The energy wave dissolved beyond the horizon, leaving the world suspended in silence. For several seconds, no human, beast, or Zerg dared to draw a single breath beneath the crimson sky.

Across the northern mountains, millions of chitinous bodies remained pressed against the cold earth in absolute submission.

The frozen zombies stood as monuments, and the mutated beasts held their growls in check. High above them all, the celestial visitor hovered in place, watching the earth.

Raviah could still feel its crushing presence echoing through every nerve ending. The sensation did not travel through her ears or eyes but vibrated directly within her soul.

Deep inside her chest, her core thrummed violently in response to a cadence originating far beyond the atmosphere. Suddenly, her vision blurred, and the reality around her shattered.

The stone walls of the fortress vanished in an instant. Rhyder’s warm grip disappeared from her side, and the kneeling armies melted into nothingness.

Darkness swallowed everything whole, pulling her into an endless, void-like space. She found herself standing on nothing, suspended in a boundless ocean of glittering stars.

A world manifested directly before her eyes. Enormous continents webbed with golden veins of elemental energy floated between vast, pristine blue oceans.

The planet looked vibrant and breathtakingly alive. Then, violent white cracks began tearing through the landmasses like spreading roots.

Spouts of luminous power erupted from the subterranean depths, swallowing entire cities under brilliant waves of energy. Forests mutated in seconds, oceans boiled into steam, and the clear atmosphere burned into a deep violet haze.

The catastrophic scene vanished, only to be replaced by another world. This planet was far larger, its surface choked by towering, razor-sharp elemental crystals instead of natural mountains.

Shadowy shapes moved through the crystalline corridors in immense numbers. They were not human, nor were they Zerg, but a completely alien species numbering in the millions.

Without warning, the light inside that world died, leaving a cold, empty husk floating in space. Raviah staggered backward in the vision, her heart hammering against her ribs.

"What are you showing me?" she demanded into the vast darkness, her voice echoing into nothing.

No spoken answer came, but a raw, unyielding concept slammed directly into her mind.

"Primordial Source."

The meaning arrived without words, translating into pure, undeniable understanding. It was an origin power, fundamental and far older than human civilization itself.

The elemental energy currently ravaging Earth was not an isolated anomaly. It had happened to other worlds before, repeating across the cosmos in an endless, cyclical loop.

The celestial entity materialized before her once again within the cosmic vision. Standing this close, Raviah could finally perceive its true, terrifying form.

It was not merely a living organism but a complex fusion of organic biological tissue and dense crystalline structures. Beneath translucent outer skin, luminous streams of energy flowed in intricate patterns that mirrored the crystalline pathways of a Zerg Core.

Yet, this creature’s network was infinitely more intricate, evolved entirely around the raw manipulation of elemental energy. A third concept flooded her consciousness:

"We came from a world touched by the Source."

A rapid succession of planets flashed before her eyes. Different environments, distinct civilizations, and wildly varied species flickered past, all bound by the same underlying energy.

Some had mastered the energy to build glorious civilizations, while others had evolved into powerful Elementals or entirely new biological forms. And many others had simply failed to adapt, collapsing into absolute extinction.

The visions accelerated into a chaotic blur of destruction. She saw planets smothered by runaway crystalline growth, oceans transformed into toxic elemental sludge, and continents consumed by sentient, living forests.

Then, everything fell dead silent as one final image stabilized before her. It was Earth, blue, fragile, and beautiful.

Deep beneath the crust, a massive, luminous core was stirring from its slumber. The Primordial Source was aggressively spreading through the planetary mantle, crawling toward every mountain, ocean, and living creature.

The apocalypse on Earth was not an ending but the painful birth pangs of a new evolutionary phase. Raviah’s spiritual sense trembled under the weight of the realization.

"How many worlds?" she whispered, her hands trembling.

The entity answered with a silent projection of infinite numbers that overwhelmed her mind. Immediately after, a cold concept followed:

"Not all survived."

The vision shattered, violently slamming Raviah back into physical reality. Her body reeled from the sudden weight of gravity, her knees buckling against the cold fortress stone. ℴ

Rhyder caught her before she struck the ground, hauling her up against his chest. "Raviah!" he barked, his eyes searching her pale face.

She gripped his body armor tightly, her chest heaving as she fought to draw air into her lungs.

"What happened?" Rhyder demanded, his eyes darting between her and the sky. "What did you see?"

Raviah forced her head up to look at the entity hovering above Sol Haven. It was not a god, an invader, or a Zerg hive master, but a survivor of a world that had already endured this trial.

"It came because the Primordial Source awakened on Earth," she rasped, her voice shaking.

Before she could explain further, a faint vibration resonated deep within her body, drawing a gasp from her lips.

Inside her spatial dimension, the crystalline structure reacted to the celestial entity’s aura. The small stone house, the lush fields, and the pristine streams of her pocket space trembled as a wave of pure elemental energy washed over the interior, causing the soil to vibrate with newfound life.

Raviah instinctively reached into her storage space to steady the internal flux, pulling out a sealed vial of high-grade recovery solution she had prepared before the world fell.

She uncapped the glass and swallowed the liquid in one swift gulp, letting the cool medicine soothe her scorched energy pathways.

Rhyder watched her closely, noticing the subtle shift in the air around her as her storage dimension stabilized.

"Did your space take damage?" he asked, his grip on her arms tightening slightly.

"No," Raviah breathed, wiping her lips with the back of her hand. "It resonated. The entity’s arrival triggered something deep within the dimension."

She gestured toward the sky, where the visitor pushed one last set of images into her consciousness. She saw dozens of worlds that had failed the transformation, their surfaces reduced to empty, overgrown ecosystems of elemental energy where civilizations had been wiped out.

Worse still, far beyond those dead worlds, something colossal and dark was slithering through the void between stars.

Raviah’s blood ran cold as she locked eyes with Rhyder. "The collapse of our world isn’t the end," she whispered. "It’s only the beginning, and something out there is hunting the worlds that don’t survive."
