Yandere Villainess CEO is obsessed with me
Chapter 67: The face Slapping
Julian, a luxury villa here costs fifty million dollars. You won’t get fifty million dollars just by serving that woman as a kept man," Arthur said in a coaxing tone. "If you agree today, I will buy this villa under my name first, and then transfer full ownership over to you as soon as you and Miss ross register your marriage. I can even sign a formal contract with you right now, and I will definitely keep my promise."
Julian said coldly, "No need."
"I won’t accept your villa, and I certainly won’t marry Miss Ross."
Seeing Julian repeatedly refute his offers and refuse his paternal demands, Arthur flew into a rage. He raised his hand, intending to slap Julian across the face to teach him a lesson.
However, Julian had been practicing martial arts moves recently. Before Arthur’s hand could even reach him, Julian lashed out first and slapped Arthur squarely in the face!
SMACK!
The crisp, sharp sound of the slap was exceptionally loud in the open hall.
Arthur stared at Julian in absolute disbelief, clutching his face. "You... you actually dared to hit me?!"
"So what if I hit you?" Julian smiled coldly. "Shameless people deserve to be hit."
Eleanor felt extremely distressed and furious upon seeing her husband get beaten.
"Julian Vance! How dare you hit your own father?! You ungrateful, heartless wretch! If it weren’t for me and your father giving birth to you, you wouldn’t even be here!" Eleanor pointed directly at Julian and shouted angrily.
SMACK—
Julian swung his arm again and slapped Leo’s right across the face.
Leo was completely stunned and dazed by the blow.
"Brother, you—" Leo Vance had just opened his mouth to speak.
SMACK—
Julian delivered another sharp slap straight onto his face .
Leo:"..."
Now, the entire Vance family had received a slap in unison! Well, Eleanor was the exception( A mother’s status is non-negotiable—never raise a hand against her.)💯
Julian felt a sudden surge of pure satisfaction wash over him. He had tolerated the Vance family for far too long. Thinking about it now, he had absolutely no reason to tolerate them anymore; if any member of the Vance family ever displeased him, he would simply start beating them up!
Anyway, with Victoria Sterling backing him up, he had nothing to fear in this entire city.
Julian reached into his pocket and casually threw out 1000 dollars in cold cash.
"Consider this as your medical expenses," Julian said, smashing the cash right onto Arthur.
The stack splashed apart in mid-air, and crisp hundred-dollar bills scattered all over the polished floor.
Standing nearby, the young sales representative looked at Julian with deep admiration and awe. This is exactly how you should deal with shameless bullies like them!
"AHHHH!" Eleanor screamed in utter despair and embarrassment. She had never lost face like this in her entire life!
"You! Get him out of here right now!" Eleanor pointed at Julian and barked through gritted teeth to the sales representative. "If you kick him out immediately, then the entire sales revenue from our villa purchase will be credited directly to your name!"
The young sales representative looked at Eleanor and said politely, "I’m sorry, Ma’am, but he is my customer. I won’t kick him out."
"You don’t seriously think he can bring you much sales revenue, do you?" Eleanor sneered with contempt. "He can only afford a cheap five-million-dollar house at most, while we are here to buy a luxury villa worth fifty or sixty million dollars! Are you really sure you want to abandon us and choose a penniless guy like him?!"
The sales representative’s resolve began to waver slightly under the immense pressure of a fifty-million-dollar commission.
However, after a brief internal struggle, she finally gritted her teeth and stood firm. "I’m very sorry, Ma’am, but he is my customer."
"Oh?"
At this moment, Julian spoke up calmly, stepping forward with a cool smile.
"Who said I’m buying a five-million-dollar house?" Julian said, looking at Eleanor with amusement.
"I’m buying the two-hundred-million-dollar grand estate."
"What?"
Everyone in the entire sales hall stared at Julian Vance in absolute shock.
Buying a property worth two hundred million dollars?!
The most expensive residential properties built by the developer of the New york Community usually cost around sixty to seventy million dollars at most. None of the affluent buyers who came here had the sheer financial capacity to buy a property worth two hundred million dollars in a single transaction!
"Hahahaha—"
Eleanor suddenly burst into a harsh, hysterical laugh.
She sneered with disdain, "Julian Vance, you really do talk big without thinking! Two hundred million dollars? Are you seriously telling us you have that kind of money?!"
Even if the wealthy woman who was keeping Julian as a plaything liked him a lot, there was no way she would casually hand him two hundred million dollars! Nine times out of ten, Julian was simply lying to save face and trying to pretend he was rich in front of them!
Julian’s foolish attempt at bluffing was definitely going to fail. Did he really think they would fall for such a flawed, ridiculous lie? How completely laughable!
"Hehehe! Julian Vance, I strongly advise you to stop pretending to be something you’re not!" Eleanor continued to mock him relentlessly.
Julian remained entirely calm, his expression unbothered.
The sales representative discreetly observed Julian’s relaxed posture and composed demeanor. He doesn’t seem to be lying at all...
"What if I actually could come up with two hundred million dollars to buy property right now?" Julian raised an eyebrow, looking at her with a cool smirk. "Mrs. Vance, what would you do then?"
"If you can actually produce that much money, I will kneel down and slap my own face continuously for five minutes straight while admitting I was completely wrong and shouldn’t have slandered you!" Eleanor raised her chin arrogantly.
Leo Vance also assumed that Julian would never be able to produce so much cash on the spot. However, a sudden thought struck him—there was another possibility...
Leo frowned and chimed in, "Brother, you’re not buying property using that woman’s money or purchasing it on her behalf, are you?"
Eleanor immediately caught on to what he meant. Even if Julian somehow had access to that much money, he was probably just making a purchase for his rich patron! She had almost fallen right into the trap Julian had set! Fortunately, her beloved son Leo was quick-witted enough to spot it.
"Julian Vance, that 200-million-dollar property needs to be officially registered under your own name for it to count!" Eleanor declared loudly.
"Sure." Julian smiled casually. "Then allow me to show you my true strength."
He turned away from them and pointed toward a grand residential building model. "How much does this entire building cost?"
"Mr. Vance, please wait a moment while I calculate the total price for you," the sales representative said attentively.
The more she looked at Julian, the more convinced she became that he genuinely possessed the financial power to make a 200-million-dollar purchase. Her attitude became exceptionally attentive and respectful as she pulled out a calculator and began tapping the keys rapidly.
Two minutes later, she raised her head with a bright smile. "Sir, the total cost for this entire building comes to exactly 230 million dollars."
"Great, I’ll take this one." Julian reached into his wallet, pulled out his black bank card, and handed it over. "Please swipe the card."
Two hundred and thirty million dollars—he currently had two hundred and thirty-two million dollars in his personal account, which was just enough to cover the payment!
"Right away, sir!" The sales representative took the bank card with both hands and carefully inserted it into the POS terminal.
Julian leaned forward and entered his PIN.
BEEP! Transaction successful, the card reader announced in a clear, automated voice.
Eleanor froze on the spot, completely dazed.
Did Julian Vance really just successfully pay 230 million dollars in cash?!
However, Eleanor quickly reassured herself that the property might not even be registered in his own name!
She let out a cold, stubborn laugh. "Julian Vance, if you’re truly as capable as you claim, then transfer the full title of all these units directly to your own name!"
"Alright, as you wish," Julian chuckled softly. He pulled out his personal ID card and handed it over to the sales representative. "Let’s complete the official title transfer right now."
"Yes, Mr. Vance!" The sales representative smiled radiantly and added, "Mr. Vance, because of your VIP status, we will open an expedited priority channel for you. In just fifteen minutes, the entire property title will be legally transferred to your name. Please wait comfortably."
Fifteen minutes passed in a flash, and the sales representative returned, presenting Julian with the official property ownership certificate.
Julian opened the thick document, held it up, and displayed the owner’s name right in front of Eleanor’s face. "See this? It’s registered under my name—Julian Vance."
Eleanor stared at the black-and-white text on the official document, shaking her head in complete disbelief. "How is this possible?! How could you possibly have so much money to buy real estate?!"
Even the Vance family couldn’t comfortably pull out 230 million dollars in liquid cash all at once!
Arthur Vance’s brows were tightly furrowed into a deep knot. He couldn’t help but recall the terrifying woman who had crashed the engagement party that day. Who on earth was she?! To casually gift such an astronomical sum of money to the man she was keeping... her true background and influence must be far beyond anything the Vance family could ever comprehend!
Julian looked at Eleanor with a mocking, amused expression. "Mrs. Vance, I distinctly remember you saying just moments ago that if I could actually buy this property under my own name, you would kneel down, apologize, and slap yourself in the face.("A mother’s status is non-negotiable—never raise a hand against her, unless she is slapping herself."🤪)
