Song Junshuang assumed Dong Haobiao was lying. Blinded by hatred, he ignored every word and continued attacking like a madman.

“Fuck!” Dong Haobiao finally understood. “Someone plotted against us! The person who killed my son stole that belt and left Ma Chenbin’s ring in my son’s hand!”

The three leaders instantly quieted.

“Everyone stop! We’ve been tricked!” Meng Xiuwen stood and shouted at the blood-crazed combatants. “Stop fighting!”

“Stop! All of you fucking stop!” Lin Chengxun yelled as well.

Their men reluctantly halted, staring at the leaders in confusion. After so much killing, none of them cared about right or wrong anymore. They wanted only to kill the enemy.

“I understand now! We all fell into someone’s trap...” Lin Chengxun climbed atop a vehicle and raised his arm.

He had pieced everything together. Someone wanted the three factions to destroy one another, then profit from the aftermath.

BANG!

Before he could finish, a bullet pierced his head.

Everyone froze.

“Who fired?” Meng Xiuwen roared at his men. “Who ordered you to shoot?”

“Meng Xiuwen! You pretended to negotiate, then assassinated our commander! Shameless bastard! Die!”

Covered in blood and consumed by battle frenzy, Chong Guoyuan opened fire and riddled Meng Xiuwen with bullets.

The battle erupted again.

This time, no one could control it. Every person had lost himself to bloodlust.

From a nearby villa, Xiao Yi watched the fierce street fighting and occasionally used the Type 88 sniper rifle to shoot a key figure for entertainment.

The tremendous explosion shook everyone. Thick smoke rose from the eastern section of the perimeter wall.

“Too late! Heh... Hahahaha!” Dong Haobiao grinned and stabbed himself in the throat.

“It’s over! Everything is over!” Chong Guoyuan screamed in despair.

Ma Gang used his last strength to howl at the sky.

“Who was it? Come out! Which shameless bastard did this?”

“Me.”

Xiao Yi slowly emerged from behind a tree, smiling.

“I did all of it. Ma Gang, your son is in my hands too. Surprised?”

“Fucking hell...” Ma Gang closed his eyes, feeling that life had lost all meaning.

“Fuck!” Chong Guoyuan roared before collapsing.

“Ugh... Ugh...”

“Hrrr...”

A massive zombie horde surged in and swallowed every survivor on the battlefield.

With the Blade of Sin resting on his shoulder, Xiao Yi leisurely searched the area, storing every corpse, firearm, and weapon inside the Spatial Pouch.

When infecting the male celebrity earlier, he had discovered that humans bitten by C-rank zombies had a high probability of becoming C-rank zombies themselves. These corpses would be extremely useful.
