Chapter 1491: Traces of fear

Shaking his head, Lin Fan closed the status windows that were in front of him.

It was more that Hayase saw Ao Kuang as some kind of rival because of the way that Shiro acted around Ao Kuang. Which was why Hayase wanted to see as little of Ao Kuang as possible, especially when they were around Shiro.

Seeing this, Lin Fan couldn’t stop a smile from appearing on his lips.

The way that Shiro and Hayase reminded him of two disciples of his that acted in a similar manner.

It was clear that Xiao Mu wanted to learn more about Ao Kuang now that it had settled down, but it wasn’t as if it could just observe Ao Kuang normally. With the way that things had ended between them before this, it wasn’t as if Xiao Mu could act differently now.

"It’s like two kids who don’t know how to become friends." Lin Fan thought to himself with a bitter laugh.

In the end, he placed Ao Kuang down on the side for Xiao Mu.

It wasn’t as if it was a problem for him to continue holding Ao Kuang if he wanted, he was just trying to create an opening for Xiao Mu and Ao Kuang so they could grow closer.

After all, it wasn’t as if they would be separating after this.

As long as Lin Fan and Ye Qing Huan were together, it was natural that they would meet often in the future. So letting them develop a relationship now was something that was beneficial for the future.

So that was why Lin Fan pulled out Gramr.

The moment that this sword came out, all of the Ten Kings immediately took a step back.

Before this, they hadn’t been forced back by the pressure that they felt and had been able to endure it without actually showing any reaction.

It was the feeling that they would be hunted if they didn’t move away from this sword that had just appeared.
