"Dad, morning."

"Dad, you all got up so early."

Zhao Xuran is used to waking up at this time to make breakfast. Since he doesn’t know how Gong Ruini’s appetite will change, as long as Ni Zi likes it, Zhao Xuran will prepare it.

Waste? That’s impossible. Whatever Gong Ruini doesn’t eat, Zhao Xuran or Gong Ruzhi can handle.

Zhao Xuran didn’t expect that the people he thought would be sleeping in to adjust their time zone had already gotten up. How could he not be surprised?

Zhao Xuran is actually also worried that Zhao Gang and the others flew to the United States at such an old age; whether there are any discomforts, otherwise, why would they get up so early?

Zhao Gang originally didn’t want to say that, after all, letting the younger generation know is really a hit to face and dignity.

But seeing Zhao Xuran’s relaxed expression, Zhao Gang did feel a bit bitter inside.

Gong Tao already doesn’t want to talk. After returning to the room yesterday, he grumbled a lot to his wife.

Gong Tao feels really wronged, didn’t expect an old friend to not have a good time yesterday either, it made him happy.

"Why are you up so early," Gong Tao’s tone was better than Zhao Gang’s, mainly because he had to soften his tone, or else if his wife found out his tone wasn’t good toward Zhao Xuran, he’d get a loving lecture.

"To make breakfast," Zhao Xuran casually asked Zhao Gang what type of breakfast they wanted.

Ah, the son actually got up early to make breakfast. Zhao Gang was stunned, especially as he was asked about what to eat.

"Do you have dumplings?" Zhao Gang tentatively asked.

"Can we have beef noodles?" Since Zhao Xuran’s dad wasn’t worried about him, Gong Tao also wasn’t guilty about picking what he wanted to eat.

Although yesterday’s dinner was a grand affair, it doesn’t mean today’s breakfast will be equally sumptuous.

"Yes." Just kidding, what doesn’t the house have?

"Ah." No way, there’s really some?

Zhao Gang and the others didn’t believe it, thinking Zhao Xuran was just bragging, but seeing him take dumpling wrappers and meat filling from the fridge, they were speechless.

"Dumplings, wontons, noodles, ribs soup, beef, porridge, all these are at home."

"If you want Western-style breakfast, we have that too."

At first, Zhao Xuran was busy and all over the place, but after a few days of operating, he’s gotten used to it.

No way, Zhao Gang was stunned, looked dumbfoundedly at the equally stunned Gong Tao, "Why do I feel that our future days will be tough."

Yesterday, his wife already kept saying how good Zhao Xuran is; if they find out he even prepares so much breakfast, oh heavens.

Gong Tao stepped out and patted Zhao Xuran on the shoulder, "Although Ni Zi is my daughter, I have to say you really don’t need to pamper her like this."

"Pregnancy lasts ten months, Ni Zi’s pregnant for how long? If you keep this up, you’ll tire yourself out."

"I can manage." Zhao Xuran doesn’t care if Gong Tao is genuine about this suggestion, but he absolutely opposes it.

"Ni Zi’s pregnancy is tough."

"I want to properly take care of Ni Zi." Classes have started, honestly, they really gave them a powerful start; there’s so much to read and research.

Despite being such a physically and mentally strong man, Zhao Xuran is feeling a bit overwhelmed.

Looking at Ni Zi, she’s equally busy, and with pregnancy added, Zhao Xuran really regrets it in all sorts.

"Homework is slowly getting heavier, how can I not take care of Ni Zi?"

Gong Tao looks at the straightforward Zhao Xuran, unsure of what to say, oh well, since they’ve made up their minds, as a father, he won’t play the bad guy here.

"I’m hungry, go make breakfast, also write the menu, we’ll go to the supermarket later." This trip to the United States is of course to resolve Gong Ruini’s issue.

They’re also responsible for checking out supermarkets in the US; they’d bought things before but never run one, of course they hadn’t paid much attention.

Knowing now that Gong Ruwen wants to open a supermarket, how could they not be nervous? After all, this investment isn’t just a joke.

Going to the supermarket, looks like the father and the others didn’t agree to invest as easily as Gong Ruwen said; it must have been passed after some explanations and negotiations.

"Dad, don’t worry, this supermarket is sure to be profitable." Zhao Xuran guarantees once more.

"After all, everything collected is cash, the turnover is very quick."

"And the flow of people created by the supermarket isn’t just strong; we can develop a real estate project near the supermarket, Dad, what do you think of the market for such a real estate project."

Zhao Xuran reiterates, "Ni Zi mentioned that the first floor of the supermarket can have shops built, rented out one by one."

At first, Zhao Xuran thought Gong Ruini’s suggestion was unreliable, wasn’t that giving others a chance to take away from the supermarket, but considering it over these days, he thinks Gong Ruini’s idea is really good.

Not to mention how much revenue the supermarket could bring, at least the rent over ten or twenty years should recoup the cost of building the supermarket.

Zhao Gang knows Zhao Xuran is absolutely supportive of opening a supermarket; otherwise, he wouldn’t say he’s definitely investing, then keep sending information to Gong Ruwen, he’s quite eager.

Unexpectedly, there’s even a follow-up plan; listening to it, Zhao Gang thinks the idea or proposal is really good.

Following behind Zhao Xuran, he starts all sorts of discussions with him.

Zhao Xuran certainly doesn’t mind discussing this issue with his dad; he feels some things are good, but whether they’ll be popular in the domestic market, he really doesn’t have confidence.

But his dad is different; with his broad experience, he should be able to give some analytical results.

But please stop repeatedly asking at this time, "Dad, I’m making breakfast."

"You don’t want Ni Zi to wake up without breakfast to eat, right?"

"What if your granddaughter gets hungry?"

Ah ah ah, Zhao Gang was quite shocked by what his son said; one must know that before, his son absolutely prioritized his career, but look now, he’s entirely a family man’s appearance.

If it wasn’t for the earlier discussions about specific supermarket plans, one might think he wants to return to family life and become a qualified househusband.

Son, Zhao Gang really wants to tell his son, loving your wife is as it should be, but a career is also important for a man; but looking at the friend and in-law beside him.

Zhao Gang couldn’t express these thoughts, but he could pull his son aside for a talk later.

"Dad, you could actually ask Rui Wen, we’ve discussed this before." Zhao Xuran elegantly pushes this matter toward Gong Ruwen.

Zhao Xuran feels absolutely no guilt about this; isn’t it Gong Ruwen who’s leading this project? He should handle it now, too.

Otherwise, how can the major shareholder be so comfortable, "You all keep asking me, then how does Rui Wen feel."

"Rui Wen will be very upset."

"Have faith in Rui Wen." Zhao Xuran indicates he doesn’t need any thanks from Gong Ruwen, just hopes he can convince Zhao Gang and the others thoroughly.

Yes, although this project was prompted by Zhao Xuran, Gong Ruwen wanted to operate it domestically, he’s leading it.

If Gong Ruwen finds out that even though he’s leading the plan, everyone has to seek Zhao Xuran’s opinion, he would definitely feel bitter.
