"Riven!" Natalie ran toward him the moment she spotted him and threw her arms around him in a tight, joyful hug that completely caught him off-guard. "It worked! It really worked! Dad approved of the potions and it’s all thanks to you and Label! I owe you so much! I don’t really know how I could ever repay you...!"

Her friends stood a short distance behind her, staring at the sudden scene in pure disbelief. Clair looked the most shocked of all. Her mouth hung wide open as she watched her normally reserved friend act so openly close with Riven out of nowhere.

"Ah, Natalie, I am glad you were able to convince your father," Riven said once he recovered from the surprise, gently patting her back in a polite but restrained way. "Did you bring the contracts as I asked them? And please, no letters in between or something. I want an honest deal between us. I don’t even plan on taking most of the profits."

"Yes! I brought the one exactly how you wanted," she answered quickly, still glowing with excitement. "My father insisted that it was way too generous though, and kept telling me to ask for a bigger share, but I ignored him and told him that I knew what I was doing. I cannot make my client and the one whose entire new business depends on me get upset with me and think I am greedy, right? After all, beyond just profiting... what you told me yesterday really hit me. About making affordable medicine and potions for the people, so anybody can afford them, even those that aren’t even awakened. It’s not about just the profits but what my father once originally started working on... making a better world!"

"Exactly," Riven nodded with a faint, approving smile.

Although he was not quite as purely idealistic as she believed him to be, it was still a nice way to frame their goals. More than anything, Riven simply wanted to make sure ordinary people would not die so easily when exploring dungeons. Stronger survivors meant faster overall growth for humanity, which would eventually help Earth meet the necessary criteria for ascension and save themselves from being erased by the Cosmic Monarch.

"Alright, let’s— Uh, Elisa?" Riven suddenly noticed that Elisa was fuming with visible anger. Her eyebrows twitched repeatedly as she glared at Natalie with unmistakable hostility.

Without any warning she rolled forward and pushed Natalie away from him with surprising force. "Get off my husband! Who are you to hug him like that?! Heiress of Sunrise or not, are you genuinely trying to seduce my husband, you little—"

"Elisa! Calm down," Riven muttered, trying to soothe her while carefully patting her shoulders. The moment his fingers touched her, a painful zap of pure Mana and Spiritual Energy surged into his hand. Her emotions were clearly feeding the energy surrounding her body.

"T-That’s not it at all! I am so sorry...!" Natalie apologized at once, lowering her head in genuine regret. "I am well aware he’s a married man...! I just was so happy I didn’t think straight..."

"..." Elisa continued glaring at her with a calm yet still angry expression before looking back at Riven and then at Natalie again. "What’s her age?"

"She’s... I think she’s a year younger than me?" Riven scratched the back of his neck nervously. "Why does that matter, Elisa? Please calm down... I would never cheat on you. Why are you even thinking about me being seduced?"

"..." Elisa fell into a heavy silence. As her anger slowly cooled, her eyes widened when she realized just how large a scene she had made in front of everyone. "Ugh...! Who cares!" She quickly used her own Mana Aura to move her wheelchair back toward her room. "Idiot!" she cried out before slamming the door shut behind her.

Then, an awkward silence followed as Riven sighed. He knew he’d have to deal with this eventually, but he didn’t think she’d react this way so soon. Seeing how she accepted Daniela or Label or Hinata so easily, he really thought she had changed.

"Ah..." Riven sighed and facepalmed. "I knew she was jealous, but I didn’t know she would act this way... I don’t even remember her doing this before in my past life..." he thought quietly to himself. "Is it because... we’ve developed more as a couple? I guess she’s become even more possessive? I... I feel somewhat flattered that she would fight for me like that, but I don’t think that’s how a man is supposed to feel about this," he concluded within his mind.

Then he turned back to Natalie with an apologetic look. "I’m sorry about that."

"It’s fine..." Natalie laughed nervously, still a little flustered. "I-I screwed things up. I guess she’s the jealous type..."

"Kinda," Riven nodded in agreement. "Anyway, there, I’ve signed them after reading them enough. Label, Natalie’s here. Let’s go to the dungeon."

"Okay!" Label answered with an eager nod.

The trio soon walked together into the Spirit Dungeon Realm, where Label had already prepared everything in advance. Natalie opened several of her inventory rings and dropped dozens of large boxes full of carefully sorted materials onto the ground.

"Here! This is all the materials you needed, right Label? I’ve got you everything you asked for and more. My father said we needed a batch of ten thousand to start selling the products... do you think you can do it?"

"Easily!" Label replied with confident certainty. "At the same time, I’ll be synthesizing some new recipes. Riven also asked me for a favor, so I’ll leave Chemy and my Grimoire on auto-mode."

"Auto... mode?" Natalie asked in clear disbelief.

The moment the words left her mouth, the process began almost instantly.

Chemy appeared in a flash of green light and rapidly expanded until it became ten times larger than before. With a powerful suction force coming from its massive maw, the living cauldron absorbed and swallowed every single ingredient that had been laid out. The materials vanished into its depths one after another while the cauldron began boiling them with intense heat and swirling alchemical energy.
