victor to suffer from helplessness and regret.
Even that would have been cruel enough. Yet Aditya had chosen something far worse. While coldly staring at Victor, he had personally pulled Lin’s tongue out through the slit on her throat without showing any hesitation.
What could be more horrifying than that?
Everyone present was a cultivator. Most of them had killed people before. Many had fought in battles where blood covered the ground and bodies were left behind. Ordinary killing no longer affected them the way it affected normal people.
However, what Aditya had done was completely different. It was not simply killing an enemy. It was a punishment meant to break the hearts of everyone watching.
The most terrifying part was the way Aditya had done it. There was no anger on his face. There was no guilt. There was no hesitation. He did not look excited, satisfied, or even emotional. He simply did it with a cold and calm expression, as though he were doing something completely normal.
That coldness sent chills through everyone’s bodies.
Blood sprayed across Aditya’s palms, hands, clothes, and even his cheeks. The dark blood stood out clearly against his skin and clothes, but Aditya did not react to it. His crimson dragon pupils continued shining brightly, carrying a cold and terrifying light as he stared toward Victor.
Aditya did not feel even the slightest remorse for what he had done. He knew that this was one of the cruelest things he could have done to someone. He understood that everyone watching him would remember this scene for the rest of their lives. However, when he thought about everything Victor had done, Aditya could not find a single reason to show mercy.
Victor had kidnapped soldiers from the Istarin Empire every single week. One soldier would disappear, then another, and then another. Those soldiers were not simply killed. They were taken away and brutally tortured until the very end. Many of them had suffered horrible deaths without ever getting the chance to return home to their families.
However, even that was not the end of Victor’s cruelty.
After torturing those soldiers to death, Victor had their flesh removed and collected their skulls as trophies. He had kept those skulls only for one purpose. He wanted to show them to Aditya when they finally met, hoping to break him and make him feel helpless.
And he had done exactly that.
Aditya still remembered the moment Victor showed him those skulls. He remembered the anger. He remembered the helplessness. He remembered the hatred that had filled his heart at that time.
So why should he show mercy to someone like Victor?
Why should he feel guilty for making Victor suffer after everything Victor had done to innocent soldiers from his empire?
To Aditya, Victor had already crossed every possible line. The man standing before him was not someone who deserved forgiveness, sympathy, or mercy. He was an enemy who had taken countless lives and treated the suffering of others as entertainment.
For someone like that, Aditya felt no reason to hold back.
Not to mention, Lin was not an innocent person either. She was not some saint who had been dragged into this conflict without knowing anything. She was a member of the Organisation, which already made her one of Aditya’s natural enemies. She had also personally taken part in the attack on Axel City, so Aditya had no reason to believe that she was different from the other people working under Victor.
Who knew what other dirty things Lin had done while being protected by Victor and the Organisation? As Victor’s personal disciple, she had power, status, and protection that ordinary people could only dream of having. It was very possible that she had used that protection to do things that would never reach the eyes of the public.
Even if Aditya did not know every crime she had committed, he knew enough to understand that she was not someone who deserved his sympathy or mercy.
