Chapter 560: Little Goblin Is So Charming.

The director’s team reacted and they quickly rushed over to mediate with Lily. The little girl was still riding on Snider’s back. Hannah stood at the front and was ready to talk when she felt a cold gaze locked on her face. She gulped a mouthful before she said, "Young Miss, please let him go. He was just acting on the instructions from the team."

Lily stood up from the back of the man and asked, "Do you all really think that causing a child to face something like this comes without any consequences? What would you do if something like that happened to your child?"

Nobody had a counter for her questions. Hannah replied, "Young Miss, we will try not to do anything like this from now on."

Lily snorted before she headed inside the town hall to find old man Hyphon. She had yet to complete her task to borrow the nuts, the wok and oil. As she entered the building she found the town head sitting behind the only counter in the big hall and going through some papers.

She approached the desk with a sparkling smile on her face. The old man raised his gaze from the papers and asked with a kind smile "Lily Cardinal, right? I didn’t think you would be coming over to meet me so quickly. What happened?"

Lily smiled and replied, "It is nothing Baba has gone to the forest and I was all alone. So, I came to see the town but I didn’t know anyone or anything else. Grandpa Town head, can you show me around?"

Lily had invoked the power of being a cute child and none in the world had the power to avoid that but Hyphon Tower was not easily bought over. He smiled and asked, "But who can help me with my work if I take you around?"

That was all that Lily wanted and she said, "I can help you."

Hyphon Tower smiled and shook his head as he said, "How can you help me with this?"

Lily raised her head and replied, "Grandpa, don’t underestimate me. I am super intelligent."

The people in the comment section were going crazy and the laughter was non-stop. They didn’t expect this little girl to have such wit. The old man was also curious and handed one paper to the child. And he asked, "Can you tell me what we should do about this predicament?"

The page stated that the power line that ran through the entire town was hazardous. The power department wanted to have some changes done but the majority of the town people didn’t agree to the methods suggested and with the rainy days ahead there was a big chance that the wires might snap off the poles.

Lily thought for a bit before she took a deep breath and replied, "Well, some changes need to be done in order to prevent any accidents. So, I would suggest that you change the ways you meet your energy requirements.

For example, the solar panels, but that would change the scenery of the town a lot, and that doesn’t seem to be something you all wish to see, so the second option would be the small wind turbines, even if the sun is hidden behind the clouds, the winds would be there, and given that Peach Town has so much trees in the surroundings, I am sure the wind here is ever blowing.

Hyphon was shocked, and so were the viewers, they didn’t expect this little girl to solve the solution this quickly. Hyphon Tower subconsciously asked, "Can you tell me how much it would cost?"

Lily shrugged and raised her left hand. She spoke, "Can you tell me how much money it would be needed to make Peach Town, completely self-sustaining with the usage of green energy methods?"

The AI inside the communicator worked fast and replied quickly with a figure. Hyphon Tower heard the number and he was surprised before he sighed and replied, "Well, thank you little one, but I would need to convince the town folks to lean for the renovation."

Lily raised her brow and sat down on the chair across from the old man and asked, "Grandpa, if I solved this trouble for you, would you lend me some nuts, oil, and a wok?"

Hyphon was again caught off guard, and Lily said, "I have a small business, and if I use my savings I can equip the town with the things it needs."

The old man was about to deny it when Lily raised her hand and said, "Don’t rush to refuse me Grandpa Town Head. I am not doing this for charity, because I am aware that you all live a dignified life, and I have no intention of disrespecting that. However, I would lend you the resources that you need for a limited period of time, or if your town folks agree, you can buy them from my company using part payments, it would be interest free, a personal debt that would stay between us."

Hyphon had prior knowledge about the people who came here for the shooting, and he also knew the importance of the name Cardinal, because they were the Supreme Sigil Family. So, he didn’t doubt that Lily would lack money, but she was still a child and he didn’t want to take advantage of her.

However, looking at her firm eyes, he sighed and replied, "How about this, we will talk about this with your father, and for now, I will help you gather the nuts, wok and oil."

Lily frowned and said, "Fine, I will pay you back later on."

Hyphon Tower chuckled and said, "Fine, come along."

Then the two of them went out of the town hall, to grab the ingredients and tools.
