Chapter 334: Entertainment Facilities
"Alright then, Director Lilith, it’s settled. After we deal with these two troubles, we’ll distribute the gains according to our contributions."
Evan stood up after speaking, clearly not intending to stay any longer, and waved his hand to leave.
Lilith was about to get up to see him off when Evan seemed to suddenly remember something and mentioned it casually.
"Oh, right, Director Lilith, I have a lead on last night’s incident."
"When I went out last night, I happened to run into someone fighting in the alley of the terraced houses on the north side."
"I exchanged blows with the other party, and their strength was average. It doesn’t look like it was the Big Boss Vikram you mentioned."
"As for who it specifically was, I’m not sure. Anyway, I wish Director Lilith an early success in finding the culprit. No need to see me off, I’ll head back now."
With the task successfully completed, Evan’s mood improved considerably. He politely cupped his hands and drove away from Crimson Desire Shelter under Lilith’s gaze.
"It wasn’t Vikram?" Hearing this news, Lilith didn’t feel surprised, after all, Vikram spent all night digging her, where he had time to do the explosion.
Although the Shelter’s reputation had suffered somewhat, besides catching the real culprit, there were still many ways to handle it.
The simplest way was to just find a scapegoat, and then everything would be fine...

Since Vikram had no plans to leave the territory today, he decided to finally decorate the long-empty fourth floor.
The floor contained four spacious rooms. He had already planned what to do with them, turning them into entertainment facilities.
Truthfully, he had wanted to set this up for a long time, but he had been too busy with daily tasks to focus on it. Moreover, he previously lacked the necessary equipment.
He planned to convert two rooms into a boxing and a gym, and one into a personal e-sports room, and the last into a private cinema.
Vikram entered the room designated for the cinema. It was completely empty except for the bare floor. However, after many days of hunting, he had gathered various entertainment devices, which Metal, Storm, and a few other Mages had helped repair.
Among them was a massive 75-inch OLED TV with extremely high contrast, vivid colors, wide viewing angles, and impressive picture depth.
Instead of rushing to install it, Vikram brought in all the necessary cinema accessories at once, a 3D surround sound system, comfortable sofas, coffee tables, soft carpets, cushions, power supplies, and wall sound-absorbing panels.
He chose a wall, made some modifications, and neatly embedded the TV along with the playback equipment. With the large collection of movies he had acquired, he wouldn’t have to worry about content.
Especially valuable was the thumb-sized USB drive he had obtained from a supply house: [Earth Film and Television Works Collection USB Drive: Contains 99.9% of Earth’s film and television works.]
And also not about the power source, since the treehouse was giving all of these.
Vikram plugged it into the back of the 75-inch TV and turned it on. Countless titles immediately appeared on the screen. Most of them were familiar to him.
He casually selected the anime section and opened One Piece. The moment the opening sequence started, Vikram’s eyes widened in surprise and nostalgia.
The Wasteland once again gave Vikram a huge shock.
The animation had just started playing, and Vikram, over two meters away from the television, felt an immersive sensation wash over him.
The picture was so lifelike, it seemed as if it was about to burst out of the TV screen.
Whether it was the clarity of the picture or the newly purchased surround sound system, he was clearly watching a regular 2D movie, yet it felt like 3D.
Coupled with the installed soundproofing cotton, the effect was even better than some ordinary cinemas on Earth.
Even without considering the quality of the anime, Vikram felt that the immersive experience alone made the 680 Plant Essence well spent.
To accommodate the viewing experience, the sofa Vikram was sitting on was even retractable.
When he got tired, he could directly pull out a part to use as a simple bed.
Vikram sprawled out on the soft sofa, enjoying the feeling for a while, and a satisfied grin spread across his face.
He paused the video and Vikram went to the other rooms again.
Following the previous layout, he similarly set up the chess and card room and his e-sports room one by one.
Four rooms specifically for his wives to relieve boredom were thus renovated.
In the chess and card room, besides some basic puzzle games like Mahjong, Ludo, Chess, and Poker, Vikram even placed a 8 Ball Pool table inside.
Then there was his favorite small e-sports room; a computer was naturally a given, and there was also a PS5 console, and VR gaming helmets were all readily available.
When tired of playing, there were also lazy sofas to lie on, and on the shelves nearby, he could grab some snacks to eat.
Of course, the premise was that Vikram could later find resources specifically for storing snacks; currently, the snack shelves were empty.
Now that the living area was mostly built, Vikram had nothing else to do, so he immediately turned on his computer with an 8090 series graphics card and intensely played a thrilling round of Minesweeper.
After playing for half a day without clearing the advanced level, he instantly closed the game window.
He then opened the already installed GTA on his computer and became a good citizen in Los Santos on Earth.
Two minutes later, "You damn cop, how dare you shoot me! Today, this whole street will pay for your recklessness."
After speaking, he opened the built-in modifier thoughtfully provided by the system...
Wasteland life was more boring than imagined, and Vikram had only just acquired this e-sports room, yet he played for a full three hours.
Until someone came down from the Shelter above via the elevator.
"Strange, where did that stinky Vikram run off to? He didn’t respond when I called him for dinner."
After searching all three bedrooms in the living area below and not finding him, she finally discovered the red-eyed Vikram in the e-sports room.
However, what attracted her attention more were the familiar and striking devices in the e-sports room before her.
Back on Earth, she was a complete internet addict, and she was even more familiar with these devices than Vikram.
She exclaimed on the spot, "What?!"
"Vikram, did you already travel back to Earth once?"
"This PS5, this game controller, and this ocean view case with an 8090?"
Anjali couldn’t believe everything in front of her and pinched her cheek hard.
"Dude, why are you pinching me?"
Vikram slapped away the hand on his face and gave Anjali a speechless look.
He was halfway through being Homelander in the game when this sudden little hand instantly pulled him back to reality, and a sense of emptiness immediately washed over him.
"Oh! It really isn’t a dream."
"I can live a shut-in life like on Earth again in the Wasteland."
Thinking that she finally wouldn’t have to rely solely on chatting to pass the time when she was bored, Anjali immediately jumped up.
Her delicate face was filled with a happy smile.
Seemingly remembering something, her expression returned to calm.
Anjali then stared directly at Vikram again, the tenderness and affection in her eyes impossible to hide.
"Thank you."
She said it almost right next to Vikram’s ear.
This time, when Anjali spoke, she didn’t add any strange titles.
Her expression was more serious than usual as she spoke.
Even though she had indeed mentioned the request to build an entertainment room before, it was actually just a casual mention, and she didn’t hold much hope.
After all, the Wasteland World could indeed find many good things in resource points now, but anything related to electronics, except for vehicles, was basically unusable. It was all thanks to Vikram’s plant army, especially Metal Mage, which repaired many of the devices.
Even so, Vikram still listened to her suggestion and built such a room; even if it wasn’t specifically for her, Anjali’s heart was filled with sweetness.
Looking at Anjali’s naked gaze, Vikram raised an eyebrow suspiciously, thinking she was going to cause trouble again.
Who knew that the next second, Anjali completely wrapped herself around him.
She didn’t even make any extra movements, directly lunging towards Vikram’s lips.
"Kiss!"
The entertainment room was indeed an entertainment room; the two of them had only been hiding inside for a short while when cheerful sounds began to echo in the room.
Several minutes passed before the commotion gradually subsided.
In its place were Anjali, whose face was flushed crimson, and Vikram, who was still licking his lips, wanting more.
The two exchanged glances, originally intending for a deep, loving gaze, but after only two glances, Anjali couldn’t help but burst into laughter.
"Why are you looking at me like that, you big pervert?" Vikram rolled his eyes at her words.
"Now you remember I’m a pervert? Why weren’t you so shy when you were sucking my pig liver earlier?"
Saying this, Vikram grabbed half of Anjali’s face and pulled it to the side.
He wanted to see what her facial flesh was made of, why was her skin so thick?
He expected her to resist a little, but unexpectedly, Anjali acted as if nothing had happened, grinning foolishly again.
After putting on an expression as if her scheme had succeeded, she took Vikram’s right hand that was pinching her cheek with both of her hands, looked at him, and said, "Hmph, Vik, since you’ve completed my demand. From today, I will complete all your demands."
"How about it? Aren’t you honored?" Anjali puffed out her chest; although she was joking, when she spoke of pampering Vikram, her eyes unconsciously shifted away.
Vikram was about to retort, but noticing her gaze, he immediately curved his lips into a playful smile.
Vikram wrapped an arm around her waist, then gently released his hand, lightly responding to her reddened cheek.
Sure enough, with just that, Vikram felt Anjali’s body in his arms instantly soften, and she completely leaned against him.
Her eyes, full of pitiful longing, gazed at him, her round, bright eyes flowing like autumn water, making Vikram’s primal instincts surge...
Just as he was about to ’rectify’ the little sheep that had stumbled into his arms, the sound of an elevator arriving echoed from outside the room.
(I don’t know, why I created this, well hope the readers like it, and if not, tell me, I will remove the entertainment facilities. And continue the story from onwards.)
