Cultivation Struggles of a Lowly Fox

Chapter 905 – Meeting again

"Oh, visitors." Witch Aiko smiled at the familiar Grandmaster from the Southern Sect.

"I don't believe this island belongs to you." The Grandmaster chuckled, shaking his head.

"It does now." Witch Aiko said seriously, but well... seeing the numerous Foxes throwing rocks across the ocean... It was really hard to take her seriously.

"Ah, yes..." The Grandmaster scratched his head.

"They will travel with us during this time, so it's better to get used to them now." Mei giggled, patting Aiko.

The Grandmaster stared at her with a stiff expression.

"What is it?" Mei tilted her head, not understanding why he was acting like that.

"You say that, but I can see a fortress being built over there." The Grandmaster coughed awkwardly.

Mei turned around and sure enough. It seemed like the Foxes were causing trouble again, or maybe that was supposed to be the escape for the rehabilitation Foxes, in which case she would approve.

"Don't sweat the details." Mei waved her hand.

"Ah, yes..." The Grandmaster pursed his lips. It clearly seemed like they were cut from the same cloth.

The Foxes around them stared at them too, like they were looking at twins.

"What?" Mei placed hands on her hips, shooing those Foxes.

"It seems you have arrived safely." Dai Lu smiled at him, but she was sweating buckets.

"Ah, yes, nothing speaks of arriving safely while trying to parry a f- *cough* damned Blooming Sword Intent." The Grandmaster was convinced he was not welcome here at this point, but he wouldn't take it to heart. This wouldn't be the first, nor the last time this would happen.

"Oh, hello~" Witch Aiko waved towards familiar figures.

"Hehe~" Li Xiu waved back, while the Dice Girl was hiding behind her.

"..." Bai Jing sighed. It seemed like this was not a retreat like their Elders promised, and she would have to deal with even more Foxes.

One irregular Fox was not enough, if they had at least 1/100th of the energy of the Vicious Jade Fox, then in that case everyone would be in trouble.

"Shy is a bit shy, don't mind her, don't mind her." Li Xiu giggled trying to push her friend forward, but she almost earned a bite back.

"Anyway, she will come around." Li Xiu rubbed her hand like she was actually bitten, even though she was not.

"How was the journey?" Witch Aiko slowly turned into Moon Aiko so that she could hold a conversation without her mind darting around and trying to undress them.

"Don't even mention it." Li Xiu said seriously. That journey was a nightmare, especially trying to pack everything up and then using the Array to transport it, but as this was a secret, she couldn't talk about it.

Well, the Foxes would eventually figure it out, so she didn't need to try too hard, but it would be better if she was not the one who spilled the beans.

"Huh, unexpected." Moon Aiko mulled over it before shrugging.

"So, what are you doing? Other than trying to shoot down flying ships and parting the earth?" Li Xiu was curious if anything changed while Aiko was away.

*Cough*

Dai Lu coughed awkwardly, she really tried to hold back alright?! Maybe, just maybe she overdid it a bit, but can you blame her? She refused to wear that swimsuit!

"Building fortresses, gathering resources, playing on the beach." Moon Aiko chuckled, but it was seriously ridiculous that they already had a second floor for the fortress. What were they planning to build with all of those resources?!

"Can we skip all of that and go with 'playing on the beach'?" Li Xiu giggled.

The Southern Sect Disciples were wondering what was happening. Their Elders suddenly told them that they would be travelling with Foxes, but they also didn't expect that their Saintess would be so fond of those Beasts.

"Did you know about that?"

"I had no idea."

"I knew, she came over? Probably?"

"What do you mean by that?"

"The dark one came over."

"Do you need help?"

"Just because you are blind doesn't mean I need help."

This conversation ensued in multiple places. Most of them were confused as they had not seen a Fox from such close distance. Other than those that went to the Secret/Sacred Realm.

However, even those were confused why they were joining hands with Foxes instead of other Human Sects.

It needs to be said that most individuals had no idea that the Fox Village was invaded.

It happened so quickly and fast that most just didn't notice. Not to mention there was no clean up or anything that would signify that it even started.

"No." Moon Aiko crossed her arms animatedly. "You will have to help out with the sand if you want to play on the beach."

"That will be good for our Disciples." The Grandmaster chuckled sinisterly. He would whip them into form so that the main Sect wouldn't underestimate their hard work!

"That sounds like they will become a beast of burden." Moon Aiko chuckled back.

"Hehehe."

"Hehehe."

They both chuckled sinisterly, making the Southern Sect Disciples shudder.

Mei just pursed her lips. What would happen, would happen. There was no need to step in just yet.

The Grandmaster coughed. "Okay, enough jokes-"

"Wait, we were joking?" Moon Aiko asked with a clearly surprised expression.

"You weren't?" The Grandmaster stared at her speechlessly.

"Obviously. You want to play, you will have to work, now chop chop." Moon Aiko gestured towards the beach that was being cleaned- and, well, flying rocks...

"Wow..." The Grandmaster laughed. He had never seen someone so audacious. "You suit each other." He chuckled at the Jade Fox. 'No wonder they had such similar nicknames.'

"I beg your pardon?" Mei's lips twitched. She felt offended, it was not like she was working everyone to bon- Well, fine, her work might've been a bit difficult-

"..." Mei sighed. She decided to ignore his remark since she realised she was quite rough on others.

The Grandmaster shrugged as the flying ship settled down.

"Alright, you heard her. If you want to play on the beach, you will have to help out." The Grandmaster had no issue with their Disciples working hard. They were coddled until now, so it was time for them to toughen up a bit.

The Disciples frowned, but under the stern gazes of their Elders, they complied.

Especially the male Human Cultivators as they saw those Foxes in those 'unique' outfits.

Eye candy, that's for sure.

Li Xiu came over to where Aiko was. "So, how was your time without me?"

*Choke*

Mei violently choked on her drink.

It was not enough that one pest was already circling around Aiko, and another one was far away somewhere, but there was a third one?!

"Good day to you too, Jade Fox." Li Xiu smiled, but it was obvious she was claiming a position for herself.

"No." Mei flatly and openly rejected her.

"That's fine, threesome is always an option." Danji sipped her tea, not surprised about this.

"No." Mei's lips twitched, she wanted to smack both of them.

"Oh? Okay, foursome is also possible." Danji nodded her head like a sage.

"Why not let A- Vicious Jade Fox decide that?" Li Xiu tilted her head.

The duo turned towards her, one not saying anything while the other-

"You can go ahead."

"A- Vicious Jade Fox, how about-" Li Xiu wanted to leverage their relationship, but Aiko was nowhere to be seen.

"?" Li Xiu blinked her eyes, clearly confused.

"If you are looking for her, she is carving something inside the forest." The Twins loved the chaos, so they naturally tattled on Aiko.

"..." Li Xiu sighed. This was so like Aiko, ditching everything and disappearing.

"It seems you are also not immune to this phenomenon." Mei smirked at her.

"Of course, I will happily wait around until she comes back and slaps me properly." Li Xiu squirmed, making everyone uncomfortable.

When it comes to shamelessness, nobody would be able to beat a modern person...

Mei decided to ignore her, since it seemed like her skin was made out of thousand years old ice steel.

There was also no reason to battle her just yet, since she was still wet behind the ears.

"Oh, there she is." The other Twin nudged everyone.

"Is that a plough?" Li Xiu was the first one to react.

"Not quite." Bai Jing finally spoke. "That is modified plough, not suitable for mortals." She explained that it was not the generic plough, but something Aiko came up with.

"What is she planning now..." Mei suddenly had a headache. It was enough that there were Foxes building a fortress, but now there was another troublemaker on the loose!

...

Moon Aiko happily carried her plough. She had modified it in order to speed up the un-rocking of the area.

The faster they finished, the sooner she would force Mei into the swimsuit~!

"But I will need some muscles." There was no way that Moon Aiko would actually use this herself. It was better to use it on someone else, and she would just make sure that it worked properly.

"Heya~" Moon Aiko greeted some Muscle Foxes.

"Good day to you, God-" The other Muscle Fox stabbed him with his elbow.

"Good day to you, Vicious Jade Fox." The other Muscle Fox smiled at her.

"I need some hands. This will be very gruelling and strenuous work." Moon Aiko smirked. She knew how to appeal to the Muscle Foxes.

Sex appeal? Nonono, just offer them the hardest work and they will happily come with you! Well, as long as the work involves muscles...

"Oho?" The Muscle Foxes chuckled. They briefly looked at each other before bumping each other fist.

It seemed like they were playing some kind of game in order to determine who would follow her.

Moon Aiko always found this fascinating, it might even anger the others because of losing, but would they actually hurt each other-

'Scratch that, he was punched.' One Muscle Fox was punched unconscious while the others fought over.

'Seems like this group is not normal.' Moon Aiko should have a better chance somewhere else. After all, there was no way that all of the Muscle Foxes would turn like this, right?

Well, Moon Aiko walked around and there were not too many Muscle Foxes lurking around.

It seemed like most of the Muscle Foxes were at the fortress, where they were building something.

Well, it was quite obvious considering how hard and heavy those things were.

'In that case, I will have to be careful.' Moon Aiko ran from 'that' place because it didn't seem their bickering would ever end. However, now she had to figure out how to contribute too!
