Age of Wizards: I Can Analyze All Things
Chapter 503: Contemplation in the Holy Land
Chapter 503 -252: Contemplation in the Holy Land
CRACK!
With a crisp sound, the seed’s surface burst open. A verdant green sprout shot out from within, rapidly extending upward and weaving itself into the shape of a door.
The next second, the door swung open, revealing a silver, vortex-like curtain of light.
Pei Ze stood before the curtain of light, his gaze fixed upon it.
Beyond the curtain of light lay the legendary Holy Land.
Over ten days ago, the other Councillors of the Dawn Council had already entered the Holy Land. Only Pei Ze had delayed activating the key until now.
‘I’ve taken care of everything at the Wizard Tower. Now I can spend the next three years in the Holy Land without any worries.’
With a glint in his eyes, Pei Ze strode into the silver curtain of light.
His vision was instantly flooded with silver. When his sight cleared, Pei Ze found himself standing on a slope that extended from a rock face.
He gazed out at a picturesque plain filled with birdsong and fragrant flowers, dotted with clusters of trees. In the distance, he could faintly make out a body of water shimmering under the sun’s reflection.
It was a scene of harmony, tranquility, and serenity.
The sight before him filled Pei Ze with a deep, inner peace, as if he were being cleansed from the inside out.
‘So this is the Holy Land…’
Pei Ze surveyed his surroundings with great interest.
He could clearly feel the active, free-flowing energy that permeated the air.
It was a higher form of energy than elemental energy or Soul Power. It seemed to be on the same tier as the Power of Rules, yet it was distinctly different.
If he had to describe it, it was like a Power of Rules without any ‘attributes’.
It was not divided into elemental, shadow, death, time, or spatial attributes. It was simply energy in its purest form.
Unfortunately, a Sixth-level Wizard’s power depended primarily on their comprehension of rules, not the accumulation of energy. Otherwise, Pei Ze estimated that he could likely reach the threshold for a breakthrough just by absorbing the energy here.
‘That said, how am I supposed to comprehend the rules here?’
A Power of Rules without attributes couldn’t be comprehended in the traditional sense.
Pei Ze thought for a moment, then gestured with his hand. The ground at his feet immediately cracked, and a clump of earth, grass and all, levitated into his palm.
The moment it landed in his hand, a look of astonishment involuntarily crossed his face.
He could sense three distinct rules within this small clump of earth and grass.
The vast and profound Rule of Earth!
The serene and stable Rule of Flora!
The vibrant and flourishing Rule of Life!
Pei Ze then examined his surroundings more closely and discovered that everything, from the plants and soil to the ordinary stones by the roadside, contained a palpable Power of Rules.
‘No wonder they say every blade of grass and every tree in the Holy Land is a condensation of rules.’
Pei Ze clucked his tongue in amazement.
Just then, a streak of cyan light shot over from the distance. It reached Pei Ze in the blink of an eye and stopped abruptly.
The light dissipated, revealing a tiny figure.
The newcomer was only the size of an adult human’s palm and resembled a fairy. She exuded an ethereal aura and, despite hovering right there, had an illusory quality, as if she were one with her surroundings.
“Welcome to the Holy Land, esteemed Wizard.”
The tiny girl spoke with a radiant smile, lifting the hem of her skirt to curtsy to Pei Ze.
“I am Liu Ying, a Void Fairy. I am a guide here, responsible for assisting the guests who arrive.”
“For the coming period, I will be at your service, Lord Wizard. Please do not hesitate to ask if you need anything.”
‘A Void Fairy?’
Pei Ze raised an eyebrow in surprise.
Even with his vast knowledge, he had never heard of such a creature.
Either Void Fairies were creatures unique to the Holy Land, or they were the product of some Wizard’s laboratory.
Pei Ze was more inclined to believe the former.
After all, given the unique nature of the Holy Land, ordinary creatures couldn’t possibly survive here.
Food and water, for starters, would be an issue.

Only native creatures born here could adapt and thrive in this environment.
The thoughts flashed through his mind in an instant. Wasting no time, Pei Ze got straight to the point.
“I am here to comprehend the Rule of Space.”
“Understood,” Liu Ying said with a smile. She turned to lead the way. “Please follow me, Lord Wizard.”
The man and the fairy crossed the plain, flying over a lake and through a valley along the way.
While passing through the valley, Thunderbolts would occasionally crash down from the sky, sending shattered rock flying.
It was obvious that this valley, somewhat similar to Thunderfall Valley, was condensed from the Rule of Lightning.
After passing through the valley, Pei Ze summoned his Eye of Omniscience and saw that his comprehension of the Rule of Lightning had increased by 0.01%.
This came as a shock to him.
To have gained so much from just over ten minutes of passive comprehension… If he were to actively analyze it with the Eye of Omniscience, wouldn’t his progress be incredibly fast?
A thrill of pleasant surprise ran through Pei Ze.
At this rate, if he chose to comprehend the Rule of Lightning, three years would likely be enough time for him to reach one hundred percent comprehension.
Unfortunately, Pei Ze had no intention of using the Rule of Lightning to advance to the level of a Rule Wizard.
Any Sixth-level Wizard could only choose a single rule to achieve their breakthrough.
No Wizard had ever managed to advance to the seventh level by using two rules simultaneously.
The discrepancies and conflicts between rules were enough to cause a Wizard’s body to explode at the moment of advancement, their body and soul utterly annihilated by the very rules they wielded.
Even Pei Ze was no exception.
The Eye of Omniscience could only help him travel farther and faster on his path to power; it could not allow him to defy the most fundamental of truths.
Therefore, he had to choose between space and lightning as his path to advancement.
