Absolute Beast Dominion

Chapter 517: Full Name

Chapter 517: Full Name

Whizz!

Ignivorax violently jerked his draconic body to dodge Naelith’s metallic arrows. The arrow struck the ground behind him, and the area erupted in flames.

"God damn!" Ignivorax cursed upon seeing the destructive power of the arrows.

"Naelith! Use the arrows meant to pierce tough scales!" Lyswenna said as both of them drew arrows made entirely of metal, each with a long, needle-like pointed head.

Twang! Twang!

They released the arrows simultaneously, sending them hurtling toward Ignivorax.

The dragon deemed Naelith’s arrow more dangerous and dodged it, but took the hit from Lyswenna’s arrow.

Thwack!

Contrary to his expectations, the arrow pierced through his scales and lodged deep into his muscles.

Lyswenna was highly skilled with the water element. With it, she could sharpen any arrow or equipment to an extreme degree, and even as a Peak 3-star, she possessed greater armour-piercing capabilities than most.

Though her area-of-effect damage was lower, her concentrated damage at a single point was several levels ahead of Naelith’s. This was further enhanced by the special metallic arrows crafted from the light feathers of avian beasts.

Pyrotrax was still in the air, searching for the enemy hidden in stealth. Whenever he thought he sensed someone, the presence vanished before his eyes could lock onto it.

He grew increasingly frustrated because he felt like he was being hunted as prey, despite being a proud dragon.

In the end, he decided to use his breath attack once again.

WRAAAAHHHHHHHH!

Once again, the entire suspected area was engulfed in flames, even catching Ignivorax and the elves within its range.

But Igni wasn’t particularly bothered because the flames were similar to his own. Surprisingly, even the elves remained unharmed because Nyxa had formed an Aura Shield around them, reinforced by a water shield created by Lyswenna.

"Keep the noise low."

Pyrotrax suddenly heard Leo’s voice, and before he could even turn around, he was struck by a violent water cannon carrying tremendous force.

Fzzzzzzz!

Pyrotrax was instantly overpowered by the water cannon and lost his balance as his wings were damaged. He plummeted straight toward the ground.

"Don’t ignore me!!!"

Suddenly, Vulcarion burst forward and appeared beside Leo with his draconic maw wide open, intending to bite him in a single snap.

Leo calmly raised the free arm that wasn’t firing the water cannon and swung toward Vulcarion.

"Then make me pay attention to you."

THAM!

Leo slammed his fist into the dragon’s lower jaw with a punch empowered by [Critical Strike], instantly snapping the maw shut and knocking some teeth. The jaw was obviously broken.

Vulcarion was thrown to the side, only for a sturdy vine to grow and attempt to restrain him.

But since Niri was still in the 3-star realm, Leo couldn’t form stronger vines and they instantly snapped under the dragon’s aggressive resistance.

In the end, Vulcarion was still a dragon, and his physical body was superior. He stood back up and created some distance as his jaw rapidly healed. The caved-in portion of his abdomen had also begun recovering now that the [Rift Distortion] effect had waned.

On the ground, Pyrotrax’s large draconic body lit up in purple flames as countless shallow gashes appeared across his body. Some bite attacks had pierced straight through his scales, there were also deep bite marks carved into his neck in an attempt ot strangulate him, making it obvious how painful the assault had been.

Pyro cried out in agony.

Vulcarion tried to pinpoint the assailant, but even he could only see faint afterimages of a large black beast.

[Draconic Eyes]

He immediately activated one of his dragon-series skills to discern the beast.

"Cat!" he snarled after spotting Shyra’s feline features.

"Wow, if she is a cat, then you are a lizard—a flying lizard."

Leo was once again right beside Vulcarion.

At the moment, Vulcarion was airborne, which meant Leo had actually jumped all the way up to his height.

"Motherfuck—GAAH!"

Leo delivered a flying kick straight into the centre of the dragon’s neck before swiftly climbing directly on top of his head.

He clasped both fists together and hammered them down onto Vulcarion’s skull.

"By the way, I still don’t know your name!"

As he spoke, Leo brought his fists crashing down with shattering force.

THAAAM!

Vulcarion’s eyes immediately rolled back, and he blacked out, falling straight toward the ground.

Leo casually jumped away from the falling body, but his landing position was on Ignivorax’s head, who was frantically swinging both his head and tail to fend off the combined assault of the elves and Nyxa.

Pyrotrax was already finished and lying on the ground, groaning in pain. Leo had ordered Shyra not to deal a fatal blow in case Pyro actually died.

At that point, Leo would find himself in trouble with the Pseudo 6-star Dragon, Zerathra, and he didn’t know whether Gunther alone could handle her if Leo became a target for elimination out of revenge.

But this Flame Dragon’s head is quite durable. I used almost 90% of my strength combined with the full force of [Critical Strike], and he only passed out? Leo mused before slamming his foot down on Ignivorax’s head.

Thud!

Igni’s head smashed into the ground with a loud thud as he collapsed flat on the earth.

"Enough!"

Leo was startled by the sudden voice that rang out from nowhere.

Turning around, he saw the same dragon woman, Zerathra, with the yellow dress and slick-backed, yellow-tipped horns.

Figures... Leo thought.

There was no way Zerathra would remain outside and allow her nephews to be in danger of death.

Zerathra walked toward Vulcarion’s unconscious body while looking at Leo.

She used a healing talisman on Vulcarion’s head before proceeding toward Leo.

"You are quite capable for a human, kid," she said, her tone carrying genuine praise rather than hostility.

"What is your name?" she asked.

"Leo," Leo answered, completely unafraid.

Since they were inside the realm, Zerathra’s Pseudo 6-star pressure was suppressed by the world itself, so there was no pressure on Leo.

As for trouble outside the realm, it was highly unlikely. Zerathra was probably under the watch of some powerful human due to being inside human territory.

And she couldn’t attack Leo without a legitimate reason.

Besides, it wasn’t Leo’s fault that her nephews had ended up this way.

They had attacked first.

"No, I heard that. I want to know your full name," Zerathra said.
