"Choose another guest room, or I can book you a hotel," Sheng Sheng frowned slightly. His hair was still wet, dripping water. He wore a loose robe that wasn’t fastened, looking relaxed, with muscles completely outlined underneath. Chao Sisi almost pressed her eyes against his chest to peer inside, but Sheng Sheng pulled her away with a whip.

Chao Sisi pouted adorably, "Why won’t you let me stay? Is it because someone else is staying? Brother Sheng, is it the sister you like?"

"Your future sister-in-law’s room. If you stayed there, she wouldn’t be happy." Sheng Sheng went downstairs, picked up her luggage, and returned it to the guest room upstairs. "I’ll only let you stay for five days. Use those five days to think about what you did wrong and go home to apologize to your dad afterward."

"I won’t do it!" Chao Sisi kicked her legs while sitting on the bed and flopped backward with her arms spread out. "I want to stay here with you!"

"This place is not a shelter."

He flies around often and doesn’t stay home, only staying in Los Angeles if he misses Maimai.

Maimai was furious, "I’m going to tear that little b*tch apart!"

"The bastard is messing around with another woman behind my back!"

Hua Hua was stunned for a moment, "Look at your temper, being so impulsive. Have you figured out what’s going on?" Definitely a misunderstanding, Hua Hua thought.

Maimai stomped in anger, "I heard it with my own ears; the evidence is irrefutable! He’s having an affair behind my back!"

"You two aren’t even in a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship. You can’t just use the word ’affair’ loosely."

Maimai was left speechless.

But! Maimai felt terrible, her mind filled with disgusting images of another woman being close to Sheng Sheng. "Dad, whose side are you on?!"

"Then hurry and have him with you. If you’re not worried, your dad is worried for you. Sheng Sheng is such a catch, marrying him would mean a comfortable life with no worries. It’s much better than exhausting yourself filming all the time."

Maimai pouted, "It’s not like I’m short of money. With you, Father, I can live without worries forever."

"That’s different. Eventually, Father Ling and I will grow old, and we won’t be able to protect you. Sheng Sheng is different; he’s young and definitely a potential prospect. Only when you two are together can a father rest assured."
