Chapter 1825: Chapter 1070: Ring Seal Knight and Flaming Straight Sword (2)

The Ring Seal Knight assumed a formal attack stance targeting Onora, and when the opponent charged forward, the knight slashed down with a sword, practically writing “Offense is the best defense” across their face.

But the slash missed, and Onora’s attack didn’t hit the Ring Seal Knight either.

Because she simply passed by them and ran off.

Not until the wind stirred by Onora’s departure settled did the Ring Seal Knight turn to look at her retreating figure. Wait, no, she was already out of sight, having run off long ago.

What the heck…

The heated moment earlier made it seem like a thrilling and epic battle was about to unfold, but it turned out that the other party had just bolted.

The Ring Seal Knight stood in place for a few minutes, then resumed its original patrol, tirelessly like a robot that knows only how to patrol.

Elsewhere, Onora had already dashed out of the Ring Seal Knight’s engagement range, just stopping her stride.

She took a deep breath, showing no sign of gasping from the exertion, instead feeling that her decision to flee was absolutely right.

“If I kept fighting and backed him into a corner, it would have been bad.”

Why waste so much energy in a place like that? Anyway, the Sain Dungeon didn’t trap her with a fog gate, which meant that her escape was an approved decision by the Dungeon!

However, if she could take out the Ring Seal Knight, could she get her hands on that Ring Knight Straight Sword?

She was quite interested in that weapon and Ring Seal.

Next time, she would bring subordinates to come and besiege the Ring Seal Knight.

The more she thought, the more she felt tempted, seeing now within reach all those Sain Dungeon items she used to only see in images, making her irresistibly want to collect them all.

By now, any sense of caution towards the Sain Dungeon had completely vanished.

“Thud…Thud…”

The ground seemed to suddenly tremble at that moment?

Even in her reverie, Onora noticed the unusual shaking. How to describe it?

It was like causing tremors on the earth with a bunch of super heavy thickset guys walking all at once.

Onora looked downward.

“Are there actually thickset guys?”

Below her was a long flight of stairs leading downward.

And above the stairs, one Harland Knight after another was slowly moving upward!

Just from her position, roughly counting, she already saw five Harland Knights!

The sight of each and every bloated thickset figure made her feel queasy, too bad there were no garlic cloves sold within Ring Seal City.

“Rooooar—”

The foremost Harland Knight noticed her presence, the headless knight immediately roared, a roar that excited the string of Harland Knights behind, each grabbing a large blade and charging towards Onora.

Faced with so many Harland Knights, Onora’s choice was…

She fled, buddy, she fled.

While the Harland Knights hadn’t yet formed a towering wall with their thickset bodies in front of her, Onora decisively charged forward, squeezing through the gaps between the thickset guys and rushing down the stairs.

On the way there, at least twenty Harland Knights came running to attack her, and the numbers kept increasing. The bastards’ engagement range was long, forming a long line of pursuers behind her.

It felt as if Onora had become a captivating beauty.

Was this some kind of thickset guy walking street!

She couldn’t help but laugh at the thought.

Running all the way to the bottom of the stairs, she realized she had wandered into a somewhat swampy area, seeing a large, filthy marsh that was probably the Ring Seal City’s sewer or something, with bugs bigger than human heads flying everywhere and wild Persuader Worms wandering around.

And continuous Harland Knights emerging from the marsh.

Onora ignored the thickset guys in front, focused on the empty space across the marsh, and used her renowned speed.

No matter what monster, none could catch up to her, even the other Giant Judge wandering in the marsh couldn’t keep up. In no time, she saw a bridge on the open space ahead; crossing that construction would lead her to the other side, escaping the stench of the marsh completely.

Flames descended from the sky; it was an ominous fire mixed with darkness that instantly covered the entire bridge.

Onora had already set one foot on the bridge deck, so retreating was unrealistic. Consequently, she met the flames head-on.

“Damn it!”

She only had time to raise her arm to protect her front, and in the next second, the roaring flames engulfed her; even then, she struggled to open her eyes to see who was ambushing her.

Then she saw a pitch-black giant dragon land on the bridge, lowering its head.

Dragons were nothing terrifying; she had raised a bunch on the Great Demon Tree, but those guys had low IQs, not even adorably clumsy, just purely clumsy.

However, this time Onora felt differently about the giant dragon.

For it, too, had the Abyss.

As much as she hated to admit it, even a glance revealed that the density of the Abyss within the Black Dragon far exceeded her own!

No matter how much Abyss she devoured, without a century of effort, she couldn’t possibly catch up with this giant dragon!

Where did this fellow come from?

Onora intentionally exerted some force to suffocate the flames beside her, about to clearly see the giant dragon’s appearance, but the dragon flapped its wings, soaring upward, flying towards the gathering of distant constructions, its enormous body quickly concealed by the buildings, disappearing completely.

Judging by its silhouette, Onora could only tell it was a Black Dragon, and its size wasn’t very large among the Dragon Clan.

“Is there an existence that loves the Abyss more than I do…”

For the first time in her life, she felt a pang of jealousy towards a giant dragon.

She had to catch up with that creature, no matter what it took!

She hadn’t even thought of what to do once she caught up with the giant dragon, just determined to catch it first!

At this thought, Onora burst into a speed faster than when she retreated from the Ring Seal Knight, darting away in a flash.

She pursued the trail the Black Dragon left behind, weaving through Ring Seal City; initially, she said she would collect any light points found along the way, but now all her attention was drawn to the Black Dragon, completely ignoring the easily obtainable light points by the roadside.

Along the way, Ring Seal City’s various bizarre creatures all seemed to surface before her.

Enhanced by Gong Qiying’s second thickset guy walking street, Ring Seal Knights with diverse weaponry joining the battle, Giant Judges summoning Confused Guards to ambush her, Persuader Worms suddenly popping out to frighten her unexpectedly…

Although somewhat repetitive, the sheer abundance was satiating, enough to indulge anyone who craved this kind of action.

Originally, Onora thought the Ring Seal Knight was the only Elite Monster, but unexpectedly it turned out to be a mass-produced item; just how overpowered was the strength of this Ring Seal City area?

She had to admit she had underestimated Ring Seal City before.

“It should be around here.”

The Black Dragon’s aura peaked in this area as if hiding somewhere nearby, but after looking around, Onora still couldn’t find its trace.

Strange, where on earth could it be, given how dense the aura was yet unable to pinpoint its exact location.

“Could it be here?”

She looked towards an enormous structure before her, which seemed large enough to fit a Black Dragon.

That looked like…a church?
