Chapter 133: Chapter 117: Wizarding World, Level 4 Alchemist

As for everyone else, they lived in the Wizarding World.

In the Ancient Times, this place was indeed the Wizarding World.

But now, it was merely a homeland abandoned by the Ancient Wizards—a homeland whose resources had been depleted, no longer suitable for Wizards to live in.

When the resources here were depleted and could no longer meet their needs, the Ancient Wizards left this world, taking all the humans with Wizard Talent with them. Their exodus was much like that of humans in the Interstellar Era, who migrated from Earth to other habitable planets.

As for those without Wizard Talent, they were left behind in this world.

Although they didn’t take everyone, this world was, after all, the homeland of the Ancient Wizards.

Taking the world’s environment into account, the Ancient Wizards created the Breathing Technique. They gave this technique to the humans left behind to practice their Cultivation.

Beyond that, the Ancient Wizards didn’t completely abandon this world. They left behind a few opportunities for its people to travel to the Wizarding World.

As long as someone was found to have Wizard Talent and successfully mastered the basics of the Meditation Technique before the age of 25 to become a First-class Apprentice, they would have a chance to travel to the Wizarding World through the Teleportation Arrays left by the Ancient Wizards.

Thomas, who was born on the Knight Continent, had traveled to the Wizarding World through this very method.

Although the vast majority of people never got this chance, with a large enough population, a few lucky ones would always emerge.

For example, some might stumble upon the legacies and Meditation Techniques left behind by the Ancient Wizards.

Others might be lucky enough to become students of the Level One Wizards and Wizard Apprentices who had returned to the Knight Continent to live out their retirement.

After learning that the Wizards and Wizard Apprentices on this continent were all retirees from the Wizarding World, Roy specifically asked Thomas if he had ever heard of the Magic Potion Prince.

Then, he discovered that the Magic Potion Prince was even more famous than he had imagined.

According to Thomas, the Magic Potion Prince was a Level Four Alchemist from a thousand years ago.

Before he passed away, the Magic Potion Prince, who had never taken a student in his entire life, did something that stunned everyone.

The Magic Potion Prince recorded all the knowledge he possessed—including, but not limited to, Meditation Techniques, Magic, Potion formulas, and more—either in their entirety or in scattered fragments, into tens of thousands of Memory Crystal Balls.

Then, he scattered these Memory Crystal Balls randomly across every corner of the Wizarding World and the Knight Continent.

"You want my legacy?"

"If you want it, it’s yours for the taking!"

"Go and find the Memory Crystal Balls I left behind! I’ve put everything inside them!"

After leaving behind these words, the Magic Potion Prince vanished completely, never to be seen again.

At first, people thought it was just a deathbed prank by a Level Four Alchemist.

However, as more and more people found the Memory Crystal Balls left by the Magic Potion Prince, things began to change.

After compiling their findings, people discovered that the Memory Crystal Balls left by the Magic Potion Prince came in five distinct Levels.

The amount and sophistication of the content within the Memory Crystal Balls were directly proportional to their Level.

The lowest, Level One, only contained "Basic Potion Making: From Beginner to Expert."

As the Level increased, the knowledge recorded within became more and more advanced.

And the highest, the Level Five Memory Crystal Ball, contained the complete legacy of the Magic Potion Prince.

These Memory Crystal Balls, which held the legacy of the Magic Potion Prince, had a special name in the Wizarding World.

Magic Potion Crystal Balls!

No one knew exactly how many Magic Potion Crystal Balls the Magic Potion Prince had left behind, but even today, a vast number of Wizards and Wizard Apprentices in the Wizarding World tirelessly search for them.

This was because even finding the lowest-level Magic Potion Crystal Ball contained enough knowledge for someone to become an Apprentice Alchemist.

Thomas himself had once searched for these Magic Potion Crystal Balls, but his luck wasn’t good enough, and he never found a single one.
