Chapter 153: World Devourer Wolf Robe (Part 2)

Evan put on the new Wolf Robe and immediately decided to try out its Shape Changer ability.

He imagined wearing a casual T-shirt and a pair of pants, and the Wolf Robe immediately began changing its shape.

It transformed into a purplish-black liquid that covered his body before gradually taking the shape of a T-shirt and pants.

The T-shirt was purple, while the pants were black. Evan raised an eyebrow when he noticed their colors and tried to change them.

However, he soon discovered that he could only use black and purple.

Although he was a bit disappointed that he couldn’t try other color combinations, he didn’t think too much about it.

’Who cares about the colors? The important thing is that I no longer have to worry about my defense,’ He thought before shifting his attention to something else.

"Why are there question marks at the end?" Evan frowned slightly and scratched the back of his head.

He thought about it for a moment before shrugging and putting the matter at the back of his mind.

Since he couldn’t figure it out, he felt there was no need to waste his brain cells on it.

’Besides, I will find out what those question marks mean once I evolve it to Legendary-Grade.’

Stretching his body, Evan began to feel sleepy and rubbed his eyes.

"Let’s sleep for a while before dinner."

He once again changed the shape of his Wolf Robe, turning it into a comfortable set of nightwear.

"This is really convenient," He chuckled before slumping down onto the bed.

Evan slept very comfortably, and by the time he woke up, it was already nighttime.

He looked out the window, saw the stars shining in the sky, and let out a yawn.

"Are they still sleeping?" He muttered when his natural alarm clocks, Kevin and Liam, didn’t come to wake him up.

Just as he thought of this—

Knock! Knock!

Someone knocked on his door.

’Looks like they are here.’

Evan stood up and went to open the door.

And just as he had expected, Liam and Kevin, his two personal alarm clocks were standing outside.

"Hmmm? You opened the door way too quickly this time. Were you already awake?" Liam asked in surprise when Evan opened the door almost immediately.

"Just woke up," Evan replied casually before stepping aside to let them in.

"Hurry up and wash your face. Alice and Erza are waiting for us," Kevin said as he stepped inside.

Evan didn’t say anything and went to the bathroom to wash his face. After a minute, he came out and nodded.

"Let’s go."

Hearing him, Liam and Kevin looked at him strangely, their eyes fixed on his clothes.

"Are you planning to go out in these clothes?" Liam asked.

"Hmmm?"

Hearing Liam’s question, Evan glanced at his clothes and realized he was still wearing his Wolf Robe in the shape of nightwear.

He coughed awkwardly and quickly changed its shape into a casual T-shirt and a pair of pants.

As the Wolf Robe transformed into a purplish-black liquid before reshaping itself, Liam took a step backward, startled by the bizarre sight.

"What the hell is this?" Kevin asked when he saw Evan’s nightwear transform into a casual T-shirt and pants.

"The armor I received as a reward from the dungeon," Evan replied with a small smile, amused by Liam’s reaction.

Liam was taken aback by Evan’s answer. He then looked at Evan’s clothes, which had changed in the blink of an eye.

"I want something like this, too. Changing clothes is such a headache."

Evan chuckled when he heard Liam’s envious words. The three of them then left the building and headed toward the cafeteria, where Alice and Erza were waiting for them.

As they reached the cafeteria, Evan noticed that most of the elves were eating fruits and dishes made from vegetables.

"You elves don’t like eating meat?" He asked curiously.

Kevin raised an eyebrow when he heard Evan’s question.

"Why do you say that?"

"Well, most of the elves here are eating fruits and other vegetables. And even when we were inside the dungeon, I noticed that you guys mostly ate fruits and other things."

"It mostly depends on personal taste, actually..." Liam replied. "Most elves do prefer fruits and vegetables over meat, but that doesn’t mean they dislike meat. There are plenty of elves who mostly eat meat and rarely touch fruits or vegetables."

A look of understanding flashed across Evan’s eyes, and he nodded.

As they walked through the academy, some students recognized Evan and began whispering among themselves.

"That’s the human who defeated Adam a few days ago. He’s still in the academy? I thought he’d left because I haven’t seen him since that day."

"I also thought he’d run away after robbing Adam."

"What a shameless guy! He came to our planet and robbed one of our students. If he has even a little shame, he should hand those boots over to me immediately. I’ll take care of them for Adam."

Evan ignored their whispers and continued walking with Liam and Kevin.

"I heard Adam was beaten by his brother Eric for losing to someone of a lower level."

"Yeah, I even saw Eric looking for this human to challenge him. He searched the entire academy but couldn’t find him."

"But isn’t Eric a Rank Two Evolver? How can he challenge someone who hasn’t even reached the peak of Rank One?"

Although the students were speaking in low voices, Evan could hear everything thanks to his high stats and upon hearing their conversation, he couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow.

"Who’s this Eric they’re talking about?"

"He’s Adam’s elder brother," Liam explained in a low voice. "He’s a Rank Two Evolver and has already received an invitation to join the main academy on Planet Agarth. If nothing goes wrong, he should be going to the main academy with us when we leave in a few days."

"A Rank Two Evolver..." Evan’s eyes gleamed slightly when he heard Liam’s words.

Seeing the gleam in his eyes, Kevin sensed that something wasn’t right and asked, "What are you thinking about?"

"Nothing..." Evan shook his head and flashed a smile that was far more suitable for a roadside thug than an innocent student. "I’m just wondering what I should plunder from that guy if he really comes to challenge me, as these students are saying. Since he’s a Rank Two Evolver, he must have plenty of good things on him."

Liam and Kevin looked at his smile and felt a chill run down their spines. They subconsciously hid their Storage Rings behind their backs.

"Hey, buddy, are you sure you’re not a bandit on your planet?" Liam couldn’t help asking.

Evan rolled his eyes when he heard Liam’s question and responded calmly.

"I am doing all of this because of Queen Eleanor. Have you forgotten what she asked me to do when she told me to come to the academy? I am very loyal to the queen and am simply following her orders."
