[Congratulations for hitting the 200 target!]

[You can retain the SSS Level Necromancer Ability permanently.]

[Bonus for achieving target dispensed now:]

[Able to control up to 200 dead beings at the same time.]

Alex was pleasantly surprised by the bonus when he read the information panels.

He would have a lot more undead to add to his army.

But for now, he would have to take what he had in front of him.

And that included Lieutenant Langley and his men.

He raised his hands at the bodies and the familiar dark glow appeared.

The dark glow extended out into threads and the threads got into the bodies of Lieutenant Langley and the others.

After a few moments, their bodies twitched as if they were in a seizure.

Then, they slowly staggered back up onto their feet.

Alex walked over to Lieutenant Langley and he rummaged through his clothes and armored vest.

He found a map and some notes that were written by Lieutenant Langley.

Reading the notes, he frowned when he saw that they were trying to clear the land of all other human beings and mutated beasts.

But for what?

He didn’t have too much of a clue, but it might be setting up the stage for a new order.

Most importantly, he saw that the hydroelectric dam was marked as a potential target in the operation.

And there was another note that marked the area where General Xavier was stationed.

Presumably, the entire operation of the Elite Awakened Special Ops unit was running out of Fort Ramsey, which was the marked point on the note.

He wondered if it was possible to sneak into it to see what they were up to or disrupt their research.

After witnessing what the syringe injection could do, it might be an issue for him if their research advanced beyond what it was right now.

Alex gave out a sigh and he kept the notes.

It seemed like there would be no rest for him.

The authorities might attack the hydroelectric dam in the future and he had to be prepared for it.

With this in mind, a slit appeared in front of him and it opened up into a portal.

Lieutenant Langley and his men walked into the portal one after another.

After keeping Lieutenant Langley and his men in his storage space, he went downstairs to check on his friends.

When he got to the ground floor, they were done with all the gang members.

They even stacked up a pile of bodies and pointed them out to him.

Alex shrugged and said, "Steak’s on me tonight."

"Yes, finally." Terry clenched his fist and said excitedly at the thought of dinner.

Riley and Brian sat in a corner and they nodded their heads in unison.

It had been a long day for them again.

Alex began to take in the bodies that belonged to all of the Awakened and took them into his undead army.

He had a total of ninety-four undead Awakened when he was done.

As for the others, he took in the rest of the bodies that were strewn all over and made his undead army number two hundred.

Three slits appeared and opened up for the undead to march into his storage portal next.

Riley watched and he couldn’t help but curse at his ability again.

"Why do you always get all the cool abilities, unlike me?" He grumbled but looked on in awe at the numbers of undead marching into the storage space.

But he didn’t complain beyond that.

It was not only impressive, but it also made it possible for them to venture out more safely with the undead army.

And as the days passed, having all the different types of resources was crucial.

Something as common as salt or sugar could seal your fate if you didn’t have enough of it.

They were fortunate that water wasn’t a big deal for them.

It wasn’t so for all the others that were out there, and they would kill to get access to drinkable water at this moment.

Finally, all the undead were stored into Alex’s storage space and it was time for them to make the trip back to the hydroelectric dam.

Riley got into the driver’s seat with Alex sitting beside him as usual.

The other two sat in the back seat and they glanced out of the car window on alert.

But it wasn’t really necessary.

After the battle, there weren’t any more gangs around that were stupid enough to try something funny with Alex and his friends.

They were having other problems on their own.

Vroom.

The engine of the car started and the car drove off, turning in the direction of the highway where Alex and his friends came from.

This time, it was a smooth ride back and they reached the hydroelectric dam after an hour or so of traveling.

When they got back, the guards on duty waved at them enthusiastically.

It was like how it was back in the dorm building and they knew that whenever Alex and his friends came back from an outing, it usually meant that there were either more resources or important information on what was happening out there.

After the car parked in the car park, Alex alighted from it.

"Welcome back." Eddy, David, Lin and Patricia came over and greeted him.

"We might have to discuss what we encountered out there today.

"Maybe you can come over to Brian’s room after an hour?" Alex said and they nodded at him.

It was why they came over to him anyway.

After fixing up the meeting, Alex and his friends went back to their rooms to wash up.

Terry prepared dinner for them as usual and when they were done, they met at Brian’s room for dinner.

Alex didn’t have to wait for too long before the door was knocked on.
