Wizard: My Skills Can Infinitely Break Through

Chapter 576 Clearing the Nest, Deducing the Meditation Method

The Rift continued to twist as the vast wave of Will gradually subsided.

However, every member of the Insect Race in the Esok World grew agitated at the same instant. Like a disturbed hive, they began frantically searching for any suspicious target.

Ian waited underground for a full hour.

Only after confirming that the Nest’s Will had completely retreated did he slowly open his eyes.

’Such a fast reaction,’ he thought, slightly unnerved. ’Even an enhanced Rule Domain couldn’t block it.’

No more than ten seconds had passed between the nest’s destruction and the arrival of the Will.

This meant the Nest had an extremely firm grasp on this world; any anomaly would be detected instantly.

’Destroying one nest will set back the Insect Race’s progress a bit, but it will also tip them off.’

Ian weighed the pros and cons.

The upside was that he had slowed the speed at which the Insect Race was devouring the world. The downside was that the Nest would now be on high alert, making any subsequent actions much more difficult.

’This will have to do for now.’

With a flash of movement, he returned to the Underground Spherical Space five hundred meters deep.

He used the Gravity Rule to reinforce the walls, sealing the space off from all forms of detection.

’Now, I can tend to my own matters.’

Ian sat down cross-legged. Within his Sea of Spirit, the contents of the [Moon God’s Treasure Manual] slowly surfaced.

It was the Supreme Meditation Method of the Silver Moon Elf Race, a complete Inheritance that provided a path all the way to the Realm of a Level Six Bright Sun Wizard.

It was also a life imprint formed by the World Tree during its long slumber, condensed from its own understanding of the Dream Realm and the Void.

The World Tree, in essence, was an ancient life form existing somewhere between the material and the spiritual.

Its roots burrowed into the Void to draw Energy, its branches and leaves swayed in the Dream Realm. It slumbered in the Void and awakened in the Dream Realm.

This was the very source of the two core Rules of the [Moon God’s Treasure Manual].

The moon is the master of the Dream Realm; wherever moonlight reaches, so too does the Dream Realm.

Once the Meditation Method reached a certain Realm, a cultivator could enter the dreams of others or even project their own dreams into reality.

The Dream Realm was not an illusion, but a reality in another dimension.

Cultivators could bring back the insights, Energy, and even physical matter they obtained in the Dream Realm to the real world.

High Tier cultivators could use the Dream Realm to overlay reality, creating a complete dream world.

The other major feature was the conversion of Void Energy. Similar to the World Tree, it allowed one to draw Energy from the Void.

If an ordinary Wizard were to directly absorb this volatile Chaos Energy, they would suffer a complete mental collapse.

The [Moon God’s Treasure Manual] provided a conversion mechanism that used the Dream Realm as a filter. It would "filter" and absorb Void Energy, transforming it into gentle Moonlight Power.

This meant that a cultivator was not dependent on their world’s Magic Power and could practice their Cultivation anywhere, including harsh environments like the Void or an Otherworld.

Furthermore, all Meditation Methods of Tier Four and above shared a common function: to continuously sublimate the Soul and cause it to undergo a qualitative transformation.

A Level Four Morning Star Wizard’s Soul undergoes its first qualitative transformation, sublimating from a spiritual body into a vessel for a Rule. A Seed of Rules begins to condense within the Soul, allowing it to exist independently even after the death of the physical body.

At Level Five Radiant Moon, the Soul undergoes its second qualitative transformation.

The Seed of Rules grows strong enough to bear a complete World Core, which is a prerequisite for refining a small world.

Through the guidance of a Wizard Tower’s Source of Magical Power, Spiritual Power is converted into "Soul Particles."

Secondly, the Wizard completes the leap from merely controlling the Rules of a Domain to modifying and defining those Rules.

Moreover, these Soul Particles can exist within the Wizard Tower, separate from the physical body, granting a form of "immortality."

This was also why Ian was so determined to build a Wizard Tower.

A Radiant Moon Wizard with a Wizard Tower was a nearly immortal being.
